I bought my wife a new Michael Kors purse for Christmas (Dillards Item #20115197 Michael Kors, Mercer Gallery Small Convertible Bucket Shoulder Bag $384). Shes used this purse maybe 3-4 times most weeks and it already looks terrible - the giraffe patterned ink is coming off both front and back sides. Lasted a whole 3 months and Kors says it doesnt meet criteria for defect in material or workmanship. Shes had several Kors purses - should be embarrassed to put your name on this one. You have lost a fan.

Dana is such an amazing employee. She was there from start to finish and gave me really good suggestions on which purse to buy my wife. She was very happy so I will definitely be coming back!

Passed by on a vacation trip from Miami ended up buying a little something for my mom and had the most courteous and pleasant experience with a girl named Yolanda. She gave me all the right ideas and sincerely offered a one of a kind experience. First impression of Colorado was pretty cool, definitely revisiting the outlets malls whenever I come back. Amazing service.

Every time I go in to find something Dana has always been the one to help me. She helps me find everything I’m looking for in a purse!! She is like your best friend when she is helping you. I would never go to any other MK stores!! Absolutely THE best customer service I’ve had!!

This is one of my favorite stores here. Not only are the employees extremely friendly and helpful but they’re not onto you like you’re trying to steal... Clearly they’ve been trained well hence the five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Nice job ladies 👏🏽 I will always be back.

I was visiting Denver, my daughter took me to the premium outlets and I went to the Michael Kors store. My experience was one of the best. I received great customer service from Yolanda Pineda, people like her make the store a super experience, sastifying the customers needs and motivating to continue doing more business with you even though I dont live in Denver. If there were more people like Yolanda in other stores Im sure the experience would be great, because she knows how to treat and help the customer without feeling guarded as it happens in other store.MB

Use to love Michael Kors till I purched a smart watch from here & it didnt work. Once I tried exchanging it I was given a old charger from the displays. I eneded up taking it back for full refund & was treated horribly. Once I spoke loudly & customers heard than I was refunded. Unfortunately, dont think Ill return.

Walked in and right away one if the girls, Dana walked up to me to help me out right away.... Very nice and patient with me to she all the purses i liked....

My overall experience was in pleasant . Two of the workers today were very rude with exception of Jaqueline. Jaqueline did a wonderful time in the store helping me and my friend find what we needed. The other two workers there that day made me feel uncomfortable and were rude to me and my friend when we arrived. There is no signs on there to stand in a line. I was immediately locked out of the store for not waiting in line. There was also no one in the store since three ladies has just walked out.

My first time in the shop and I was very impressed with the amazing customer service that we received. We were welcomed in, we werent looked at like scum the way Kate Spade treated us. I left with my very first purse from MK. I will be back for sure

They had great deals when we went in and we ended up leaving with exactly what I wanted... However, I was very put off by one of the girls that worked there. During our time in the store, I was on my phone seeing how much the discount would take off the price of the purse I was Interested in. She walked up out of no where to acknowledge us and make it known she was watching us. Im also in retail and I know when someone is trying to check in to avoid something being stolen. The part that bothers me is Im 8 months pregnant, my husband is Hispanic with several tattoos and by no means were we there to steal something. I had a Coach purse on my shoulder and my husband was dressed nicely. So Id highly advise your staff not to judge people off of appearances.. first it was hurtful and not to mention plain rude. We will not be going back at all.

The ladies that work in this store are rude. I will not be returning to this location.
