Horrible service when you go in and they never answer their phones. Do not go here, not worth your time. I would give zero stars if possible.

The customer service is abysmal. There were two associates working and two customers in the store. I had to wait until the other customer was tended to before being served. When I asked the other associate (who was standing right there, doing utterly nothing) to help me, she said I had to wait for the “open” register. We were surrounded by open registers. It was a Mel Brooks skit of incomprehensible incompetence.

I would give negative stars if possible had some print work done for a baby shower and was told by the print shop to pick it up tomorrow morning at 8:00am. Come to find out The representative was wrong and they don’t open until 10. With cash in hand talking to the manager 30 minutes before opening she refused to even consider helping in anyway until 10. Now with the baby shower starting at 10 AM we will be an hour late. Customer service is dead at office max NEVER COME HERE

They do a good job. They normally have what I want. The employees are friendly and helpful. The prices are a little high but you probably know that. The store is clean.
