Delivery review: From Wabash turn onto 13th by Papa Johns and immediately enter the alley. Pull past the customer parking lot near the roll up doors. Thats where I unloaded mattresses.Great guy. Call ahead to plan it out and itll be smooth as silk delivering here.Upon leaving I couldnt make the turn out of the alley due to parked vehicles on 12th so I went straight across and turned left through the municipal parking lot and exited back onto Wabash.

Called to make an appointment. I told the person we were looking around. Response was dont mean to be rude but we dont want to waste our time if Looking around not that you have to buy if you make an appointment. Tried to talk to spouse if time would be good,was cut off and told call back if interested. Just saying did not go there!!!!!

5 stars isnt even a high enough rating for the amazing customer service that Daniel gave us! He takes as much time as it takes to help you select a mattress that is best suited for your needs and budget. I cant recommend a better Mattress place than this one. Daniel and his mom were so easy to work with and treated us like family. They asked all the right questions to help us find a mattress for our son. Daniel even helped my husband load the mattress into our truck. Daniel was a really nice guy, he was very descriptive about prices, beds and frames. He wasnt like most typical salesmen, he wasnt trying to sell us something that my fiance and I did not want. We will definitely do business with him in the near future.

Initially when working with Daniel he was just amazing the service is seriously enough to keep you a customer. Recently our bed from 3 years ago has really been a pain and so uncomfortable and instead of taking about joe horrid this store is (because it isn’t) I asked about an appointment to look at new beds bc ours was breaking down and instead Daniel advises me of the warranty on my bed (which never crossed my mind) he really is in this to help people and not screw them over or push them out the door with the most expensive mattresses.
