We have been to a Crumble in Utah and loved it! We were really excited to see that there was one so close to our hotel! We went and first off the price info given on Google maps was wrong. Its says 4 of their cookies is $10 when in reality at the store it is 4 cookies for $13 and some change almost $14! Second off this store is a self serve store. Me and my kids havent ever been to a self serve store so we waited and continued to ask for help but were ignored. Most of the kids working here looked like high schoolers or college students. So being polite and informational wasnt really what they were aiming for I guess. We got one of each cookie which was 8 cookies for $30 dollars. It took less then 5 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our cookies. Would have loved to give a 5 star rating as we love Crumbl but the staff just wasnt helpful to out of town people at all:(

Alright. I gave this place a second chance. It gets no more. Its the workers that make this location awful. They never open the box to show you your cookies and in my opinion, it is because they dont look right. My first trip was when the lemon poppyseed cookie came out. The lemon cookie was half the size of the other cookies and burnt Yet tasted ubder baked . The sugar cookie was lopsided and under frosted. This time i took a picture AND am posting it. My blueberry cheesecake cookie is short the frosting it should have. Its a blop that stops an inch from each edge. Leaving lots of frostingless cookie, and also tasted like the baking process wasnt complete. While i was waiting i watched someone spoon cookies onto the cookie sheet and one of the cookies was very wet as if they didnt mix the ingredients thoroughly and left a very moist part. Other locations are always consistent, have beautiful presentation And show you the cookies upon pick up. This location needs an adult manager since it always seems to be highschoolers working here, and might need a lesson in quality control. They give crumble cookies a bad experience.

It feels like Christmas each week, waiting to see what the new flavors of the week will be! I tried two flavors and both cookies were DRY. Not stale dry, but like sat in a warm drawer way to long and all the moisture was evaporated out. I wont go back, not for the price.

The cookies are really good but the service today was not. There were 9-10 people working at the time I went in. No one acknowledged me and I waited almost 2 minutes for someone to approach me. I was told to order on the kiosk, no signage stating thats how you order. While I was putting in my order a couple more workers came in the front door and one of them had friends following behind him. He went around the counter and proceeded to pack up a box of cookies for his friends. I didnt see an exchange of payment. I dont know why I didnt get personal service. The worker that boxed up my cookies closed the lid on one of them, cutting off an eighth of the cookie. The top of the box was greasy from being handled with greasy gloves.Yummy cookies, bad service.

Fairly unfriendly and inconsistent help. Wanted to order 5 boxes for a party. Placed order. Got 2 of my order boxes wrong. Asked for correct cookies. Was told that I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. When I saw the cookies I needed on the tray. Rude and lacking in customer service.

Dececant cookies! Delicious but definitely hard to eat a whole one at once. First experience trying these amazing cookies. Will definitely be back for more. The Thornton Crumbl location is absolutely amazing! They have top-notch customer service and impeccable follow-through. They went above and beyond to deliver cookies to my sons workplace for his birthday and I am so grateful for all the help they provided. If there were more than five stars I would give it to them!

Love Crumbl! Only thing I would ask to improve would be the curbside delivery system. Getting my order took 10+ minutes after I tapped the Im here button on the app and the one order before me had received their cookies (I was second in line). I eventually had to enter the store to request my order when the app showed that I had received my order when I had not. For a speedy option, I will go back to ordering delivery for the extra $10. At least I can guarantee that I will get my order within a certain time frame.

I order once a week on Mondays to try all the new flavors they have for the week and I’m never disappointed. Their cookies are like crack so delicious 🤤

The coconut cream pie was the best one I’ve ever had. I check for new flavors every week just chasing that tropical coconut high. (Please bring it back.)The frosting is my fav part. If they sold it in a tub in the grocery store cake aisle I’d finally know what’s it’s like to eat a whole tub of frosting like ice cream. Weird aspiration, but you get it. DELICIOUS.

Something is terribly wrong with the system they use to prioritize and fulfill orders. I order ahead at many restaurants and have never been told that what I ordered and PAID FOR was given to someone else..

I don’t have a huge sweet tooth but I have a hard time resisting a good chocolate chip cookie so when my bestie in Denver took me to the the Thornton location and I fell in love. The chilled frosted sugar cookie is like eating a mouthful of joy. I’m salivating just thinking about it. Some of the deliciousness I’ve had: the caramel apple crumble, birthday cake, double fudge, strawberry cheesecake…just to name a few. The staff are always super friendly and quick and efficient about getting your order out to you. I’ve purchased in store, online, and via a delivery app and every time I’ve gotten exactly what I wanted and it’s always over-delivered on taste.I’ve been so sad because I didn’t realize there was a Crumbl in San Diego…but there is!!! Point Loma here I come

Im only human and can only resist the call of Crumbl for so long. These cookies are amazing!! Different flavors every week and a couple of standards that are there always. I try to only answer the siren song of Crumbl every few months (send prayers). They have late night hours too, which is far too convenient. Go enjoy these unbelievably delicious cookies!

The cookies are normally great! My friends and I get them nearly every week for our get togethers. However, we have noticed that the product quality differs somewhat day to day. We often buy them on Mondays and Thursdays, and the difference by Thursday is pronounced. I wish it was a bit more dialed in on Monday. We’ll continue to buy them though because they’re delicious, and the service is normally very friendly.

Cookies are good but Im not a fan of soft cookies, I like my cookies a little crunchy, they are good for a friend or family members birthday or special occasions

I just downloaded the app today and made my first curb side pick up order. I didn’t realize that when I paid for it, the app added $2 for tip. I wish they didn’t automatically do that because I just noticed it when I went to pick up my cookies. Also, I would advise to always look at the cookies right away when picking up because one of my last purchases, they gave me a cookie without any frosting on top. I had to go back and ask them to add it.

First time using the app and curbside option. I got to the store within 10 mins of placing the order and they were brought right out to my car within a few mins. Easiest experience! The cookies were amazing!! The pineapple is fantastic - we will definitely be back.

Horrible experience. Went in on a late Tuesday to surprise was never greeted or talked to the whole time. It’s a self service location so you do everything yourself. What threw me off was the insane tip rates being thrown at be as I was paying. Why on gods earth would I tip anyone who doesn’t greet me, acknowledge my presence or help me in any way. Took a bit of time for some average cookies to be handed to me, without once again a word said by any employee in there. Get rid of the teenage kids and hire some adults that know how to communicate with customers. Plain out ridiculous how this location is being ran.

They change up the menu every week so there are always fun new things to try along with their consistent chocolate chip or sugar cookie, which are always available. Its 2021 and there are ZERO vegan options here. Its pretty easy to make cookies with no animal products. Such a shame to see a vast amount of different cookies and not one vegan option.

All I can say is yum! Such a great chocolate chip cookie! I would recommend just getting the plain chocolate chip I preferred that over the churro one. You get to see the cookies being freshly made and the atmosphere was very warm and bright.

The chilled cookies are our favorites. I wouldlove to see a smaller two or three cookie pack. While three members of my family enjoy Crumbl, we have another with food allergies who cannot. We would be thrilled if Crumbl could dedicate a day, a week of cookies- something to be able to safely serve those with nut allergies in particular. I understand that it is difficult, just a wish.

The cookies are amazing! Unfortunately, plan to wait 20-30 minutes for your cookies. We purchased 7 cookies through the app, ordering them to be fulfilled ASAP. We got to the store and it was not until we pressed “I’ve arrived “ that they started the order-they claim that it is to “assure freshness “. I get wanting to give a quality product, but this is at the expense of annoyance. We are in a line of cars 12-deep. Making us late. I’d advise that you press ”I’ve arrived” on the app 15 mins before you arrive.

You can’t go wrong with this place, especially any of the warm cookies with cream cheese icing. My fav cookie all time was the warm chocolate cheesecake cookie. The oatmeal raisins are a go-to every time.

We have gotten cookies delivered a couple of times and picked up a couple of times. Only 1 cookie was not to our liking. I loved the peanut butter!!

The cookies are great and we purchase for special occasions. The customer service, not so much. At the last minute, I had my nanny pick up cookies instead of me for a birthday party. After being fairly rude to her because she wasn’t me, when handing over the smaller of 2 boxes, the box dropped. They asked her if she wanted to buy replacement cookies so she did. They treated her poorly, instead of asking for something to confirm that she was picking up for me, and then even if it was both people who contributed to dropping the cookies, “stellar” customer service would’ve been to replace them at no charge, especially for almost a $60 order. Very Disappointing.

Why are all of the good cookie spots always out of the way! Had a co-worker tell me about this place and it did not disappoint. They stayed hot and warm for a almost 30 minutes. Although it was only four, they were very large, and after 4 days I still have one left.

First time at Crumbl tonight (ordered curbside pickup) and very happy with the experience. Didnt have to wait too long, maybe 5-10 minutes which considering how busy they are I didnt think that was bad. Opened our 4pack and was surprised at the sheer size and heavy weight of these cookies! They are cooked juuuussst barely done which I love, therefore the middle is very soft without being raw/under. To my surprise none of the cookies are overly sweet - not even the iced sugar cookie. I appreciate that! Love the flavors. Definitely a different kind of cookie than the norm. If the pic loads, this is a half-eaten raspberry cheesecake cookie. Its a solid inch thick.

These are some great cookies...Okay not docking a star but if your going to take orders online, then have the cookies in stock. I placed an order for 3 hours into the future and had to wait over 30 mins to get the oreo cookies I ordered. Better then being out but seriously... You could have called or messaged to say hey dont come yet we screwed up. I still think they could have given me a free cookie or ever just like some points so I can earn a free cookie for the long wait. Luckily staff was super friendly and I blame Corp for bad software, communication, and policies in this case (not the store or staff).
