I decided to post a review (I don’t do many) as I have some great experiences and pleasant interactions with the group at Fastsigns of Tigard. They are very quick to respond, super patient and do great work. I do a lot of work Nationally with my Service team at The Home Depot, and they supply a lot of our items from small to large. Shelly Wells and Sierra Vijarro are my primary contacts there, and I could not recommend them more. There may be other Fastsigns around, but I made the drive from Gresham to Tigard because I preferred Shelly and Sierra as they are very creative in their process and have made my life easy. We needed a new sign for our association and we were on a serious time crunch. We worked with Sarah Haws and her team at the Tigard, Oregon shop. Sarah was delightful to work with; extremely responsive and helpful, and her design team captured exactly what we were envisioning. Once we approved the final proof, the sign was ready within a couple of hours for pick up. The entire process took about 4 business days from start to finish—FAST! Weve used Fast Signs repeatedly for our real estate company. Its true there are other places you can order similar quality products but this place provides about everything you would need or want. They were as advertised. I got a quote for window and interior office vinyl signs and the designers from Fast Signs worked with my logo to fill up the window space. The end result looks great and I get many complements on the graphics.

Fast? Haha! I requested a building-standard sign for my office two months ago. It took FastSigns a whole month to provide a ballpark estimate. I paid the fee one month ago. FastSigns still has not made the sign. I demand a refund!

I contacted Fast Signs to hang some work place pictures that Id had framed. I had the pictures laid out against the walls I wanted them on but as far as spacing and all that stuff goes I was more or less at a loss. I came to the Tigard FastSigns store this past Monday to have a 3 x 6 foot banner made regarding the #Light the World service initiative of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Mackenzie Wainwright was very very helpful in understanding what I wanted. When I saw the design with the colorful nativity scene it was more attractive than I had anticipated. When I came in later in the week to correct an error (my original error) in the lettering, those helping me were extremely helpful in creating a lettering overlay that corrected my error. I am extremely satisfied with your skills and service. I contacted Fast Signs for a quote on new signage for our current location as well as a new building we just occupied. I was originally greeted by Jennifer who took down all my information and I received a quote from David later that day. The prices were fair and less than I had budgeted for. We also requested new vinyl logos for our delivery truck and some decals for our building. Everything was completed within 6 days and Fast Signs installed the vehicle decals for us. Since it was going to be a bit, Steve offered me a ride back to work ( I accepted) and received a call within 90 minutes that they were done. Excellent customer service and Excellent quality. We are an accounting firm located in Bridgeport Village and put out some feelers to different sign makers in the area. Fastsigns came back with the lowest quote so thats why we initially chose them. Grady was our representative who we worked with throughout the process and he was EXTREMELY patient with us since there was a fair amount of going back and forth with the designer to get our logo and mock-up looking right. The sign literally turned out exactly how we envisioned it, and we could not be happier with it. I dont even want to work, I just want to stare at our sign all day. I have used Fastsigns for business cards, letterhead and building signs since the 1990s and have always thought their product price ratio to be vary fair. You can see their handy work at my building located one block north of Hwy 99 on corner of Greenburg Rd and Center Street. All signs on building were made by Fast Signs. (Building name, Center Strreet) Shelly has always been most helpful. I guess that fact I am still using them says more than anything else. Highly recommend.

FastSigns installed a lobby logo in our new Portland office and it looked so great we decided to have the same logo installed in our new Seattle office. I called Shelly and she coordinated the the production of the logo and contacted a local FastSigns company to do the install. This was all done under a tight deadline and FastSigns performed flawlessly. I recommend this FastSigns location.

I contacted Shelly Wells at the Tigard, OR location to create an A-board (sandwich board) to advertise that our new winery would be pouring our Pinot Noir on Thanksgiving weekend. I had received short notice that wed be able to pour at a location in Carlton so I didnt know if the new board could be created in time over the short week preceding Thanksgiving. Shelly answered the call. She had the new sign created within the 3 day work week so I could pick it up well before our tasting event on Friday.
