We were very pleased with the experience of shopping for a mattress at Mattress Firm. We found our salesperson to be very helpful and quite informed. He guided us through several mattresses and took our comments and found the one we liked. He then took it a step better with the zero gravity effect. The time it takes for them to get our mattress is half that of other stores. We got a good deal for these times and can’t wait for our new mattress to arrive! Manager Michael sold us a mattress, mattress protector and delivery cost 99.00. Michael was supposed to callus with delivery date, no phone call, I called, Michael was off that day, other male employee didn’t have a clue, communication was horrible. Warehouse couldn’t decide when delivery date would be, We didn’t want to wait a month. Finally received a refund, however, I couldn’t return the mattress protector due to Covid-19. It was in a zipped package, never opened. We will be shopping at Furniture Row, Denver mattress tomorrow.

On 4/3/21 I went to Mattress Firm to look around for a mattress and I was a bit nervous because I had never bought one myself. I was greeted by Michael and I showed him a picture of what I was looking for and he pulled down a bed that was similar. Everything went smoother and easier than I had imagined. He answered all of my questions and was super helpful! I received my mattress at my doorstep on 4/6/21 at the same time the delivery was expected to arrive! Lonnie and Jason delivered the mattress and everything went great! 10/10 on the mattress and the service! 😊

We have purchased 3 beds and 2 pillows off terre haute mattress firm. We have been loyal customers and up until this point always been pretty happy with service & deals. However, we purchased a king size mattress and we were told we had 120 days to decide if we wanted to return or exchange, pretty early into the deal we exchanged for a different mattress, the refund alone took a month to get in the purchasing differences of the mattress but we understood sometimes that type of thing takes awhile coming from a bigger branch not local. Anyway we decided we wanted to exchange the current mattress for a medium mattress of the same type and brand onlyTo be told that the whole 120 day try out thing only applies to the initial mattress, which makes absolutely no sense to me. So if i exchanged a mattress on day 199 that gives me 1 night to decide if the exchange was a good one? Thousands of dollars gone either way. I was recommended by several to start going to Denver mattress. I believe thats our next stop.

This was the easiest experience we’ve had so far in buying things for our home. We were in there for about 15 minutes. Isaac Sparks was our salesman. I knew exactly what I wanted as I walked into the store. I needed a specialty mattress for my new Murphy Bed. The sales rep said, Yes we have that type of mattress. He pulled the mattress so that I could lay on it. Within 10 minutes I was walking out of the store. I got $200 off the price, and a free mattress pad. My mattress had to be ordered, but I will receive it within 10 days. I was very happy with the service of the salesman.

We stopped in to look at King sized beds. The sales guy was awesome and did not pressure us one way or the other. He just explained how the mattresses were set up in the show room and explained to us the differences in quality and technology within each mattress. We got free shipping. Delivery was flawless. Got an automated message and email the day before delivery giving me a 3 hr window. The delivery guys arrived within the first hour and we got a 20 minute warning call before they showed up. They took our old box spring and mattress away and installed our new box spring and mattress in less than 30 minutes. Awesome experience and would highly recommend!
