The Audiologist was fantastic and knowledgeable! She recommended the perfect set of hearing aide for my needs and was super easy to work with. I love the fact the I dont have to pay for cleanings and the professionals are very inviting to any and all questions! The price of the devices cant be beat!! A free hearing test is perfect to start you off and knowing I get a warranty that is covered by Costco is perfect! I would definitely recommended this location to anyone who feels they may need hearing devices.

My wife and went to this store to order a hearing aid today. The auditory exam had been done on a prior visit. The first 15 minutes we were in the store there was only one employee who was preforming a hearing test with another customer. We waited in the general area until we saw the two other employees walk up. Once we were able to get their attention. We explained we needed to order the hearing aid that they had discussed in the initial visit. The second employee said “Uh do you have an appointment, it takes like thirty minutes. There is lots of paperwork we have to do.” The third employee then said “Who was your specialist? Did they not tell you you had to have an appointment? It was 5:00 p.m. they still had an hour before closing. The second and third employees were extremely rude and had absolutely no desire in helping us. I’ve never experienced anything like this at Costco.
