Absolutely frustrating, looking for a new Ranger - completely understand there is a shortage and happily surprised to find an XP Crew in stock. Worked with Kamen which did a great job. Kamen answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I tell him I’ll take the unit, only for both of us to find out that the dealership planned to move forward with putting a lift and tires on this unit, and stated it would only be sold that way. This is not something I wanted and explained that. Kamen offered to pre-order a unit for me which I declined. I am absolutely blown away at a company making the decision to pass on a selling a unit because they wanted to put a lift on. I’m sure there is an underlying story, however after this experience, it is pretty evident that a customer’s preference is not valued. Good luck, hope everyone has a better experience than I did. Card was in hand and offered to put a deposit down. At the end of the day, I am happy to take my business elsewhere. Excellent experience purchasing my son an Outlaw 110. Kamen provided clear updates through both email and phone on the purchase. The process of completing the purchase was fast. The four-wheeler was prepped and sitting outside ready to be loaded when I arrived. Paperwork took like 5 min. The pricing was straightforward. I will definitely look to OPS for my next Polaris purchase and recommend it to anyone in the market for as Polaris.

Great place to shop for that ATV youre looking for. I understand that build times are 6 to 8 weeks out.It appeared to me, however that the units they had in the showroom were sufficient I guess depending on how critical your specs are.There happened to be a unit on the lot that nailed our criteria. Kamen helped us sew up the deal. Very satisfied. Good place to do business.

I recently purchased a ATV from this dealership and was very pleased with the purchasing process. The staff was friendly, helpful and the pricing was the best in GA. I had a problem with my new ATV immediately!!!! The oil was about 2 quarts overfilled. I called the dealership and the were eager to help anyway they could. Because of the way the treated me when I purchased the ATV and how they talked to me over the phone when the problem occured ( Shannon). I will be happy to give them a five star rating.

Service guy I met today was very informative. They are suffering through an industry wide inventory shortage like all powersports dealers. I am hesitant to leave a deposit on a unit with no delivery date given. This is not this dealers fault but rather a problem with the manufacturer. When inventory comes back I will be shopping here.......hopefully soon!

Absolutely the BEST buying experience ever! We found the Ranger we wanted online. Kamen contacted us quickly to answer our questions. I called twice for two different Polaris Rangers which are Expensive and they show on line in stock but when you call they dont have them. Very misleading and very poor business practice when not in stock and waste our time. Was a CASH buyer!!

Me and my husband came in today to buy something that fit our family life and just having fun. We were there for over 15 minutes this included looking outside and going inside looking at everything passing many sales personnel and not one of them spoke to us. We are very disappointed in the way we were treated with so many high reviews you’d think a place like that would have better customer service.

After a salesman looked at my wife and I, he turned around and walked inside and never seen him again. I called the store for help. After numerous busy line attempts, I had to stop an employee walking in the door to ask for a sales person. “You have to call” was his response. (Big guy with a beard) Really!? He was walking into the front door. I guess telling a salesperson I needed help wasn’t his job. It’s ok I bought somewhere else and they matched their prices!

What a great experience, this could not have been any easier. I drove 2 hours each way to visit Offroad Powersports in Tifton, and Im very glad I did. My salesman Reed was very responsive and we had everything set up over the phone ahead of time. When I arrived, it was all shined up, accessories were installed, and it was ready to go. I was in and out in 45 minutes, and most of that was learning about my new machine. Not only were they great to work with, they had better pricing by well over $1,500 compared to all of my local dealers. There was not any BS or bogus charges and I really appreciate that. I will absolutely be back.

The sales people arent the most friendly, I think if you dont know them personally then you dont get the high quality salesman. The guys that work the parts counter and service, theyre very polite, easy to talk to and very helpful. Ive called them on the phone about issues and they would talk to me and help me through whatever I needed. They never told me that they couldnt help me and I needed to just bring it in.

Went in yesterday really wanted a 850 high lifter had a very knowledgeable salesman but it is really hard to just buy without test driving. They said no ATV test drives. I have never rode on that big and aggressive of a tire just wanted to get a feel of it before I jumped in $10,000 deep.

Traveled 2.5 hours one way to buy here. Let me start by saying, it began with a phone conversation with the salesman, (Kaymen). He was very helpful, and gave quick and accurate info. We arrived on Saturday evening just before closing, and Kaymen stayed late to finish the sale. Great experience.

Traveled over a hour looking to make a purchase My husband and I walked around to view merchandise both outdoor and indoor. We were here over ten to twenty minutes and wasn’t acknowledged by an associates. They were standing outside chatting and watched us walked by. Once we got inside we still wasn’t acknowledged by any associates. I think this was an epic fail on their part. We came here based on recommendation but I think I will stick to our city’s power sports

Purchased a new RZR from here a year ago and plan on buying a larger one soon. FL dealerships cannot match the price, service, or after sales follow up. The 4hr drive might actually save time after all the messing around and games other dealerships have built into their sales model. No hassle, easy purchase.I called every Polaris dealership from Ohio to south Florida. Visited half a dozen in my area. This dealership was in the top 95% in lowest pricing out the door. After dealing with unresponsive dealerships over the phone & in person, I found the right place. Added bonus, I had some unrealistic time constraints that were all met by my salesperson Reed.

When purchasing my atv it was all done over the phone, the only time I went there was to pick up. Susie bent over backwards to make sure every went the way I needed it to go.
