The manager was extremely rude when me and my husband worked there, she cursed him lower than a dog and was extremely rude and disrespectful when we just came back from lunch. Didnt show any sympathy or compassion when its 101 outside and Im pregnant and was screaming at my husband while cussing him bc we were 3 minutes late getting back to the store from going to get lunch. I will NEVER recommend this location to ANYBODY ever. The service was horrible and her work ethic was very disappointing on how she handles the workers and customers and did all this infront of CUSTOMERS at that!! It was the worst experience ever!!! If I could give this place a below zero I would in a heartbeat!!!

Dont even waste your time and money! Customer service is terrible and unprofessional. I recently went in to purchase 2 mens shirts (that were extremely overpriced by the way) and stood in line for the longest time. I know its Christmas but the line was barely moving. The cashier took forever to look up discounts and chit chatter made the process take even longer. Eventually, the lady in front of me was almost done. The cashier i was in line with told me if i wanted to get checked out faster another lady at cosmetics could check me out. I get over there and she is moving like a tortoise, then shocks me with MY COMPUTER IS DOWN AND NOT WORKING, So at this point i am steaming. I really needed these shirts because i was running an errand for my manager and he needed the shirt to wear at his next shift in an hour!!! ( i thought i could pick something up down the road quickly) I explain to the lady I am not gonna wait longer since she already sent me out of line. I told her i was in fact in a hurry. First i am made fun of for being in a hurry then the lady then sends me to another cashier to check me out. I dont understand why i was sent all over the store to check out and then on top of that I did not receive an apology from not 1 out of 3 cashiers!!! I will never shop here again and will make sure everyone knows that THIBODAUX STAGE is a terrible place to shop!!!!!

This was the most organized and nicest Stage I have ever been to plus the staff were nice and not acting like someone was ready to steal.

Not a lot to choose from but what I bought was at a fantastic price. I will miss this storem

Store was clean but stood in check out lane for over 15 min. Waiting . They had 1 person checking out. Cashier was nice and apologize for the wait.

If I could give this place negative zero stars I would. Ridiculously overpriced cheaply made clothing, pay out the wazoo for stuff that will last one wash. no greeting or help at all from employees, takes forever to check out if you actually find anything even if there are only a few people in line. Save your money and time and make a trip to Houma, so many better options there. Last time I ever go to Stage in Thibodaux its just horrible.

Not the best Stage to shop at. Expect to wait in line as the cashiers are slow and will talk to the customer in front of you about everything under the sun, while you wait. Your time means nothing to them, they are on the clock.

Zero stars!!! Customer service is terrible! Took 20 mins to check out then the lady tells me she cant take my coupon. Nope.....never shopping here again!

Not sure why I ever go in this store. If I do find anything, I go to check out and get the same lady. Shes nice but SLOW, SLOW, SLOW.

Slow as heck. Only one person working in customer service and no other registers open . Having to wait forever to return items. Tons of other people having to wait behind me . many of which left without doing their transactions. Will not be doing business with store again.

Only gift wrap during the Holidays . Really, if the 4th of July isnt a holiday, then what is. If it wasnt for the 4th of July, there wouldnt be any holidays. Plus, they had boxes displayed, I guess for weddings and that sort of thing. There were 4 clerks and a manager behind the counter. Won the be going to Stage department stores ever again.
