As I had been waiting months for my 2021 Honda Rebel 1100 at my in town dealer, I took a shot and when I found they had one. Took about a 2 hour ride up to them and they were all friendly and welcoming. They bought my bike loan off completely which was unexpected and got me a great deal on the financing for my new Rebel. Definitely recommend if you are in the area. Great team and friendly environment.

I bought a new Honda Trail 125 from this dealership. It was the closest one available to me, and I live in Orlando.I called the dealership on a Friday and asked if they could take a deposit to hold the bike. They agreed. I drove up on Saturday, and the bike was ready for me - keys in the ignition, literature on the seat, paperwork ready to sign.I was in and out in a little under an hour, and the staff was more than happy to make the deal happen. Overall, a great experience.

I bought a bike took it directly to them. I added some things on the bike and said if anything else comes up to please let me know so it can be fixed right away. They had it for over 6 months with zero issues reported.My rear tire holds air for a few days of getting the bike back. My coolant now leaks on any ride over 20 miles all over my leg and down the bike. They wired up the new louder horn I got without a relay it was directly into the wiring harness and worked once. Until I fixed it putting a relay in place it would not even honk more than once. Now it actually works properly.My dad had his 07 1300Rs oil changed and fuel line filter changed and check all fluid levels. And they forgot to change the oil and check fluid levels.I had originally planned on letting them work on my 1980 CM400T. But after what they did on my 03 VTX 1800C, and my dads 07 VTX 1300R theres heres no way. I would Not recommend them to anyone else go here.

Parts department employees arent as enthusiast minded as I think they should be, dont know as much as I do about the vehicles they sell parts for when I think they should know more (just my opinion. Often times have to wait for them to look through a diagram or have to give them a part number for the part I need to be identified (not the end of the world). Great salesmen, always smiling faces greeting you as you enter the door. Overall good experience, would recommend.

Bought a higher end fourtrax fourman Rubicon. It came damaged (rear rack) I didn’t care as long as they replaced it. They will!The sales staff was amazing athanks Nick and Christopher. Justin is parts was awesome with my dumb questions. My issue is with service dept. I had a light bar installed and winch. After 5 hours of install they front bumper bolts were loose. Wiring in rear compartment was a mess and the door wouldn’t close. They had to recall Walt to fix. Sorry but if you spend this kind of money. Do the job right or go home!

Very nice Honda dealership conveniently located just off of Interstate 75. Plenty of parking..even if pulling a trailer. Customer service on initial purchase was excellent. They stayed after hours to accommodate a purchase and not once did I feel rushed to let them lock the doors. Good folks to do business with! This dealership is definetely one to visit!

They are the only dealership that has 4 wheelers on site. Ernest is very knowledgeable and would recommend anyone to ask for him and have him answer any questions you may have pertaining to what type of ATV you are needing and for what you will use them for.

Honda is definitely one great name.

Took my 03 sabre to them to fix an issue with keeping it running. They had it for 3 months and would never call me back. Mechanic was either never there or would leave early. Guess they only have one. Get it back and it dies on the way home and would not start again, the issue is still there and cant ride it. I think they charged me to keep it there and did nothing. I would ask for my money back but dont want to go back. Do not take your bike to this place. They will not fix it. Very shoddy work. The people are nice but they have no clue what they are doing.

The people there are very they have a huge selection and not only four wheelers side by sides and dirt bikes but also some the staff is very wellthey also have parts for days and theyre very knowledgeable I would highly recommend them for one of those products

Chris was the most courteous helpful salesman I have ever encountered. He was extremely knowledgeable about every bike in their store and helped me make the best decision. He was not high pressure at all, nor did he try to convince me to buy more bike or a more expensive bike than I wanted. He just provided pertinent useful info to help me find the perfect bike, which I did. I would recommend this place to anyone considering a bike because they can walk you through and help you find the perfect bike for you. The prices were fair and the process was straightforward and not the least bit intimidating. I will also be taking my bike here for any service as I was very impressed with every aspect of this store.

Went in for a front tire replacement left there went 20 miles and had a front tire flat the valve stem was not replaced when the tire was whent back and asked if you replace the valve stem when replacing a tire was told yes well it wasnt they replaced it then I was told I would have to pay for it to me thats poor service when a customer is let to ride on two wheels and a simple oversight could cause an accident or worse

After holding my bike for a week for a rear tire replacement and a front tire leak I was told the mechanic looked at it and wasnt comfortable changing the tires because of the tubliss system in them. Took a week for nothing to be done. With them getting into enduro style bikes with KTM they should at minimum learn to change a tire with a tubliss system...... I mean arent they the professionals?

I made a three hour ride from south Atlanta. Honda of south Ga was the only dealer to have Pioneer 1000-5 on the showroom floor. Chris in sales got us in and out.

Extremely deceptive place of business will mislabel parts and sell you garbage saying its oem Honda but will actually buy aftermarket in repackage it. Very disgusting way to do business very disappointed.Tony has gone back-and-forth with me now for a while about their deceptive practice and refuses to Take the part back that he deceptively tried to pass off as OEM when it was obviously aftermarket.

I have been back riding for over 5 years, and love it at 49 as much as I did at 15! I have a BMW 2015 GSW but have been really interested in the Honda AT. I have been wary about a test ride because I have been treated rudely at other motorcycle dealer manufactures?!?I can say that I am not a reviewer, but I am writing this review because Brad and Nick rock the house. I have been treated so nice and with straight talk that I will not shop at any other Honda Dealer!!! Thanks guys for the awesome test ride and hospitality!

I was visiting my Dad in Tifton (from Lilburn) on my 2019 BMW R 1250 RT when I discovered cord showing on my rear tire. Called parts department and they have quite a few tire choices in stock. The time was 3:30 afternoon. Vince in service said they can mount a new one, but I need to make it there by 4 so they have time. I thought my bike tool kit included torx bit big enough for the lug nuts, but it didnt and I ended up buying some at the nearby Harbor Freight. With the help of Ron, I was able to remove the tire from the bike (on the center stand.) Ron assisted me in mounting the new tire on the bike and I was on my way in about 45 minutes. They close at 5 pm. They even honored my veteran status (10%) after their Coast Guard veteran employee saw my Veteran license plate on my bike. That was real thoughtful and I appreciated their grattitude and recognition of my service to our country in the US Navy.Everybody I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. I may frequent them later on subsequent visits to see what gear I may need. The atmosphere makes me want to go back.I highly recommend that you go visit this place and see for yourself. They even commented nicely about my bike.

In my travels for business, Ive visited many Honda motorcycle/ATV dealers over the past year all over the country and have NEVER received the level of support and assistance that I received in Tifton, GA! A special thanks to Brad but the entire staff that I met were terrific. Add to that some of the best prices Ive found anywhere and its a dealership Id recommend to anyone!!

Ive not actually visited the dealership yet but I will next week. I am reviewing my initial views of the dealership staff. I called and was politely transferred to the parts department, who gave his name (which I forgot, sorry), was very polite, took the time to see where the needed parts were and let me know when I could expect to receive them. I needed to speak to the service dept. next and was greeted again with a name in a timely manner. Wes handled my request in service and although he didnt have the answer I needed, he took my number and checked with Honda and promptly called me back. He called to schedule my appointment when the parts arrived.So many times first impressions are make or break before the first in-person contact is ever made and I wanted to express my appreciation to all the well trained staff I encountered by phone. No one laid the phone down while working in the background, I wasnt left on hold for eternity, and calls were transferred properly. Good Job!UPDATE: So Ive made another trip to the parts department. It almost killed the young boy to get up off the stool. I needed a part that they didnt have in stock and it was a small necessary brake part. I asked if he would mind asking the shop if they had an old one I could get by till a new one was ordered. He said they dont have any. I asked him would he first please ask and he replied No, all the while parked on the stool. He then proceeded to get the one part they had in stock to which I replied; never mind, Ill just order them online.

We had an excellent experience with the salesman Chad and the rest of the team at Honda of South Georgia. Everyone was very professional and they also had some great deals.

Complete shitbags when it comes to sales and service. Will overcharge you for shoddy service and wont budge or negotiate on prices. Will make you think youre getting a good deal only to add on b.s. fees that equate to selling the bike for more than you could get it elsewhere. Never ever buying from this place again. Cannot be trusted!!!!

I bought a new 2017 Honda CBR 1000RR and it wasn’t until after i called to get Insurance on it did I realize it wasn’t the same bike I was told and what was listed on their website. It didn’t have ABS like the salesman told me and their website listed. The dealership ended up buying the bike back but not after blaming me for not knowing the difference and saying it was my fault. I have text messages for proof. This would have been my 2nd bike from the dealership. Be sure you’re 100% clear you know what you’re buying before signing. I felt I was scammed.

Great place and excellent customer service! I was on the way home from down south and had a flat tire. Called and they told me to come right on and they would fix me up. This was not quite what I was expecting at a little after 5 when they closed at 6. Pulled up and the service guy was walking out the door. He jumped on the bike and took it directly back. I ended up having to get a new tire which they had in stock. They had it on in about 45 mins and it didnt break the bank! I never thought I would be at a Honda shop for my Harley. Lol. Thanks again guys!

I bought a used Honda 500 pioneer with extended warranty that we later found out was in terrible condition .buggy was sold to us with aftermarket parts that voided the expensive warranty that when I left the park in lot.honda shouldnt sell something that is not covered .never trust this place costed me roughly 3500$

Got a deal worked out with atv and utv. Went and got money and borrowed trailer and come back the next morning. Got there and was told that they did not want to sell atv now. Was never given a call or text. Wasted my time and money. Atv is still up for sale online on website. I would call that false advertising. Pretty crappie thing to do since Ive bought around 8-9 things from you guys.Called today and threatened my dad and said we was not welcome back in store. All over because YOU went back on you word. Stand up guys! I was traveling on motorcycle from Knoxville to Daytona, when my chain snapped on my bike. Stranded on the side of the hwy in the middle of nowhere, on Black Friday, John and the guys at HoSG picked me and the bike up, got it to their service department, and had me back on the road in time to kiss my kids goodnight. Cant express how grateful I am to these guys. If you live anywhere near them, please support this shop. Real people work here.

This place is a joke. Called about a price for install of parts, they quoted me nearly $200 for work I have had done for $40 at a shop in Valdosta. I then called a dealership in Thomasville run by the same guy that manages Honda of South GA and they quoted me $100. Both ridiculous prices. Also in the past when I took my bike to this place, they scratched up my rims doing a tire change. Incompetent and untrustworthy.

We stopped into Honda Of South Georgia for a emergency rear tire replacement. I must say Honda Of South Georgia is first class all the way. They know the meaning of customer service from the moment you walk in the door. They provided first class service like no other dealership I have ever been in from the parts department, to the service department, the service installer, and management staff. To top off the first class treatment they had me back on the road within two hours. If you are ever in the area of Tifton, Ga Honda of South Georgia is the place to stop. Keep up the great work Guys. The service department here is absolutely awful! I bought a brand new rubicon & it has stayed in the shop more than Ive ridden it with the same constant problem. When I take it in for warranty they keep it for a month to do 1-2 hrs worth of work. The 4 WD constantly does not work. Last time I went to pick it up & it was not even fixed even though they said it was. I drove it in the ditch & 4 WD was not working. Ive called to check on it, been put on hold for over 10 min & when I hang up they dont even bother returning my call. This time they left the ATV sitting there waiting for me to randomly call to see if I wanted to proceed with them ordering a wiring harness it needs when ITS UNDER WARRANTY! Worse service & incompetency Ive ever dealt with!
