They never answer the phone so I dont know how your supposed to talk to someone

Have always shopped with them but lately its like they dont care sales lady turned her back while helping me to help another lady and never returned to help me..It really has made want to never go to their store and most likely will not. It was so rude.

Wayne is amazing so friendly & helpful. He always brightens my day every single time I see him. Such a nice guy.

Why are your doors locked at 1:00 pm on a Friday when your website says your open? And your salesclerk was in the window talking on the phone. Wasted trip.

So happy that we have a Sallys in my hometown.. And we can’t do without Wayne.. He is top notch when it comes to know what you need and anything new he will introduce the items to you.. my favorite place

Staff is impressively friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help my elderly friend who couldnt come in to the store. They came out to our car in the parking lot to discuss with her what she needed. Thanks Guys.

Sallys is a well stocked store of most any hair product.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.Ive gone there for 15+ years.

If I could give it half a star I definitely would!!!Most of the time I can find what I need, and thats no thanks to any of the employees! No one is ever around to help, theyre always in the back. Horrible customer service! The older ladies are rude all the time. I think its worth the drive to any other Sallys then to deal with those rude, unhelpful, women.

Its Almost as if the new manager messes up to increase store sales. The other Lady always always got the coupons on the order correct but he messes up every.single.time. so much that I stopped going to that store.

They have a large selection of natural hair products.

I love going here to get hair products but I hate they follow you around like a hawk just starring at you it gets annoying
