I am not much of a smoker; social times at best, and those are rare - Cigars on vacation, that sort of thing. I entered to inquire about pipe tobacco, as I am interested in aromatics rather than cigars. The clerk was very helpful, and engaging. I was further surprised, however: A frequent customer heard my questions, and came to the fore with his own friendly insight. This is the reason one visits a place like this; cordial discourse, and answers to inexperienced inquiry. I left satisfied, with a greater sense of community. Well done SF.

I went here to buy a humidor and cigars. I did find a nice humidor at a good price and several cigar options.The employee that assisted me was very nice. However, near the end of my purchases, another employee figuratively pushed me aside to help the next customer. I did not receive a thank you for my purchase.The customer service here could be improved.

Not a very big selection of wraps. They had none of my favorites...Dutch, White Owls or Swishers.

WARNING: moldy cigars sold here. Ive been in several times over the last 3 months and each time I some how end up taking home at least one moldy cigar. Ive tried several times to bring it to the attention of the people working here, but each time Im told that its my fault, even when Ive tried to do a same day return.This last time I told them to delete my rewards info and was informed that it couldnt be done, so now Im going to have to spend the rest of the deal figuring out how to get them to delete my information.

Very relaxing vibe, not at all pretentious. The staff was super friendly the lounge has two sitting areas with comfortable recliners and some mellow tunes. I could sit for hours... BIG bonus!... Lounge opens at 8am. I’ll definitely be back.

Really nice place for cigar and pipe smokers. The humidor is big and well stocked. Could use more stock from Drew Estates. But still nice to have bulk tobacco for my pipe and all the cigar gear you could use for the nice smoking room attached to the side of the store. The manager Marco is super friendly and very knowledgeable about cigars and pipes.Update 11/26/19. Got a chance to try out the smoking lounge last weekend. Really nice experience. The filtration is really quick. The chairs are comfortable. I highly recommend you buy a stick and enjoy it in the lounge.

I love this smoker friendly. All the workers are so kind (except for an older man that works there who for some reason picks me out of the crowd to check my ID every damn time when I’m in there 4-5 times a week) the ladies especially help out so much and recommend cigarettes for a good cheap price and still a good brand.

Might be worth 2 stars, might not.Fact:Called to ask a question, received attitude.Asked a question in the store, was told to read the labels and figure out the difference for myself.Left without buying anything, didnt need the free lip that came with purchase.There was a decent looking humidor, and lounge, with at least one occupant.Opinion:The store could be great, and I just dealt with the wrong employee. Maybe her attitude kept her out of dispensaries and this was close enough for her. Maybe the regular customers are more charming than myself.

I think the staff at their store on 104th is a lot friendlier than the staff at this store, but the prices are good and theyre fast and efficient. My neighbor says their cigar selection is very good.

I just got some pods for my Juul and the package inside the “sealed” box was already opened.... I was told that I must have broken the seal....not here to argue with people, I’m just not going there again.
