Some of the staff thinks that customers steal. When you walk in to the establishment youre not greeted. They dont offer assistance with finding anything. It was a horrible experience for me. The lady actually thought I was stealing. Her eyes could have burned a hole through me. I emptied out my pockets and paid for my items. It was a horrible experience for me.

This store has just about everything you can want and they leave you alone to shop.

This store is very clean and it has a huge variety of great products. They have your back is youre a weave girl, natural beauty, and everything in between. Theyre friendly and you dont feel watched like you do at other hair stores. I had a comfortable and nice shopping experience PLUS I got good hair. I will definitely be making this a regular store. Any bad notes? The parking lot could be bigger, but who cares about that?

The sales person was eating her lunch when I got there and she acted annoyed that I interrupted her. I asked her to help me with several wigs and she said in a tone that said she didnt want to be bothered that I could only try on 3 wigs. I didnt mind her limit it was just the way she said it. My over all experience with her was not pleasant. I dont think that I will patronize Thomas Beauty again. Another thing she was also on her cell phone the entire time. I felt rushed.

Great products but when they speak that ching Chang and follow u around the store.. Reminds me of my old bank where I was there 10 yrs plus and still didnt know my Name. Take ya money and keep it moving.
