Service is here, but you really have to look for it on the floor, or even have it paged and wait 10 minutes or so. The prices are not as competitive as some of their competitors. The emptier parking lot speaks to this. It used to be packed in the mornings. Its okay to go to, but I recommend checking the prices of their competitors first.

Plumbing pro was fairly rude but helpful once he settled down. Self checkout attendant helped 2 other customers looked at us then left not to be seen again. After waiting 15 minutes with no help we moved to a cashier to finish our transaction. Will not come back to this location loyal customer but would rather go to lowes then have service like that again.

Traffic around the store can be a nightmare. But once there, clean and well maintained store. Fairly well stocked in what they do carry. Employees with or without attitude is hit it miss. Most have been friendly and helpful. Others are ether having one hell of a bad day or just should not deal with customers. And that is just from trying to say Hi while I pass by.

They had exactly what I needed. Replacement stove drip pans. When I asked a worker where they where she was able to send me right to them with a smile.

I got in and out within twenty minutes, to get a storm door.i had already waited at Lowes for forty minutes and asked three times for help and they never came. We had a lady help us at home Depot . Totally pleased with the service and they made a sale.

The price on their products are very affordable compared to other hardware stores . Ryobi had a buy a lithium ion battery and get a power tool for free. Might take advantage before its over. Good tools too not just a simple freebie its choice of several power tools . Check them out .

This is not my favorite home depot location. Its difficult to get around inside the store due to all the merchandise which is stacked in the aisles and not put away.Its not the people that work there are nice enough, thats not the issue, the issue lies with the poor management of the location.This is not a new story, Ive been coming to this location for minuthis location for many years and it has Been this way and getting worse.I go to many home depot locations and this kind of disarray is not normal. Your only other alternative in Texarkana is Lowes, its those, which is traditionally more expensive, but they dont have any of these types of issues

Sometimes, just sometimes it is not clean and organized . But I prefer it to Lowes . Check out at home Depot is easier .

Ordered a bath tub for my home remodel and it came in damaged. Ordered another tub and they kept changing the delivery date until Id had enough. The remodel contractor went to another job waiting for the tub to come in. The delivery dates dont mean anything. Skip the big box store and go to a real local builders supply. If the item you ordered comes in damaged, theyll get you a replacement in a couple of days. I ordered the first tub on June17th and finally cancelled the order on the second tub August 6th. It may cost a few dollars more at a builders supply but it will be worth it.

Very helpful staff and the paint department is spot on. I go to them for every color match.

Your average good-old Home Depot. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We found what we were looking for with ease, and when we had a little bit of trouble locating something, employees were easy to find and they were very knowledgeable. Can’t go wrong.

Older employee was not polite. If you work in customer service, your job is to assure quality service. Color or personal preference should not come into play. Im a public servant my duty is the public.....

We were bad mouthed by employees.no one wanted to help. Overcharged on items and management and corporate office was no help. A perfect example why some people dont deserve $15 an hour.

I love Home Depot, but won’t go back here. 3/11/21 at 8:30am with a store full of employees and no help to be found. Asked one old guy for help in toilet section and you would have thought he was in the middle of brain surgery. I don’t have time for places that the employees don’t realize what their responsibilities are - answering questions, finding products, aiding the customer. Not exasperation, ignorance, or evasion.

Went in to buy materials for chain link fence and aisle that is was supposed to be on was not there plus the entire aisle walkway was piled with everything you could barely walk around nor find what you needed. Talked to customer service and lady that was working thr evening shift was very unhelpful and did not offer to find anyone to help me find what I needed even though I told her the condition of the aisle and how it was almost impossible to find it. The website said that it has everything I needed in stock at this location but could not find it where it was supposed to be. Customer service at this store is egregious and managment should be ashamed of themselves for having employees that dont care about helping when you need help with something. Good example how pay raises dont boost morale and efficiency. Most of the time this store does a pass poor job of keeping inventory stocked up also. Go to Lowes instead.

Wonderful store with excellent customer service! The only issue was they were very lax in enforcement regarding masks. They had the signage and I understand the position they are put in to confront customers and ask them to mask up as it is current law but if the large retailers cant enforce this because they are scared of losing business it makes it even harder for the smaller stores to enforce the policy. Its very sad how people dont consider the health of others and their own health a priority 😢

This business operates very under handedly. I placed an order on line, for an in store pick up. I made sure that all of the materials I ordered were available and in stock for a pick up that day. In check out, Home Depots system changed my order from an in store pick up to a home delivery 3 days later. I caught it the first time it happened because I needed to change my pick up person. The employee I spoke with I formed me that sometimes the system just defaults to home delivery and even though all of the products I ordered were available in the store, I couldnt change it back to an in store pick up. That option is not available to customers even though the system changed it without my knowledge. My ONLY option was to cancel the order within one hour of placing it so my card would not be charged and go into the store and purchase the items. I caught it the first time. The second time I didnt. I waited hours for the email notifying me my order was ready. It never came. I went online to check the status and that is when I realized they had done it again. Not only did Home Depot change my order from an in store pick up for that day to a home delivery 3 days later, they charged me a delivery fee. Because I failed to catch it within the first hour, I couldnt cancel the order until it shipped ( which I had to watch for so I could call back and csncel)and it took 3 business days, after the ship date, to refund my money. This is a very deceitful practice on the part of a major lumber company. I wonder how many people a day they do this to, to keep their in store stock from depleting, and get away with it. They tie up your money so in many cases, the customer has no choice but to accept this under handed practice. I refuse to let any company do this to me and my finances. I will not purchase anything from a company that operates so willfully deceptive.

While the store is well stocked it was very difficult to get help while trying to buy a tankless water heater last night. The items were stocked out of reach and there was no information on the products where I could compare them. I waited 45 mins before finding someone to help. I did finally manage to get one but it was now time to close. When I arrived home and was able to read the criteria found I could not use the water heater as I only have 100 amp service and the heater requires 200 amp servive. Now I have to go through the hassle of return. This could have been avoided with some competent, knowledgeable help

The customer service is a zero your employees standing talking not willing to assist customers. Worse than Walmart.

Good stuff, but! Remember when you went to Home Depot and couldnt walk more than an isle over without an associate asking if he or she could help you find what you were looking for? Well, my last two or three trips it seems like if I needed help I had to go look for someone. Several times Ive walked up on two or three employees having a casual conversation, and instead of one of them asking if they could help me I had to interrupt them to get anywhere. Its not like they cant see me Im 67 for goodness sake. Remember Home Depot its customers that give you a paycheck and I can go to Lowes.

Had our washer, literally come to pieces, so adventures out to find a new one. I have to be honest I went to a competition store, Lowes, first and discovered every washer I wanted was out of stock. I asked to buy the floor display and they would not sell it to me. They, Lowes, then stated I would not be able to find this washer anywhere else either. Home Depot proved that wrong. Home Depot also had much better customer service to boot. Moral of the story, when a customer has cash money to spend in your store you sell what you got or you lose business. Home Depot for the win

Its not clean, organized, or even easy to walk through. I hate going to this store and will avoid it if anyway humanly possible. They are high on the products too..

My go to for home remodeling because theur prices are better and I got their credit card and theirs offers where you can pay off in 6 or 12 months

Worse customer service I have ever had the women at the paint area was extremely rude to me. I asked her about paint and where to find certain things she would let out a loud sigh and get mad.

They need air conditioning, check out stands and water in the Refrigerators. There were a few diet cokes in one and some sprites in another one. I didnt want to shop I was so warm and thirsty.

It was obvious he had more important things to do. If you know exactly what you want and where it is, Home Depot has decent prices and inventory. If you need any assistance whatsoever, go to Lowes.
