Mark was outstanding (Tigard location). Needed a banner in a hurry. He got me a proof with 4 valid choices right away. Banner was perfect and only took a day or two after approving proof. In that time they’ve put signage on at least 10 of our trucks, created marketing materials and they also do work in my wife’s business. They are reasonably priced and most importantly the people who they have working for them are very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend.

I saw the very negative review and wanted to share our experience. The business I work for is near Signs Now and so when we needed a vinyl decal for our front door (glass) I walked over to get a quote—which was very reasonable. They installed the sign in just a couple of days and it looks great! It was exactly what we ordered and the final price was the same as the quote.

They were very enjoyable to work with. I had more options than I can count. When I picked up my signs he took the extra time to discuss mounting method and height with me and answered all my other questions without making me feel rushed. Thank you!

Find someone else that has better communication. They charged me double what was originally quoted for fleet vehicle graphics without letting me know during the job. Only found out when they billed me. When asked to have them call me to resolve issue they did not call. Decent install.

I have been using Signs Now for many years. The labels always come out great. There have been a few times that the labels were not correct because of an error in the information I sent them. They have always corrected the error even though the error was my mistake. They have never charged extra to redo any label. If I do not like a label that they made, they have always redone it to my satisfaction.

I ordered signs for a vendor table and when they didnt get delivered to the Tigard store as expected, Mark dropped what he was doing, picked them up from their east side location and personally delivered them to the event. The signs were waiting for me when I arrived to set up! Given that I didnt place the order very far in advance, I thought this was extraordinary customer service. Thank you!
