I bought a recliner from Brandon a couple months ago and it didn’t workout for me. I called Brandon with my complaints about the recliner he said he would take care of me and did. I carried the chair and exchange it for a new recliner and it worked out great for me. Brandon is a great person to work with. If we decide to buy more furniture I will go to see him. Lucy was my person the minute I came through the door! She was willing to show me around or let me wander around. I found a dresser I wanted but it was on back order. My wandering found me another one that I like better! Lucy told me it was available and could be delivered with 2 days!It was delivered by two nice men, I forgot their names, but they had it where I wanted it, looked it over for any damages, and took pictures of the delivery. I was very happy. I had been waiting for 8 weeks for another vendors, dresser to be shipped. Then got another 4 week delay.So happy I came to Ivan Smith and Lucy. When I need anything else, they will be my first stop!Thanks

Very good experience from the beginning to delivery of our items. Our sales person informed us of upcoming sales so that we could save if we waited a week. Our furniture was delivered on the day and time as promised. The delivery team was exceptional!

From looking, to buying, even the installation. This has been the best customer service ever. The sales associate was super friendly and funny. Most imphe was patient. The clerk to checked us put was equally great. She made us laugh and the installation guys were quick and polite.

We are so happy with our sectional. Its beautiful, plush and very comfortable.

The furniture is very pretty, but bed I bought broke after having it less than a week. Luckily, I got the insurance so I am waiting to hear back on a replacement. No problems with the dresser or the nightstand and they are perfect for the room they are in. I would recommend getting the insurance policy just in case, as the furniture is solid wood but not quite as sturdy as expected. It is a decent value for the money.

Needed a washer and dryer. I met by a salesman as soon as I walked in. Very friendly and helpful. Love the new washer and dryer. Fast delivery also.

Unfortunately bought an oversize chair from Ivan Smith Furniture to only receive it with missing legs. They provided replacement legs that do not match the original set. Very poor customer service as they insisted nothing was wrong with the oversize chair and they couldnt budge on the price. I advise any buyer to inspect the furniture prior to purchasing. 2 stars for attempting to replace the legs although theyre a different set and missing back cushion resulting in returning to the store to pick up.

I ordered a couch and ottoman and recliner in January. The service was great, Missy, the saleswoman is phenomenal. Unfortunately, the couch I received was all messed up (Ashley Brand), but they quickly ordered a new one and it was not built well either. Brandon(the manager) has gone above and beyond to make my tears and frustration disappear. I now have a new set of furniture on its way and the brand they helped me pick is made COMPLETELY in the USA! I cannot brag on this customer service enough. They made it right for me🙂

Our first experience with Ivan Smith Furniture in Texarkana TX was AWESOME!! We purchased a bed and a mattress set. We put the bed together and we were not pleased with how the mattress fit the frame. We called and told them and we were able to exchange the bed for a different one. Brandon made it so easy!! Our shopping experience was excellent!! Missy went above and beyond to take care of our every need while we were there. We were buying new furniture for the entire house so there were a lot of decisions being made and she took her time with us and was very patient, if things weren’t in stock she did her best to find something comparable to offer, even tried calling other stores for our daughters bed.We have gotten our first round delivered and so far so good, except one drawer on a bunk bed was broken, but is hopefully being replaced on the next delivery round!! We are hoping the furniture lives up to the excellent customer service Missy provided!!

It is reasonable and great looking furniture. We bought our dinning room, two bedrooms, and living plus an office desk for our office. We just love ivan Smith, the staff is always friendly.

I was in here yesterday looking for a couch with my mom, and I was surprised with the selection they have at this store. One of the employees was able to help us with the questions that we had and helped with what we were needing. The couch that we were looking at was what we wanted, we just need to get my dad to check it out. This store will help with Progressive Leasing on financing. This store has a large selection. They have beds, couches, appliances, and even kids bedroom furniture. The restrooms here are private use, but there is one for men and one for the ladies. The only negative that we have about this store is they do not haul away the old furniture. I will recommend this store to anybody.

It was an amazing experience. I stopped by one night and was told the furniture I wanted was not available until January. I went home, but decided I liked it enough to wait for it. I went back and Mr. Jordan and been looking for me. They located what I needed and could deliver to my new home that weekend. They have no ideal what a wonderful Christmas they helped us have.

Awesome. Comfortable. Super deal. Customer service at its best.I was shopping for a new rocker recliner. I’d been to several stores, but just didn’t want to spend as much as they wanted. Exasperated, I stopped in IS Furniture just to look. I was greeted by friendly faces and told to look as much as I wanted - no pressure. I found a couple that I liked. Brandon Gulledge handled the sale - after he explained features of each and even looked up sales prices. SUPER nice guy. Ends up I saved $300 on almost the same chair as a competitor. Delivery was fast and confirmed three times. I am thrilled with my new chair, and I’ll be at IS Furniture FIRST next time I need furniture. Seriously. I’m hooked. Lol

Brandon gave me great customer service upon entering the store. I wasn’t sure of what I wanted and he helped me with all my questions to pick out the best washer for my mom. I was getting ready to go to Ashley furniture to purchase my washer and I was so impressed with Brandon customer service skills I choose to purchase my washer at Ivan Smith and I didn’t have to go over to Ashley.
