Found just right license plate frames, replacement windshield wipers, tail light lamps (our car takes three separate bulbs - most auto parts stores seem to have just one or two). They were sold out of windshield sun shades, though, so a return trip is in the near future. Best of all, I get a @AAA membership discount. Who doesnt want to save 10% on automotive necessities?

Long story short... This store (Marcos specifically & manager) remedied a fiasco experience ordering from the website. They went WAY above and beyond to make sure I got all of the parts I attempted to order online and made good on all discounts. This is now my first stop for all my auto repair projects.

Awesome service. My oil pan drain bolt snapped and I needed a new one, they delivered it to me as quick as they could and it fit. Will be using them from now on for all auto parts.

20 years ago the counter guys knew about cars. Today, they are clueless. They only stock the most expensive parts and 90 percent of the time will give you the incorrect part. The most recent trip I came here for a caliper for my 2014 f250 super duty. The dealership was closed and so I called and they said they had one in stock. Picked it up and of course it was not even close. The next day I went to the Ford dealership in Tigard and got the correct part the first time. And it was cheaper! Do yourself a favor. Avoid this place if you can. If not look up the part number online or get the part off of the old one and have that before you call. Never rely on their staff to tell you what you need or youll be dissapointed and have to make 2 trips.

People are good! The way the corporate office runs the inventory with most behind the counter even the bulbs leaves you feeling like the only give you the expensive option on the showroom floor. Further the rebranded Napa tools can be very hit or miss and certainly are cost more with equivalent quality of Harbor Freight.

Determined staff. The part I needed was supposed to be on the sales floor but was not. Counter person searched until he found the piece we needed. Obscure part and NAPA is the only parts house around that carries flag to post adapters for batteries. Parts worked well and allowed us to install a deep cycle battery in a Gen 1 Prius. Original equipment is no longer available and an AGM battery designed for solar applications is the best substitute - if you can find the adapters to make the connection.

While I stand, waiting patiently, for someone to help me... with one guy behind the counter (actually working) the rest of these pinheads are huddled in the office ordering pizza. They can’t seem to agree on the toppings! WTF? Zero eye contact or customer service skills at this place whatsoever. Four guys on the clock and only one guy actually working to assist customers. I’m leaving and going to some (any) other parts store to conduct my business.

Ordered coolant online, which they had a sale on. Their system had the order placed at the store closest to my work. Arrived the next day after calling ahead (the employee verified the order), and turns out they were out of stock on that item. I could have pushed for the sale price on what they ended up selling me, but I opted to never to shop at NAPA again instead. Bait and switch, or just piss poor inventory control? Either way, they soured me on their company...

I absolutely love Napa and thier exceptional products over thier other cheaper competitors but this specific location has one thing no other has, DARREN . Darren was funny and amazing and gave the best customer service and knowledge Ive ever experienced with any place Ive ever been to hands down . Updated: NOW I SEE WHY SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ! OTHER than the exception for DARREN any other associate DO NOT KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will definitely not be coming back and take my money to another Napa .

Dude tried to tell me they dont sell bolts.. Like, any bolts.. The worst part is, he didnt even skip a beat. Just immediately said we dont sell bolts. He didnt even give me a chance to tell him what size, or what it was for. Offered 0 solutions. I litterally thought he was joking.. Craziest thing Ive ever heard at an auto shop. Needless to say, I drove 1 mile down the road to autozone and got what I needed immediately.

Extremely unhelpful! Went in needing a brake line and they brought me to a rack and said here you go! After asking again for help he handed me the wrong one. I ended up calling another store while inside the NAPA and they were able to help me over the phone. Unfortunately I had to have the part right then or I would have gone elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Very Very Very Bad Customer Service!!Before I bought the fuel cap, I asked the employee if the fuel cap does not work for me, is it okay to return it back?He said Yes, just have the receipt and the box with youAfter couples of days, I went to the store to return the part back. I shocked because another employee told me, you cant return it back because you use it. I told him, your coworker told me okay to return it back.!!He said I have no idea!!!!Therefore, I told him you can keep this part for you as well as my money!!Im willing to lose the money in order to keep the future customers save their money

Called with a quick question, and they answered the phone mumbling at the speed of light. By the time I realized what the person had said I was placed on hold. Quite rude and disrespectful. Answer your phone with clear english and clearify what you said rather than toss me on hold because you dont actually care. Very disappointed. Theres too many businesses around that respect and care about their customers for me to want to come here after this small yet easily avoidable incident.

Napa always has knowledgeable staff, and they can get just about any part you need, this was not one of those days though, I had to go all around town to get what I needed. Smaller store, good, but go to a bigger location or call ahead.

The car parts buying experience can be frustrating. Even with entering vehicle information, confirming stock when quantities are below 3, you can still get wrong parts or have them not actually have it.Often times the website can show a discontinued part to be superceded by another for a different price, but not give this info, yet the employees see this right away. Feels like a bait and switch sometimes.Overall my experience this trip was not good after vetting what part I needed and confirming they had stock on hand supposedly. They didnt have what I needed and the superceded part was incorrect. Let empty handed and slightly frustrated. Thats how it goes sometimes.

Ran me around in circles to telling me that I needed to pre pay for my oil, then that my oil would be here the following week( nothing about prepay), then that I needed to prepay when I called in to come get it/pay for it. Now I have to wait more time for something that’s already taken two weeks due to bad communication on their part. Not impressed and won’t be coming back.

I was fixing my truck. Called this location for a part. He said yes we have it but close in 10 minutes. I said Im coming now, he said ok well wait. I got there at two minutes before closing. The other clerk locked up early. I knocked, explained my phone call. He said were closed. I told him it was two minutes before closing. He said so. Wouldnt let me in. And he was very rude. Ill never go there again. Went to OReilly and they were great.
