Absolutely incredible customer service and commitment to excellence. I usually dread going to USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Its always a test of my patience. Mailbox Express breaks the mold and makes shipping so easy. Even during the Xmas rush to ship gifts, the owner multitasked like a champion and quickly burned through the line. If you want a hassle-free experience, I would go here.

Shipped a laptop to an employee. Required signature for receipt. FedEx got a signature however it wasnt from my employee. Went in to see next steps for insurance. Lady helping me went (and continues) to go ABOVE and BEYOND what she should. I cannot recommend this place enough. Very helpful, courteous, and friendly!!

The owner is amazingly helpful. She loves what she does and that is very evident. They may get busy but just be patient, they’re worth the wait.

The best customer service I’ve seen in ages! The young lady who runs the store is friendly, efficient and know what she’s doing. I have had to go in at just about closing time and the lady who runs it, is still so chipper and does not rush her last customers. I will always go here before I go to the post office.

They are always so friendly and kind here! When they scan your package they will also give you updates (like UPS has already picked up for the day, or that USPS is a little behind in shipping). I go to this store exclusively now because they are so friendly.

After reading many bad reviews for the UPS store in Thornton, I decided to give my business to Mailbox Express. What a wonderful experience! The woman working seriously could not have been kinder or more helpful! She even gave me a new pen for being a first time customer lol. I will definitely be back for all of my shipping needs.

Brought in a simple USPS package with a pre-printed label for drop off and the package disappeared. I cant even file an insurance claim for a lost package because the tracking was never scanned, since the package apparently never made actually it to USPS. Disappointing situation but I suppose its my fault for not forcing them to give me a receipt when they took possession and relying on a 3rd party service instead of just going to the PO.Yes, the post office is way too crowded and slower but at least you know your package will actually be with the USPS. Mailbox Express can easily lose your packages and theres nothing you can do about it.

This place is AMAZING! I have a business PO Box with them and I admit that I am fairly needy when it comes to receiving shipments from vendors, etc... They are very punctual and always go above and beyond for me! Well done! You all have my business for years to come!

Came in and was able to print my label off my email and they were very helpful. I always do drop off for overnight and never have issues. Employees I have met are nice! Love coming here instead of the post office or FedEx! Way easier! :)

While the staff is very friendly and the location is convenient, that is about all this place has to offer. Twice now I have paid for extra shipping on an item and it shows up a week late. I understand mishaps can happen above their control but I firmly believe they charge you for a higher quality shipping and once you leave they slap on a label for the cheapest shipping. Don’t trust them.

You really need to use this place for your various needs. The staff are friendly. Next to no wait time. They have a notary, fax, computer use, moving boxes, key cutting, electronic and physical mailboxes. Needless to say shipping and packing services.
