I had a simple request which is 1 pump of classic syrup instead of 4 pumps for my drink. The lady made my drink wrong size for the first time, and made 4 pumps of syrup second time. I returned my drink twice and she gave me a mad face. No apologies for wasting my time to waiting for my drink.. I just want to have my $6 drink made correctly. If you do not like customers return their drinks, please make the drinks right!☹️

It took 30 minutes to get about 7 cars through the drive through. When I got to the window I watched the barista stand there for 2 minutes before even greeting me. Meanwhile my drink was done and sitting on the counter next to her.

The people are sooooo friendly, its just a hot spot right next to I-25. Because of high demand, service can be slow, inaccurate, or poor in quality. This happens at least 2 out of 3 times I go here and thats not very often for me.But the employees work really hard and will make it right Everytime 👍

My not a regular Starbucks customer. Appears to be a well used/busy location. There is some outdoor seating on east side of building. Not being a regular customer, I was confused with where/how to order. With offers of help I was taken care of.

Use to work here. The workers make fun of the customers and will give a person decaf if they don’t like them. They even let someone work there that was JUST getting over COVID.I would see her mask off all the time too. Do not come here, rude staff that doesn’t care about safety.

I just ordered a venti iced latte there. The drink tastes nothing. It’s more like a yucky coffee water. I can’t drink it at all. It’s a waste of $5. The staff is fine, the drink is terrible.

Located at the junction of 120th Avenue and I-25 this is a very busy location with a seemingly never ending line in the drive thru. The location is clean and friendly with lots of seating which often goes unused in that most customers wont get out of their cars. Also a nice patio which is shaded in the afternoons.

Used to get coffee here almost every night before work and now i pull up to the window at 845 and they dont answer the intercom and they dont answer at the window and employees stay in the window and pretend they dont hear you knocking? Then tonight its just closed with no warning... If they chamged their hours ut should be posted and maybe tell your regular customers that hours are changing... Whack customer service, and the snotty little broad who answered the phone there is disrespectful as F. used to literally shop here every day and ill never spend another dollar there

This is by far my favorite Starbucks location! My order is perfect 99% of the time. I seriously drive 20+ minutes to this location multiple times a week because I enjoy it so much and am so underwhelmed by my neighborhood location. I always receive friendly, quick service. This is the best location if you love iced tea - it’s ALWAYS fresh, clean, brewed perfectly. I love this location.

This particular SB is always running behind. If you have an extra 20 minutes in the morning to wait than no big deal... otherwise Im not returning to this SB again. Coffee and food was good.

Starbucks is a great place to get some coffee, have a seat and enjoy it. Unfortunately they werent allowing people to sit because of you know what. Thats why I wont be going back until they do allow sitting.

Pro: staff was friendly, nice atmosphere. Con: parking is odd especially if a drive thru car is leaving...your better off parking behind starbuck and walking up. If your going east bound (getting off the highway) you have to flip a u turn. Rush hour can be tricky if your leaving

Have come here a few times, and my drink is never made correctly. I was a barista at sbux for the last 5 years and I understand drinks get messed up, but its tiresome to always pay for something you dont want. Really wish this location had a better customer connection because the baristas seem friendly. I often get the window shut on me without any attempt to chat or connect, which was a huge part of working here. You feel a huge disconnect when the baristas are only focusing on drive times. This most recent visit my family visited from Korea and we came here for drinks in drive. I ordered my drink and told them i just wanted a very small amount of whip and light ice on my Mocha Cookie Crumble. I got less than halfway through and the literal entire rest of my drink was whipped cream, as well as the whipped cream they put on top. Its frustrating when you are paying 6 or 7$ for a drink to only have a few sips of it. I hope things change, but most likely wont. The sad thing is that they dont really care if you return, and im not one to go in and complain about drinks because I know it can be frustrating to remake them, especially cold bar drinks.

Ive gone in the afternoon and encountered the most friendly staff! They are wonderful. This morning takes the cake though! I mobile ordered in the parking lot and gave it a few mins before going inside for my drink. Turns out, I sent the order to the Starbucks closer to 120th and Colorado 😪 The staff inside were quick to make my drink anyway at no extra charge. That is great customer service and kindness! It totally turned around my crummy morning. Im so glad this one is on my way to work! Ill be coming more frequently ☕

Recently moved to the area and wanted to find one with a drive thru. Ive given this location several chances, but its always a long wait and Ive never received my order correctly - a latte with almond milk. Ive been given a mocha, a cappuccino, and most recently some syrupy bomb of sugar. This means there might be other folks out there with something they didnt order, or worse, the staff are having trouble making a latte! There is also a median blocking access if youre traveling East and will need to make a u-turn. Id suggest driving on to the competition or finding another location.

I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes at 7:15am on 9/19, trapped, wondering why it was taking so long. When I got the the speaker/menu no one greeted me. I drove around to the window only to fund the store was closed. Why would there not be cones or signs out to alert potential customers the store was closed? Probably a lot of unhappy customers today.

Starbucks gives you the same boring quality at every location.Kinda boring, but reliable when you need your caffeine fix.

Personally not a fan of overpriced coffee, instructions on the door are odd and unclear about entrance. upon entering, I found someone sitting down and using their laptop, without a mask.although many other tables and chairs where stacked. my orders where short but it took almost 5min for them to be ready with no one around.

Average service. Walked in to order and stood there waiting for someone to take my order. It would have been nice if anyone of the 4 or 5 employees behind the counter to have greeted me and said something to the effect that we’ll be right with you.

As a Starbucks employee there are a few things I look for when I go into a store. This store hit the mark on all of them! Kudos to you. If I lived in Colorado, this would be my third place! Warm, inviting, clean, and perfect atmosphere. All women running this store!! 🥰

I’d drive the extra 10 minutes to go to this Starbucks before I went to the one closest to my house! 136th and Colorado never makes a simple iced tea lemonade correctly! And they never follow my directions to not heat a chocolate croissant even though it’s EASIER than heating it! So drive to the highway, I will! I was here yesterday and the guy in the window was super sweet and personal! I never get customer service like that at 136th & Colo! I WISH I’d paid attention to the guy’s name to give him a shout out! Whatever the case, you won’t go wrong, popping in at this location! Good job!

Felicia was amazing I had a hard time figuring out what you get my 5 months pregnant wife and she recommended the almond cream croissant and a chai tea. she also gave me parenting advice and five Powerball numbers that Im pretty sure are going to hit tonight!!! Thanks guys and gals.

The staff at this Starbucks should get five stars, but the reason Im giving the establishment four stars is because its always so incredibly loud when you go into this location. Could be that its better just for drive-thru. Still, its clean and there is a good amount of seating, plus a little patio when you’re meeting someone for just a few minutes (although youre right next to a major highway and thoroughfare, so I wouldnt recommend sitting outside very long).FYI - if you do choose to stay, there isn’t a lot of parking for this location, but there is some parking next to it at the hotel parking lot if needed.

This is the first time I’ve had to repeat myself 5 times to the lady in the drive thru 4 shots of espresso, 5 raw sugars, 5 half and half’s and she still got it wrong it’s not that hard people. Every other Starbucks I’ve been to gets it right.

Service is wonderful here. Everyone working here is polite and respectful. The service is also quick. Even late at night for closing, they are extremely polite and will let you know that the store will be closing soon. They dont rush people in getting out.4 star because they dont have a very good selection of hot tea. I dont particularly like Starbucks coffee but I know I am in minority on this.

I went through a long drive through and ordered the new pineapple matcha drink and instead I got a ginger tumeric something but its yellow so I didnt catch it till I got in the parking lot. Anyway no big deal mistakes happen except for Im in a huge hurry so I knocked on the window and they acted like I had the plague and theyre like pointing at their masks that they cant open the door and so Im like okay and said you have to go back to the drive-thru but theres 10 cars in the drive thru. So Im like I called them and go you know you could run that drink out to me in the parking lot youre going to get my germs at the window just as much as youre going to get my germs that way. You wouldnt fix it so I said will you give me something for my time?.. theyre giving me $4 wow okay thank you.

The drive through is one of the fastest I have been at. Friendly staff. I go through one or two times a week. The only drawback is the are out of things it seems quite a bit. The area has always been clean and friendly.

Extremely rude girl with a bad attitude works here in the mornings on Saturday. All I asked was that she shook my drink and let’s just say she was less than pleased about it and extremely rude and discouraged about it. This is your JOB. Keep that in mind.

Out of all the Starbucks locations I frequent, this is the most convenient one and also the most incompetent. My order is correct about 50% of the time, and even when I ask them to remake it, it is still wrong. I end up getting frustrated and leave. I keep telling myself that they are busy and mistakes happen, but when it becomes a habit, I have to assume it a training error. I would rather drive to another location then deal with this one.

The evening staff did a great job when I was in their today. They were getting slammed and still swiftly helped me with getting a water! And with a good attitude:)

This is the second tine I have been to this Starbucks and I have been very pleased. The store has been clean and the customer service has been great. You do need to watch when you pull in as part if the parking lot is directly connected with the drive thru lanes. It is not bad, just something to be aware of.

Have been coming to this particular Starbucks for a while now, and have NEVER experienced anything other than great customer service. My favorite barista is Ariel, she is always so friendly and so accommodating. Even when I am having a bad day, her friendly voice/ demeanor immediately change my day.

Ok, its your typical Starbucks, coffee, gifts but, my gripe is in the past they had two bathrooms, one designated for males and the other one for females. Theyve changed it! Now both sexes can use either bathroom that both men and women can use . Men can be pretty gross. Tried to wash my hands in the sink and little beard stubble all over it. Yuck!

I dont remember which Starbucks I visited. I feel that some are better than others,so its only fair to give this rating. I normally order the chi tea.

This Starbucks is our favorite. Its close to home and convenient, at the corner of I-25 and 120th Ave. It was easy to get into the Drive thru and they have plenty of parking as well. The staff was amazing, and fast. They always make our drinks the way we want. Thank you for all you do. Keep up the good work.

One of my favorite Starbucks to visit, however this morning the staff was extremely rude when they missed up my drink. I ordered a decaf, hazelnut, skim milk, latte and got a decaf latte. When I returned 30 min later to get the correct drink the counter people was extremely rude. I will think twice before visiting this Starbucks, Thank gosh... I have one closer to my home.
