Not impressed one bit with this place. I went today to have my oil changed, wheels aligned and my tires rotated. I will say firstly that Jonny who was working there was very friendly and very professional. He did his job to the best of his ability. After receiving my car I went on my way. When I arrived home I wanted to see what they did. My tire was still on the same wheel worn as it was when I dropped it off to be rotated, which means no wheels we’re rotated like the receipt showed. I then called back and the gentleman who answered who sounded like the boss said bring it back in and we will change it out again. I said it was never done the first time and he basically said well we can’t prove that. What ever happened to the customer is always right and just say I’m so sorry about that and we will take care of the mistake. When I was driving back with the car I noticed that there was no sticker on the windshield indicating how many miles until my next oil change so I also brought that up when I got there. After picking the car up for the second time I noticed that all the sticker said in maker was the mileage that the oil was changed at. No boxes were checked about what type of oil used of anything. This is very tacky and unprofessional. Now I have to find out what oil was used and calculate how many mile until my next oil change. I never knew I worked for NTB. I will not be taking my business back here in the future. Also they never explained to me what type of tire rotation system the use. I was taken back because all they did was put the front left wheel to the back and hopefully the front right on the rear right also. I asked why they didn’t switch the front right to the back left and so on and the gentleman on the phone said “we don’t do that system, we only do front to back. So if you want a thorough tire rotation I would take your business elsewhere. Also they are not cheap here.

Work fine.. however, place was very dirty and wore down... didnt feel comfortable.

They take so dam long to put one tire on my Jeep and the tires they sell they are okay but I just have to see how long they are going to last for Friday July-2-2021 and they have you to stand out side by your car with your tire until they are ready to do your car 🤦🏽‍♂️

Terrible service waited 2 hrs while staff joked around did no work and I was told my work was done which is was not I was the tol I would have yo wait 2 more hrs to actually get it done

I rated this NTB located at 101 Terry Parkway, Terrytown, La 70058 a 5 Star Rating because of the Outstanding Customer I received from Mr.Johnny(Store Manager)& Mr.Mitchell(Service Manager)upon entering this fine establishment! I was greeted by both Mr.Johnny & Mr.Mitchell which made me feel at Home.I had my 2010 Mazda 5 front end alignment done that took only an hour to be completed. I was in and out in a timely manner which i was very impressed with. Mr.Mitchell was so professional and friendly and new his stuff. Mr.Johnny was also very professional and friendly which made me feel like Family& at Home!. The inside of this establishment is so clean and the waiting area has nice comfortable seats with cable t.v. and coffee. The restroom was very clean and disinfected and also everybody was wearing Face Mask as required! Mr.Johnny and Mr.Mitchell are valuable asset to NTB corporation and deserves a raise! I recommend all my family and friends to this location.Very professional and caring staff!

Horrible customer service, the old man at the desk was rude as hell and seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered with looking up the account of the fleet company that pays for my work truck to be serviced. He told me “there’s no way of me being able to charge the company for the service.” This is after I gave him the paperwork with the company name, account number and all the needed information. I’ve brought my truck to other NTBs, Firestone, Goodyear, PepBoys, etc and never had an issue. Apparently the old man either didn’t know what he was doing on the computer or just didn’t feel like doing his job that day. I think it was both... Ridiculous, don’t bother stopping there.

Will definitely be returning. Even with it being a holiday I didnt feel rushed and they service guy made sure to go over everything they were doing in detail so I didnt have a surprise on the bill when I checked out.

THE place to go

As soon as my car was put on the rack I was told that I needed a $1600 job done. I gad taken my car to other reputable auto shops for wheel aligning, and front end work and a leak was never discovered. They also lost tge cap that goes inside of a custom rim. The empliyees were argumentive. They refuse to reset tge sensors on my car after they removed my tire. Please beware, they offer low pricing for oil and tire rotation, bait you in and then they come up with a more expensive repair that they say you would need. With everything goung on in the world today, it is very difficult to find honest repair shop that will not rip you off. Will not visit again.

These people sold me a defective tire and said it was my fault. And refused to replace it. But was eager to sell me a brand new one for $175... They will never get my business again...

Theyre expensive. If you can, bring your own parts, its a little better that way. A simple stud change cost me $80. Theyre also quick to run you around. The mechanic who helped me out was cool, but other than that, dont go if you can find a better mechanic

The service was excellent. They found this problem to my situation and they fix it. So I would recommend anyone to go there they have wonderful.

Today, a customer has been waiting for her car service to be completed since 8:30am. As of 2:18pm, her oil change, shock &strut replacement is not complete. No offers of a ride home until service is completed. Said CUSTOMER (67 year old unassuming grandmother), has been a faithful patron of this location for several years.This lack of quality service for customer loyalty, prompts this post.

Absolutely trash service. Had an Appointment for 7am to get 4 new tires installed nothing crazy, 45 minutes later they tell me it will be at least 2 more hours until the work is done. Meanwhile one worker is just chilling smoking his cigs and other worker is doing who knows what. And only 2 people working ? What a joke

I was happy with my most recent experience at Tire Kingdom. I had been dreading getting work done on my truck mainly because of the cost associated with vehicle maintenance, but this place made those fears subside. The cost of Cooper tire was a litter higher than I had expected, but the buy two tires get two tires free made it a fair deal. I was able to get all four tires, front brakes replaced, back brakes tuned up, tire balance/alignment, and an oil change all for under $1,000. Thanks Tire Kingdom.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick and easy visit. They get you in and out in a heartbeat so you can keep your day moving. I was visiting family in a road trip, and just needed a quick oil change and tire rotation. Couldnt have taken more than 10 minutes.

Yesterday, I had a tire replaced at this location. Upon leaving, I noticed that the servicemen had gone through my glove compartment and center console in search of my wheel lock. I completely understand their actions. What I do not understand was their need to take all of the quarters that were in my cup holder. Their service was quick, but I will neither frequent nor recommend this store.

Everytime I go here to get any service done on my vehicles its always pleasant, clean and professional. Service always lets you know if theres a problem that should be checked on or offer there service to do. Great work Terry Parkway!!!

Scam artist at its finest! they charge $25.00 per tire to install a tire that you purchase from their store! they dont ask if you want certain service they just bring you your car back and tell you a extremely different price!

I feel a scam is when a company charges you for a service they did not or could not provide. I went to NTB before I had to drive my family from New Orleans to Philadelphia. I asked for two new tires and an alignment, wait three hours and am told my car is finished. I get in and the alignment is way worse than it has ever been, the steering wheel is cocked to the right and the car pulls left. It shakes at speed and under braking. When I took it back the tech said Our machine doesnt work for your car So not only did they make my car almost undriveable and charge me for it they knew the whole time that they were screwing me over. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Good ppl work here and there honest

Got a flyer in the mail for $19.99 oil change. Went to the Terry Pkwy store and was told my car doesnt take regular oil and Id have to pay more for a blend or full synthetic. I looked it up and checked the oil cap ON MY CAR and it takes 5w20. Took it to NTB in Luling and they were very helpful; Said my car was one of the last years the corolla could take conventional, only newer models started needed blen/full synt and completed the $19.99 as-advertised oil change. Definitely will not come back to this store that will lie to make people pay more

Caught flat on elevated expressway. I put on temporary tire then went to NTB. Saw Matt and he had me back on road in 20 min. Very helpful and professional service.

Not good service. I was charged a high price and they couldnt find anything wrong with my car, took it to another place, they checked it and found what was wrong and didnt charge me anything.

I work for a private company and they are not doing the work that they say they are we simply ask 4 full synthetic and a tire rotation they dont rotate our tires and we have sent off oil samples off for test results we do this one all of our vehicles and we found out they are not putting full synthetic in our vehicles they are giving us a cheap synthetic blend whats charging us for full synthetic I would never bring my personal vehicle to them for anything and would never suggest anybody to bring their vehicle theyre also

If i could give it less I would. Rude staff. Youll be waiting forever for the simplest thing...cuz they are breaking your car.

Really Bad Service Manager, I came in for a routine Rotate and Balance. Service dude insisted I didnt need the tires balanced said it only scratches the rim by replacing the weights. He appeared really lazy and because the tires are under warranty he would not make any money on doing a balancing. When I pulled up he was outside in front of the door smoking so I guess I interrupted his smoking.

Horrible service. I was there from 12pm to 5 PM just to get 4 tires replaced. My truck was just in the air with no one touching it for a whole hour!

F.Y.I. Im going to the mechanic that works here. If you dont hand your wheel lock key to the sales Rep when you hand him your keys, we are unfortunately authorized to go through your personal affects to find it.
