I love book stores.They just smell of knowledge.Whether its local bookstores or chain one.Barnes at this location is no exceptions.Workers there also seem to love working with books.This location is clean, well stocked and for what they dont have in stock, they often offer special orders.We went in there just looking for the next book to read and came out with more than we were even thinking about.Definitely recommend.

Nice store, finally found a novel I had been looking for a while for. It actually rang up less than the price listed which was a pleasant surprise!

We bought ALOT of books n they offered no incentive for buying so much. They offered a membership for $25. And that only offered 10% off. My daughter reads alot n I want to encourage that. We have no book stores in our area. So we bought 33+ books n it was $397.

This place has a nice selection of various types of books, games, & DVDs. Great selection of mystery games.

Love the store and friendly cashier. I was sent to the customer service desk to try and get some pokemon cards and a woman worker with dyed red hair got aggressive with me, almost yelling, because I was looking to order pokemon cards 🤷‍♂️. Customers dont need to be talked to in that type of manner.

I absolutely love this book store. I’ve been going here for over 10 years and never had a bad experience. The staff is so kind and always helps me find certain books. The inventory stays fresh and the atmosphere is peaceful. A+++

Its a typical Barnes & Noble store. Got a home design magazine.

This is by far the favorite location for both me and my wife. The staff is always super friendly and eager to help. Both the store and restrooms have been clean and well stocked every time we have been in. Most recommended location in northeast Colorado.

Not my normal Barnes & Noble, but I really liked the set up, they had a fantastic selection of genres and items and the attached Starbucks was visually appealing

With it being so easy to order online and read digital books this is still a must go to location. The selection is still great and they have great games, office supplies and coffee aside from books. Great one stop place for holiday shopping.

This Barnes and Noble was NOT helpful at all and they didnt even look for a phone book that I was looking for. I guess you have to correctly ask for it by a address book isnt it the same thing? I looked it up on the website and they do carry them in store.......smh 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Great selection of books and gifts. Can spend hours and too much money here if not careful. Only complaint is I am older and had to stand the whole time I was deciding which books I wanted. There wasnt anyplace to sit. Im pretty sure this is another unfortunate effect of Covid. Maybe just a couple hard cleanable chairs placed in obscure areas would work? Overall good store.

I was impressed to see an actual board game selection at this location. Last time I visited this one was one of the least stocked for board games in the Denver area.

Everyone is always willing to help you find what you need.

Its hard to social distance here; no one seems to understand 6 ft rule (inc. employees). And, theres now a bunch of dead-end aisles for some bizarre reason, which makes it even harder to avoid non-social distancers.I like the fact newly released hardback books are in a special area, though for some other weird reason, these are organized on shelves placed in an awkward T-shaped.

Traditional book store, sometimes its fun to go get a paperback. They have a section of records.

Parking is easy and the folks who work here are awesome.

Use to be a great place to browse and read books. The staff is so paranoid about covid that they were unbelievable rude because there was a book we needed on the bottom shelf and kneeled on the bottom to get it. You think we set up a sleeping bag and pillow and was going to stretch out to read the entire book there. The staff was so rude and told us we cant sit on the floor. We werent. Needless to say we left without purchasing. That is not how you treat customers 😒 Amazon has better prices anyway.

Putting obviously specific political candidates on display in the kid section in an election year just seems like indoctrination to me and kids have enough of that in their lives, stop treating them as political pawns. Teach kindness and actual good values. They need that more.

The service representatives are really nice there. They helped my grandma figure out how to reestablish her rewards when she was at a loss to do so.The prices are high, but I dont mind high prices on certain items over convenience.They also have a surprisingly great board game section.For me though, the biggest reason I shop here is because of the beautiful ghosts that fly throughout the store every time the clock passes 9:09, 10:10, 11:11, etc.Their blue spirits have such a beautiful color, and their haunting screams fill me with joy.

A very friendly and helpful associate offered to suggest a handful of books and pointed us to where we could find more.Employees at this location are always so nice and helpful. I had not been to this location in quite some time. Upon arriving i was kindly greeted and went on to find my books. No issues there.However when i went to check out thats when a issue occurred.I noticed there was someone waiting there to relief another employee, the one that was helping me. They did there job and asked if i wanted to join and fill the survey, it was the other employee that stepped in and rushed me out of line. He came off a bit rude. Rushing someone out of line isnt the best approach to someone who is buying something from your store.In the 4 years i worked in customer service rushing someone and making them feel that way reflects badly on the whole store.Naturally i will return as i love your selection of books, i would just prefer to not be treated as a burden next time.

DO NOT BUY VINYLS FROM HERE I recently purchased two vinyls Mac Miller and Billie Eilish and when I got home to play them they were both scratched completely on both sides I went to go return them and their policy is that they can’t refund you for vinyl purchases and you’re only able to switch out for the exact same ones. So I did and guess what these ones are scratched as well

I really enjoy my visits to B&N. The staff is ALWAYS very friendly and knowledgeable... the variety and selection of periodicals are ample... theres an on site Starbucks (😉) and its just an overall positive experience at every visit. I know people these days prefer online shopping g for books, mags, etc... however I think its important to support our businesses and I try to always keep that in mind. Happy reading!!
