Simply put, I ordered a banana split & the young employee was having a conversation with the another employee as she’s taking my order, she then goes to get the scoop of ice cream but runs off to said employee to help her type a text message. We waited for a good minute as she’s speaking & giggling with her friend. We were quite fed up & walked out but she didn’t even notice us leave. Insanely terrible service.

Love this place! Great food, drinks, snacks, and ice cream. Papas locos is my favorite with agua fresa. Popular place and well worth it.

Ice cream is so good, I like the crushed pecan ice cream bars, the whole pecan ice cream bars are really good too. Its a little pricey but its worth itIm a repeat customer all the time.

I just bought a corn, make me wait 15 minutes because it is heated corn, I ask no limon me ask it to take because I have to go back to my job, my job is 5 minutes came and corn is not even cold warm is cold also cast him limon and not just put him just threw him the whole bottle .... very poor service ..... I will not return.

The palettes are great and the ice cream is delicious. The nut is my favorite. I recommend this place.

I stop by Saturday around 3pm I buy coconut and mango ice cream, service was good but the mango ice cream the worst ice cream I have take, and the coconut was fine till I found a big ice in the middleBine to this place Saturday at 3pm and I bought a mango ice cream and a coconut ice cream, the service was good but the mango snow is the worst mango move I have ever tried, bad bad bad, and the coconut one was what it called good but I got a big piece of ice in the middle of my snow, dont go back to that place but I dont recommend it much
