Awesome. Clearance was an additional 50% off. When I asked an associate if they had a shoe in my size. She without hesitation checked and found it for me. I ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes and a duffel bag. Definitely will be shopping here again

Great place to get Converse!

I bought my daughter high tops 6 days ago at this store. She wore them from the store to our car. When we got home, she said they hurt her feet. We put them back in the box. Went to return them today. The lady behind the counter stood there and examined them over and over. Talk about awkward. She said she couldn’t take the shoes back because they had been worn. Omg are you kidding me?!? For 10 minutes! They have absolutely no damage or worn spots. Now I have $65 shoes and have no use for them. I will NEVER shop here again.

My husband and I purchased several items from this store last week. I have a misplaced the receipt. Just my luck, my son needed a size smaller on both pairs of shoes. Shout out to Chris who answered all my questions over the phone and made sure that he had those in stock so that we would not waste our time waiting in line for no reason! When we were in shopping last week the employees were so helpful we made out like bandits and we’re so happy with our purchases! To have things go so smoothly when we needed to do an exchange was an unexpected and appreciated experience ! Great job Chris and associates!! We are customers for life!!

Friendly staff and very helpful. They have a really nice discount section as well that sports shoe sizes people actually wear. Typically most discount sections dont have size 6-11 mens shoes, just due to how common the sizes are. But here, each time i have stopped by i have picked up my size 9.5 shoe with ease and they look great!

TRY HARDER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS! I went into this store and was greeted immediately. Awesome. I looked for my size and come to find out, this store doesn’t carry anything larger than a size 12. When I asked a manager to confirm (she was nice enough) she literally said “mmhmm you have to order those online” and then regaled me with tales about how this is a common problem.Ok. No big deal. It is the age of the internet. I don’t need gratification. BUT! The store literally right next to the Converse Store also sold Converse shoes. When i asked if they had my size, the employee immediately went in the back and checked and of course they didn’t have my extra beefy man size BUT! He told me “I will go online and order them for you and have them shipped to your door” hundreds of $$ later and a few days, I was delivered the multiple Converse shoes I wanted, to my door, no charge shipping. If you don’t have something in stock, that’s ok, but take a few minutes to help your customers and maybe Journeys won’t take your sales.
