The lady that did my hair bragged about how good my hair was going to turn out and when I got home and looked at my hair better. She did a horrible job. After paying $140.00, I decided to go back and have her fix it. She still couldn’t get it right. I would never go back there again!!!

So...I was very Very disappointed! My first time there....get my hair dyed! I.mean my hair its ok... however..Lily who.is the one who did my hair... couldnt match the color I wanted even after I showed her a picture! I.mean how hard can it be? Then...she tried to convince me to get a darker color! Which I was already over it I needed my grey covered ASAP so...I did it...then I showed her a picture of a hairstyle...she couldnt do!!!! OMG I was stressed out! She had to ask her co-worker how to cut it! So we ended up just having her cut my split ends instead..simple...which I. Glad! She would have ruined it! Never ever! Going back again! Horrible experience

Terrible I paid 125$ to straight my hair permanently but it’s not even straight and all curved back again, worst Solon service ever the lady barber left me in the middle while cutting hair and start doing cashier thing for long time, worst customer service,if you are a person looking for reviews and visit there I highly suggest to not waste your money like I have wasted :(
