My hubby and I went here several times in one week with various tire needs. Wait time was reasonable. Needed several tires dismounted one day then tires mounted/balanced & placed on our vehicle. Each visit everyone was very kind & friendly. Customer service from Ernest was top notch. Staff were wearing masks for the most part & respected my request to wear a mask & gloves when moving my vehicle. Even my lil Opal enjoyed the visits.

It was typical Walmart service. Cant give it more than two stars although the gentleman who checked me out was very nice and friendly the gentleman who checked me in however was not quite its friendly seeming.

But seriously, if youre going for a swift tire change or tune up this is a common auto service for dedicated Walnuts and weirdos who go to for.... zzzzz... Went and got 2 new front tires yesterday just to notice the person I originally purchased the car from had the wrong size tires all the way around. They fixed the situation and gave me a really good deal, the manager robert is a really good guy! Definitely will go back ❤️

Ordered tires online on January 1 2021. Said they would be ready that same day by 8pm. Waited, waited, waited. Heard nothing for days. Then finally decided just to check my account low and behold delivered to the store on January 6. Today is January 11 and still NO TIRES.... no one seems to know where theyre at. Or better yet trying to get someone on the phone is a joke. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE... IF YOU GO HERE YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

Tried to get a key made, but didnt have it ☹️ then went to look at paint sprayers, doubled in price from a few months ago! What is happening in stores now? Sad that our country is going down in everything.

Went for 4 tires and an oil change, had to go track down an employee myself to get started, spent 2 hours waiting before they even began work, saw people waiting even longer than me. this place sucks, horrible service

Went there to get my oil changed and tires rotated i was working in the area thought it would be convenient but was a waste of time. They said they couldnt do eather. Clammed oilplug was Cross threaded and my tires where worn uneven and couldnt rotate them or change my oil. So I went to Strickland brothers by the house on my way home got my oil changed and my oil plug was fine came out with ease. Went to Quality Tire and Automotive said tires where fine and rotated them. Just seemed like the staff was lazy and didnt want to work didnt seem to happy to see me there waiting for them in the morning waiting for them to open for me to leave truck so I could get to work like I said nothing but a waste of time.

I had tires put on. The staff was very friendly and helpful - everyone ftom the cashier to the service manager. I was able to do some shopping while the work was being done. They called me when my car was ready. They even let me check out my store items at the automotive counter, saving me a long walk. Perfect service

Purchased 4 tires and road hazard coverage on tires. Often helped by Carl who is knowledgable and friendly. Hes a great asset to walmart !

They did as I asked and I received the service that I needed for my car pretty fast. They did an oil change and fluid check in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

Oh my goodness ! I wish I had read these reviews before I went here. I had tires put on my truck. Some fat ass guy moved my seat and my stearing wheel so he could fit in my truck. Didnt even bother to move them back. Nothing should be messed with on a vehicle that does not pertain to why the vehicle is there. Makes me wonder if anything else was messed with that will break later on. I do not trust them and I can guarantee I will never go back.

I got an absolutely great deal on windshield wiper blades today.

Got an oil change yesterday. Today, the metal shield that covers my oil pan in hanging down and dragging on the street. Great.

I would rate this place zero stars if I could. Just waited almost 2 hours to get a tire patched and no one was in front of me. Then one of the workers (Lee) smarted off at my husband. You should never talk to a customer that way. Never again will I bring my car back.

It took 2 hours to get an oil change that was one vehicle in front of me everybody there is slow the manager had no concerns about the time it took I would rate it as a zero if I could

Went to go get new tires for my Ford Escape. It took them nearly 2hrs to do the job & they messed up the headlights on my car. Unfortunately, I didnt realize that my lights werent working until I got off of work that night

Ok got tires installed which I bought online from Wal-Mart. Online said installation was included but had to pay disposal fees of old tires and additional for each tire install.

Put 6 quarts oil in a 5 quarts capacity vehicle

Went there to get my tire plugged and the lube tech Kenneth was extremely disrespectful and rude. He obviously doesnt enjoy his job or want to work. After dealing with his rude remarks I left to get service somewhere else.

Way too slow, they dont care that it takes hours...

It closes too early and to open the door to leavethe person behind the counter has to hit a button for the door to unlock witch seems like a fire Hazzard.
