Terrible! Needed some help & better direction for the files we sent over(we aren’t computer-y inclined). We thought we were clear enough. Received a pretty rude response and suggestion to deal with a separate company(owned by Paramount’s owner’s Uncle)… they sealed the deal to loose our business for good.

Came with a bunch of last minute orders after being turned away from a few places that kept telling me that none of my orders would be ready in time for when I needed them. Not only did they have options for me to chose from, they listened to what I wanted and were even able to modify things to my liking. Everything looks great and I will definitely be ordering again!

James and his team really helped me out of a jam and did a wonderful job on my 2010 Ram 1500. I had purchased some wraps for the side window door pillars of my truck from Amazon and had asked James if he could help me out. He said they could do the install if I brought in the wraps I received. After looking at the poor quality of the wraps I had purchased online I then asked James if he could quote me a price on having them just do the wraps with their material. He said he could and quoted me an excellent price. They did an EXCELLENT job on the wraps and looks exactly the way I thought they should. Wanted to take a minute to thank Jerry and everyone at Paramount for the fantastic work they did on my truck graphics. Jerry was very patient and dedicated to working with me to create the exact look I wanted. My original logo had too many dark elements and needed to be reworked to be able to stand out on my dark colored truck. They were flexible in working around weather related challenges for the original install and even graciously replaced a few letters no questions asked that I later discovered were slightly misaligned. Their new location with a garage made this very convenient as weather was not an issue. I waited fro about 45 minutes in their waiting room while the letters were reinstalled and was quickly on my way. Thanks, again. Will definitely use you again and recommend to all.

We ordered 43 banners to update our championships at our High School. James helped us out and squared away the order with proofs the same day I emailed him. I ordered a set of 250 brochures for our office in August of 2015. The employees at Paramount Printing & Graphics were very friendly, provided timely communication, and fast turnaround on our print job. Our brochure PDF dimensions were a bit off in preparation for printing and for a small fee, the folks at Paramount were able to size the document to an appropriate scale for printing. The quality of the prints were fantastic, and we plan to continue using Paramount for our office brochures. Great service!
