I purchased a 6-pack of these cookie pies (3 strawberry-rhubarb and 3 peach) from the Arvada Farmers Market a couple of weekends ago. I have been craving them ever since. They are DELICIOUS! The fruit filling is flavorful and not too tart or too sweet. The crust is moist and flakey. We even kept them on the counter for a few days and they didnt become stale. Highly recommended as a delicious treat.

I was excited to see something new at the Farmers Market and picked up a mixed bag of cookie pies. The baker said these were cookie crusts with organic fruit fillings. Unfortunately, the bottom crust is overly thick and not cooked in the middle making it soggy; there is so little filling I was really unable to taste the difference, or taste the filling at all. Overall, the cookie pie was very heavy, soggy, and not very tasty.

Love the crust! There are a lot of pies and cookies out there, but the crust is just so-so...the crust on the cookie pies is always flaky and fresh, like they were just baked, even if they are a week old. The Blueberry is my favorite, the blueberry filling taste like blueberries, not sugary fillings like you get with most pasteries.I love that the cookie pies are organic and no artical fillers and sweetners are ever used! Try them, you will love them...but be careful..they are very addictive, you won’t be able to eat just one!
