Mike is such an amazing employee, super polite and energetic has really good customer service! I arrived to make a return he had a line of customers and was super interactive with everyone asking if they needed anything else, he made all the customers feel special and prioritized their needs. Someone give this man a raise!

When you book a appointment online for 9am notary, and show up at 9am then told the notary doesnt come in til 10am. The cocky employee with horrible customer service and rude comments. I would like to be contacted by an owner.
As I entered the store the person working was complaining about prior customers to people in the store. When I got up to be helped he was rude to me. I left and went to another store. As I was leaving he made some comment to the other guests about how rude I was. Probably need to find some better employees. 11 am May 23 2021

Paid for overnight service. To Pueblo. Package was sent to Kansas 7 days later package still not delivered. Manager was immediately very combative. Fire him.
When there today...but they are closed . Big sign said they are open on sunday from 10 am till 3pm.
Multiple times I show up and they arent even opened. Here at 9am and the store is closed when the sign says 8am. Multiple times.

I received a package on Wednesday that the box was falling apart a piece of my order fell out of the box. I was lucky enough to be home and he called the supervisor and they returned to sender. I got a replacement on Saturday and this box AGAIN was extremely damaged. The top part of the box was so damaged it was open. The pieces of wood for my bed frame were damaged once again. The manufacturer is really good about having thick styrofoam all over and heavy duty plastic pieces on the corners so that this shouldn’t happen. The driver that delivered it today also almost delivered my neighbors package to me and it was falling out of the box completely both the top and bottom part of the box were damaged and I felt horrible for my neighbor. This is ridiculous that this happens so much. I know covid has a lot of people working more and harder and my heart reaches out to them however making these types of lazy mistakes are creating more work for them. If my package would have been delivered with care the first time it would have been two less packages for them to deliver to just my house so I’m sure if they are doing this to other people they are creating more work for themselves. I had tried calling and the person I was talking to hung up on me even though I was being extremely nice. Extremely upset wish I could give them no star.
Had a great experience here the other day.. I had some things a relative had ordered and needed to return.. so as I was running this errand and needed to ship those items out .. I went to this location and the gentleman was very helpful...It went from mild to wild real quick- and what I mean by that is when I entered the store the employee was already on a call assisting someone by phone. He was able to manage that.. begin to help me, than a delivery person came to the back door needing him.. all of a sudden three different groups of people came in pretty much at the same time needing to ship “ a lot of stuff out” ... so he had someone on the phone.. me he was finishing up with, a delivery person who it’s safe to say had other places to go to, and an excited, high energy group with a lot of stuff right after me .. two other groups waiting .. and I’m not sure if he was still assisting the customer on the phone or not.. either ways. Five Star man.. just for being you... ;)
Micheal at UPS store is amazing, great customer service. Have had issues in the past but never worked with Micheal till today and couldnt ask for better customer service.
I’m here now on a Saturday & there’s only one person working. He’s the only one here & theres 7 people waiting in line. This is the worst & need to get more employees in on a Saturday.
This place is so petty that they even price gouge you to print a label.... charging you $3.00 per sheet of paper, Im pretty sure thats illegal. Dont give your business to this 3rd party UPS store, theyre definitely not grateful for it. I went to the UPS store down the street and the employee there printed my label for free. Stay away from this shady place!!
Came in at 550pm to get a document notarized and was told he already closed out the book. Apparently the sign that says closing at 630pm means they don’t do business an hour before then. Great customer service! Lol

I’ve never had a problem at this location since I have been using UPS, all of the staff are great! Sometimes, they struggle with a line during the weekends and peak hours (understaffed?), but the service has always been excellent. They are very polite, and today I was helped carry out a large, heavy package. These guys deserve every bit of patience, holidays or not.
Never have had a good experience here. The employees seem over worked, under staffed and grumpy. I returned a package that weighed 60 pounds - the employee wouldn’t help me retrieve it from my car, it was large and awkward. Luckily a Good Samaritan customer was there and helped me out, thank you kind stranger!
Made an appointment for notary services. Called ahead 4 times to verify my appointment and confirm cost, but nobody ever answered. I show up only to find out that they don’t even have notary service there.
Once again we need more help. Sat in line for 5 minutes nobody there at the desk had actually call twice to get the guy to come up front.
Awful customer service this is the closest store to us and our Safeway but we will drive anywhere rather than go here. My husband was bringing in a heavy package after all day at his own job and Mamoj was a rude, less than helpful, piece. When asked why he was being so rude and short (yelling at my husband to move the package not once but twice after he specifically followed instructions from another worker) Mamoj told him, “it’s because he was counting his drawer” and “closing up” which is a poor excuse for such an awful attitude and snappy verbal tone with customers but IT WAS A HALF AN HOUR UNTIL CLOSING! If I could have any influence on your decision to support this store I would suggest you take your business elsewhere as will we.

Rude service made appointment on line for a notary and it gave me this location, take time off from work just for this show up and they tell us they do not do notary at this location and that they don’t go off the ups web site. Guy was rude about it and couldn’t even explain why just said just cause.
Manoj Thapa was the highlight of my week during the pandemic. He was so friendly, and I really appreciated his offer to continue running the fax and making sure that it went through. He went above and beyond the requirements of his position, saving me a lot of time and frustration. He was fabulous and I would recommend coming to this store any time you had a need.

There is absolutely no reason scanning to a flash drive should cost 50¢ a page. And even if there were, there is no reason the associate should wait until AFTER hes helped you scan a large document to warn you of the outrageous price. Will not be visiting UPS stores again if they keep up these insane prices.
This is my go-to UPS location as they are always helpful and kind. Their customer service is top notch and they always make you feel welcome. They are quite reliable, and I’ve had no issues with anything shipped here.

I went to the store 4/23/2020 at 3:45p.mMy return was an Amazon return and it said I didn’t need a box to return it. The first time I went the gentleman helped me without a problem. BUT this time the lady there wanted me to buy a packaging when my return said I didn’t need a box for it. She then finished helping me and literally threw my returned receipt across the counter and the gentleman had to tell me that, that was my receipt. Horrible customer service.
Store opened 10 mins late and there were several of us waiting outside at that point. Employee didnt say a word to anyone. Waited another 10 minutes for the person in front of me to email documents to the store, meanwhile the employee doesnt offer to help anyone else. I was 2nd in line and just had to drop off a pre-labeled package and this took more than 20 minutes
Very helpful and courteous staff. I was in and out of there in no time. No waiting and I was in a hurry so it worked out great! Needed some help with the computer and printing and they walked me through it without hesitation. Highly recommend this store!!!!
The guy in the front skinny and really short with glasses as well as the old guy in the back bold, Gave me and my mom attitude. were super rude and didn’t want to give me they’re names because they clearly knew I’d give a complaint about them. They both laughed at curtain things when we’d ask them something about the package return, when it’d completely have nothing funny to do with it after I walked in again to pay for my copy’s they said something probably rude in they’re Indian language and laughed again. At the end I got one of there names (sahin) which it probably wasn’t his name. So unprofessional of them two I don’t recommend this place to no one in the aria at all. Don’t go to this location. I mean look at a the reviews. Super bad service.
No proper customer service. Printing 3 papers charged 7$ that’s absolutely insane. They will charge for the computer even if you don’t use. No respect towards customers both the manager and his mates. Never recommend this place.

Went for passport photo and notary. Online says just stop in. Came in and oh they dont have the passport white background for photos and notary is not in. Asked if they knew another UPS I could go to. They said no. Welp Google was more help. Dont waste your time here!!

So now pack is out in La la land the store manager dosent care when you are told to call to store about the clam and dosent have a record of my clam. So dont use this store for your shipping needs.

Whatever you do please do no use UPS anymore. I was supposed to have a fabric order delivered last night, the driver decided not too, I called ups about it they promised an early delivery, well it’s 8pm and I’m sitting here because I have to sign for it missing out on a birthday dinner. When I called they basically said that they ignored my request there is nothing they can do and because I didn’t pay for priority they cannot help me. Well sorry ups I’m not using your for my business anymore and I spend about $200 a month for my small business in shipping. Ive conducted business here numerous times, shipping packages and making copies and have never had a problem. Ive always been greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Depending on where Im at, this is one of a few UPS Stores I conduct business at in colorado.

Came here to mail license plates. The UPS worker told me to put them in a padded envelope and she would mail them out via USPS because its the cheapest option. I trusted her- put them in the envelope, wrote down the address and paid. Over a month later I got it back in the mail return to sender due to not enough postage. SHE OBVIOUSLY HAS NO CLUE WHAT SHE IS DOING. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE HERE WITH YOUR MAIL, ESPECIALLY IF IT IS IMPORTANT.
I have been a customer here for the better part of ten years. The last month they have turned form great to terrible! Packages being delivered and signed for then they say there not there, arguing over tracking numbers they say were picked up, and they were not. Even going as far as telling my wife to go in the back and look for herself for packages that they misplaced, while just standing around. We called prior to driving down there to be sure packages arrived, they said they were there then when we got there they could not find them. They need to change all the staff for people that are going to do the job right!!!!! Pitiful
I needed to send a document to a non-tech-saavy client for his signature and return. So I sent it to this UPS store instead. They did everything for the client - even right at closing time. Great result.

Avoid this location. Go anywhere else. The staff here dont care and/or are incompetent, and have high turnover. They screw up simple tasks, on a frustratingly-regular basis. We have a UPS mailbox here because we are doing some traveling for work. Were in each place for 3 months and we ask that the mail be forwarded every 3 weeks. When we move, we tell them of the new address, so they can send it to the new place. This is a service UPS advertises, so one would expect they would be able to accommodate it easily. Its an absolute cluster. They apparently have no way to manage recurring tasks like this. It seems that 1 person manually remembers (maybe) to do this. Except they have high turnover. When that person leaves, your mail forwarding shipments are completely forgotten about. The last straw (the one that made me write this review) was when I called last Friday to start a new recurring shipment to a new address. The lady said it would be sent out. A week later, we still havent received it. I call back today, find out that supposedly the woman quit, and no package was sent at all. Its like everything I told her was completely ignored. Wonderful. So I have to set this up again and ask multiple times that the shipment be done automatically every 3 weeks. Im still not sure if itll actually happen in 3 weeks. Its also difficult to make sure the staff does simple things like including the receipt in the package, emails you the tracking number when its sent, and sends it via the cheapest shipping in the cheapest mailer. Im sure the management at this place is a trainwreck and its flowing down to the staff there. I regret opening this UPS mailbox because its nothing but trouble. Ive no option but to micromanage getting our freaking mail because this UPS location is so poorly operated, managed, and staffed. I would give this negative stars if I could.
At times they have employees who are simply lazy, talk to much, lack a sense of urgency, etcetera, especially given when the line is long.**HOWEVER, the young man they recently hired, ISAIAH, is extremely talented and such is refreshing. The speed and accuracy In which he Moods-into, especially during High traffic times is short of amazing. His demeanor, light heartedness, professionalism, and willingness to assist in so many ways is again amazing!I.e. Jumps the counter to quickly help a senior, Then Quickly sends off a customers fax, Then rings out a customers package, Then runs to the back and grabs a dolly to help the next customer put her numerous packages in a car. Then He explains the Mail box prices and procedures for another. Then its our turn to send off a UPS package and it only took about 3-4 min for Him to get to us.DYNAMIC WORK ETHIC!Awesome Personality!If Isaiah could be cloned, there isnt a business, IMO, that wouldnt crave to hire such cloned off-spring!Keep Him and like minded employees and we will continue to patronize this location.Great hire, such has had a very Positive impact on your business!

I am very disappointed with the lack of good business ethics at this ups store as well as the one on 120th and colorado. The other day I needed a notary and to fax some documents. I went to the Thornton parkway location and they didnt have a notary on duty even though it is advertised. My additional issue is im disabled and it is super hard every step i take. Nevertheless I went from the Thornton parkway location to the 120th location. I proceeded to get my notary and faxes to 2 separate locations all costing almost$30. I got the verification papers and went on my way only to find out one of the faxes never made it. So I go back to the thornton location and explained to them the verification papers show both faxes were sent to thr same number. The workers at thornton parkway have a tone in their voice that seems like a chip on their shoulders. They told me the verification papers were not in the same form as ups has so they refused to refax. Having all of the previous issues I would think they should bend over backwards to satisfy a customer..no way! Not a budge even after I told them im going to write this up they both laughed and said go ahead! So here it is. I have decided to change my fax and notary to fed ex!

Places like these serve two functions.1. Shipping2. PrintingUnfortunately this shop is unable to handle the intricacies of printing a PDF. I know in 2017, printing a PDF is considered one of the most difficult tasks associated with computer technology, so maybe I’m being a bit too harsh. Either way, just wait the extra hour until the FedEX shop opens down the street. You may pay more but they have the ability to print things.
Yesterday I stopped by in the afternoon and it was packed so I came back this morning at 8:00 am when they were supposed to be open and no one is here. I’ve seen three people carry large packages and turn back around because they cannot drop packages off.. it is 8:10 am.
Edit: I called last night to make sure they had services for me to come down and use the computer and scanner. A girl answered and said yes they did and i said id be down soon. I get there and the computer doesnt connect to any websites at all. The kid behind the counter told me yeah it wasnt working for a while but has been better lately but i guess this is an off day and then went back down to looking at his phone. He wasnt gonna try to assess the problem or help me he was waiting me out till i left. So i did. Thanks for allowing me to call ahead to make sure services worked there then i get there and they dont.----------Ive mailed multiple things from here and i feel the prices of shipping are very high.
