I just met Quinn & Matt and they were so incredibly helpful. They had my gallon of paint ready in just a few minutes and even carried the few items I had out to my vehicle. They were personable, kind and knowledgeable and I was in and out in just a few minutes. I hardly ever write google reviews but this visit to the Tigard Sherwin Williams warranted one. Thank you fellas for a fantastic experience.

I decided that I wasnt going to leave a review about my experience with one of your associates at your location yesterday, because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt of maybe having an off day, but then I saw a couple of negative reviews about your employee Matt. He is the associate who helped me. I came in with a piece of sheet rock with paint that I needed to be matched. Before I could even finish my inquiry, I got a surly response saying that he couldnt do it and wasnt sure when he would be able to get it done and even went as far to rudely invite me to go to one of your competitors. The way I was spoken to as a customer by an employee says a lot about how your company values any customer and it’s asinine to even allow an employee to represent your business in such a manner. I will never shop with your company again and will encourage others to visit your competitors just as Matt suggested.If 0 stars were an option, thats what the Sherwin Williams in Tigard would get.

Really disappointed in my curbside pickup experience. I called and spoke with Matt, letting him know I was here and wanted curbside to pick up my online order. He let me know it might take a minute as they were busy. I waited another 15min and called back. He then asked me, why I couldn’t just come in and if I had COVID or something. I explained I had my 1yr old son in the car with me and did not want to bring him inside if not necessary. If curbside is too difficult for this location it should not be offered/advertised and customers should not be questioned as to why they won’t just come in or be treated rudely.

The store is extremely well laid out tidy and well-lit.They have professional quality painters tools which is what I went there for.The salespeople were extremely friendly made me feel welcome and that my business was very appreciated.

Not impressed with the sales associate Matt. He was rude, didnt honor my coupon request as I had asked, and when I came back in to get my refund of $10 (for the coupon he didnt honor), he muttered, I need your (credit) card to refund your whopping $10. How rude. He didnt know me from anyone else. Maybe I just lost my job or am a single parent, where every dollar counts.I will never shop at that Sherwin-Williams again. I plan to take my business to other locations, even if it is 10 miles out of my way.

Entire shopping experience was very nice. Sales associates were super helpful in helping finding the right colors and tools.

We recently purchased a 20+ year old home in Tualatin and have been slowly fixing and sprucing it up. Paint is one of the most inexpensive ways to add some more life into an older home. Sherwin-Williams has been our go to spot for all things paint related. We have painted our entire interior and have just finished painting the entire exterior.Painting can sure be a lot of work and can be very frustrating if you don’t have he right gear and equipment. SW comes right to the rescue in the department! They have absolutely everything you would need to get your painting project done right the 1st time. Their professional expertise and presence in the community is invaluable.Keep up the great work and continue hiring knowledgeable staff! Dana and Jaxon and Eric have all been very helpful with our purchasing needs as well as helping inform and explain the the benefits of one grade of paint over another. They have also been very patient through or prolonged paint sample / paint selection process, and have recognized us for the art and science and organization employed in our paint selection process.

Even though the gentleman was training he did very well keeping a great attitude when faced with issues . I am always greatful there is still good customer service out there.

Tigard location is awesome. Jackson went out of his way to get me an exterior paint that is good at resisting stains. Very happy with the paint & customer service.

Helpful salesperson. However, they did not have the two different paints that I needed. Had to order both. Ive never had to order any paint in the past let alone two. They were typical styles of paint. Messed up my painting weekend! Partly my fault for expecting it the same day... maybe...

I was met with an inexperienced employee this morning who knows almost nothing about the store and the products. Too bad the younger generation has no concept of customer service, product knowledge and representing a company well. I left needing more products but decided to shop at a different paint store where the service is more than ringing a sale. I used to like Sherwin Williams but have now found really poor service in Tigard and Sherwood. Wont shop here again.

The employee who helped my husband and I was VERY helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to inquire about our project and gave us suggestions. It was very nice, because we wouldnt have even thought to ask certain questions.

Everyone was friendly, offered to help multiple times, Dana was more than happy to help with colors. Great place with excellent employees.

The best paint experience I have ever had!

I went into the store to buy a 5 gallon bucket of primer. The clerk kept asking me if I had an account, did I have an account, whats my account? I said I dont have an account, its just for my home and I want 5 gallons of primer. I was told they dont have primer in 5 gallon buckets and I could just buy 5 one gallon cans. But there was no break in price. So I went to Home Depot and bought a 5 gallon bucket of primer.

Charges recycling fee, doesnt recycle. Thanks, mate! And now, a bot has replied to my review... Thats awesome!

If you want the correct products for your job, or even advice about colors, Sherwin-Williams is the place to visit. The Staff is extremely knowledgeable about all products they carry, and are also willing to help you choose a color.

The staff at Sherwin-Williams helped mix our custom color paint when another store was out. The exterior paint covered the siding in one coat and worked well in the paint sprayer we used. Great service, quality paint, and value.
