Havent been since I was a kid and its still a great place for ice creamLove it

I decided that we deserved a treat, and we havent had DQ in over a year. It was far from a treat. Not one employee was wearing a mask. Not one. When I ordered, I noticed one female employee in a red jacket SCRATCH HER NOSE, RUB HER HANDS DOWN HER FACE, AND PROCEED TO MAKE AN ORDER!!! She didnt even put on gloves. When I asked for the corporate office number, the female stared at me and said Im busy. It was the lack of respect that caused me to call corporate. We are in the middle of a pandemic. Wearing a mask and gloves while preparing food is a MINIMUM REQUIREMENT AT ANY TIME!

Went in for a blizzard and was greeted by some of the most friendly (fast food) workers Ive seen in a while. Even to the point where the manager, I belive named Casey, came and chatted for a minute. The place was super clean and looked well maintained. Would highly recommend stopping here.

This dairy queen is bomb!! had my usual, large Oreo blizzard and it was perfect. also, this DQ is the best location around the metro area.Im learning that these franchise owners get to set their own prices for their items, because this place is actually reasonably priced. Two large blizzards for $10 and change, which is what Im used to. Commerce City (a very poor area) has its prices jacked up to almost EIGHT DOLLARS each, so two large blizzards cost us $16 plus tax (outrageous) and the DQ off Tower road is the same, almost $8 each. If you want a sprinkle of nuts or something on the top is almost a whole dollar extra. (.89!!!)These places are really getting ridiculous. Nothing is like it used to be, thats for sure!Highly recommend this location of youre in the area and want a delicious ice cream treat. Thanks Dairy Queen for being reasonably priced. We love your stuff!

I love them! Turns out all my faves are seasonal so I’m super disappointed but I still love all the blizzard flavors

While working for doordash they got 6 Blizzards done in a matter of minutes very impressive

Clean and relatively fast, but they were out of the first couple things we ordered. Blizzards had lots of addins, but none of them were close to full. I think the guy on the cash register was stoned.

Still have Dilly Bars! Awesome ice cream on a stick. Grandson had peanut butter shake- he was in heaven.

Customer service is a hit or miss. Theyve also messed up my order a couple of times. I prefer other locations, but this one has a convenient drive-thru.

After I paid with my card and got my ice cream, the lady ASKED if I had cash to leave a tip, that it would be nice. First off, I don’t think employees should be asking customers for tips and on top of that my blizzard was more like a shake and they never flip it upside down and now I’m noticing why. Disappointed

Im so confused that when you purchase a orange Julius from drive thru,. And asked for 2 bananas to be added . Why I couldnt get that with 3 ppl helping me and still ended up with the worst orange Julius . So if you dont know how to speak English then dont go here. The customer service was absolutely the worst, what do you except with a bunch of teens that obviously just smoked and tried to add 2+2

Waited 20 minutes for them to ask what we ordered.

We went there last night around 9:30 and when we try to order they told us that all of their ice cream wouldnt be frozen unless we wanted to wait for 15 minutes but they had no frozen ice cream in the whole place...I am so disappointed and truly dont believe this was true, I think its laziness.

How things can change in one year. Last year under the name Carla Ridgeley I posted a review praising this Dairy Queen and how great the kids working there were. But on this night when I went through the drive-thru and ordered the same thing as always, the girl running the drive-thru informed me that they dont serve those. And I said to her well Ive ordered them several times & yall have made it several times for me. She came back just as quick with well that was before my time and theres no one here to make those. One Bad Apple can ruin the whole bunch. Her attitude was snotty and Im just really disappointed and saddened about how just one person can change how somebody looks at a persons entire business. I sure hope that Dairy Queen takes a good look at certain employees because I dont think it will be long before it will begin to reflect by their return customers not returning. Sad sad sad

Who doesnt love ice cream... delicious!

Super quick if your in a hurry but the quality is bad. They never mix blizzards to the bottom only the top 25% is mixed at best. Location can be bothersome to get in and out depending on what direction your coming from.

On 08/30/2020 Elizabeth S. went above and beyond on her service. I never really write reviews but had to write one about Elizabeth. I had order a birthday cake for my 6 year old son at another bakery but was told last minute our cake had not been completed due to the Covid pandemic. I was left trying to find a cake for my son last minute. I drove to this DQ where I was greeted by Elizabeth, I told her about my situation and she did not hesitate to offer to modify a normal cake into an Avengers cake eventhough they only make cakes with a 2 day notice. THANKS ELIZABETH YOU MADE MY SONS DAY. Her customer service is GREAT. MAKE HER THE STORE MANAGER if she isnt already!

Blizzards melted and 3/4 of the way full what a scam not sure why I would ever come here again.

Had nothing but issues with this place more or less applied over like three times and Ive been denied each three times no good value reason were very hard worker theyre capable of doing what were doing even bike to work how many of those people bike to work first time I filed out an application the lady was rude just proving claim I didnt even have a covid mask and I did claim that I could do their jobs better than all of them put together the second time I applied this signs been up for months now and they havent filled the position but I was willing to work and I even stand outside on my bicycle filling this out and it wasnt good enough for them idk care less I do try not are fault ur employees judgemental lack of better word experienced enough even to hire people ..hope close ur store down!!!!

Was ex excellent I went in and I ordered a old fashioned strawberry soda which was not on the menu and the kids didnt know how to make it but they put forth their best effort and tried to make it and they did a great job it tasted great they gave it their best shot and they did great and you could tell that they had no clue what theyre doing but they really tried and did a good job had a great attitude and I just was really impressed with these kids it was 20 minutes before closing time and they had a great attitude I would recommend this place to anybody

For a Friday night they were very busy, but were very quick and my order was perfect. The gal who was at the window was extremely nice and had great costumer service. I didn’t get her name but she was extremely pleasant.

This establishment is the worst DQ I have ever been too. No matter the day, season, time service every time is horrible. Today the staff was so disrespectful and rude. And even when I asked for a straw the girl started cussing and throwing attitude. Go a few more miles to a better DQ. Save your money.

We go here all the time and always friendly staff and good service. They other day though I ordered a cake 2 days out went to pick it up past my time and they still didnt have it ready...and had to wait 10 minutes for them to decorate it, which was not what I expected.

What a treat it was! My grandchildren and I loved it. This was the only Treat we could find close and we had a great time. Thank you.

Dear Dairy Queen, thank you for the extra cheesecake bites in my Berry blizzard tonight. I guess instead of just getting 2 bites I got 4. As well thanks for the extra ice-cream there was hardly any berries. If someone loves cheesecake make sure you order extra in your ice-cream so you only get 4 bites of cheesecake instead of just 1 or 2 and hey maybe they will give you more ice-cream an leave out some of the berries 😁.

I wish I could give ZERO stars because this is hands-down THE WORST BUSINESS Ive ever had the displeasure of wasting my money at. I got hurt at the store, and the store manager Rachel has blatantly and unapologetically refused to help me. I have sent 5 emails total with no reply aside from her generic copy/past thank you for your feedback remark when I initially submitted a request for help from the Dairy Queen website. I asked for insurance information, and still nothing. It has been over a month now and this ridiculous, bitter, unprofessional, nasty woman has done absolutely nothing to help me at all.Their bathroom has a drain in the middle of the floor, it was wet and the floor was slippery on this slope towards this ridiculous drain... I fell HARD and chipped my hip bone. It literally STILL hurts when walking, standing, sitting, laying. And I got the nastiest bruise Ive ever had in my life from it. I notified the cashier right when it happened, and she was lovely and quite helpful. But obviously their management is a complete buffoon whos incapable of doing anything for me, even though thats what shes paid to do. Im baffled, disgusted and hurt that someone could be so callous and reckless and FLAT OUT REFUSE to provide any information or assistance when I GOT HURT AT THEIR STORE!

I ordered a meal to find out they dont carry french fries they only carry potato chips. Okay fine you dont go to Dairy Queen to get food. Really the only reason I went was because I was craving a dipped cone. So I ate my sandwich then went up for my cone only to find out they dont carry butterscotch. Dairy Queen dipped cones and blizzards are the only reasons they are in business these days and how are you not going to carry one of the main toppings. The employees were great but Ive had better stocked Dairy Queens in a mall.

Filthy location. Was served my meal on a very filthy tray, you got girls touching their hair in the back while preparing food, the guy today on the drive thru register on his phone texting while taking orders, seen a girl drop a cup on the floor the picked it up and still used the cup to fill with ice cream. I think someone from high up regional or owner needs to shop this store secretly and see for yourself what type of people you are hiring to run your store. Last thing you have too many staff on the clock,doing nothing which is a waste of owners money. I will not return to this location. Nasty....Nasty....Nasty....!

Friendly staff and quick service. Never had a bad experience at this location. Orders are accurate and very yummy. They know how to make the product.

When someone asks for no pineapple. There should be no pineapple theyre asking because our highly allergic and then they go and tell you that theres pineapple and and you tell them no you should just go ahead and remake it instead of making them through their food away.

Every time I come here the staff is rude,young kids. They didnt flip the blizzard and when I confronted the kids he said oh yeah we definitely flipped it you probably just didnt see it.....I only gave it a 1 star because 0 wasnt available
