One of my favorite stores in the mall, and Ive been going there for years. I love their body creams in a tube, and my favorites are citrus/fruit scents. When I was there at the Oaks Mall recently, they were all set up for Fall, with the scents of the season (but not overwhelming as you walk in). Impeccably organized store with extremely helpful staff, Im so glad this store survived the mall shutdown. Buying products in person is so important, and they are still there. Yay!

The manager was highly rude, had terrible attitude! you would think she would treat customers great since she is the manager, right? all the other employees were great! but the manager on the other hand…

Love bath and body works always get too many candles. The staff is always super nice and attentive here and they make sure you find what youre looking for. Definitely will be going back.

I went a couple days ago during the semi annual sale, so Im assuming the staff will be different on a regular day.No one offered me help or even spoke to me. Besides one women telling me to not spray the perfumes because they didnt have testers.Its a perfume / scent store so not sure how I can buy without smelling it..

This store always makes me spend at least $30 on lotion, hand soap and candles! They have great sales, so if you’re able to catch them on sale, your $40 will go a long way. They’re currently taking the current pandemic seriously, which is really appreciate! Only 10 customers are allowed in at a time, you must have your mask on at all times and you need to sanitize your hands before exiting.

I love this place! We waited 1.2 hours today in the overflow line and ended up buying tons of candles! The sale is amazing and the worker at the front of the line was the sweetest. 5/5 :)

They only allow 12 people in at a time with such a big store. 5 of the people are the workers. After waiting a long time I was informed that the items I was coming for could not be tested. The whole point of going. Terrble organization, communication, and management

Went in with my fiancé to get the buy candles that are being advertised huge sale, only to be turn away 2 hours before they closed do to they need to give people a chance toShop while inside? Does it really take that long for customers to buy and leave?! I am 8 months pregnant I would have bought them online but they were sold out and being forced to go into the stores during this COVID pandemic is not okay! Love your products but they way you guys making your customers come in to the store and then having them turn away is not acceptable! Online shopping should never be sold out since they can definitely shipped the items to there home safely! Making people be at risk is completely against what we’re trying to prevent! Bath and body works please be considerate of your customers and staff!

I love bath and Bodyworks but the lines now I’m just outrageous an hour and a half to get into the store I just think I can do this online I love Bath and Bodyworks and all but I really don’t wanna go to the mall and wait that long while I can go to other stores

I was scared that the might go away but they are located just outside of the main entrance of the mall next to the childrens place

Store is always nice.

Store smells great (of course!) and is beautifully set up, with scents very well organized and aesthetically displayed, but that was about it... staff never greeted us or asked us if we needed help, and there were plenty of employees in the store. Great products and often great deals (as well as great coupons you can find online), but mediocre staff.

This store is so pleasant to shop in, the customer service is so welcoming...Great deals on Sprays and lotion .

Not my own experience although I understand that the 3 wick candle sale was awsome all because of the amazing customer service and personal touch from Jordan! Ms. B. says he was a beacon of light for her day. All of her coworkers will be there soon to buy candles.😉

But the colon, your lady will love it. Better then that offer stuff, Axe.....

45 minute wait in a packed mall no thank you

I always enjoy going to bath and body works with my girlfriend. I bought her purchases and she bought mine. This is located in the beautiful and large oaks Mall in thousand oaks California.

Always friendly service at this location. It gets busy but they always stay on top of the line

A pretty large clean well-stacked store with good customer service

I was just there, July 30th, at 1:00 pm, a Thursday afternoon. I wanted only one item. Another couple of people and I were waiting behind a woman who was supposedly getting checked out, but she kept changing her mind about her order, asking the total and what other items were there at the register. Another sales woman came out of the stockroom, looked at what was going on, then went back into the stock area. A third employee was up front greeting people, though no one else was in the store. After three minutes of waiting, and seeing that the customer checking out wasnt leaving anytime soon, I put my one item down, and walked out. Usually they have great service, but sales people should know to help when it is obvious that things arent going quickly enough and others are waiting in line. This is why hiring older people with experience is a good idea, they usually( though not always) think about what is best to do.

I go to bath & body works about once a month in Ventura, the worker are really not that nice whenever I am in there .I was recently at the bath & body works in the T.O mall where I was treated so welcome the lady we so helpful so nice solving customers problems with a smile.I will deffenley go back to the one in the T.O mall.Thank you ladys for making the customers fell welcome ....
