Thank you Brian and the Service Department team for getting my John Deere mower fixed for me. Its an extremely busy time of year for them and they still took in my mower when it broke down. It took a little longer than expected but that wasnt their fault (parts were slow getting to them). I appreciated their communication with me and the overall cost of repair was lower than I expected. Thanks again guys!

Picked up some parts for my tractor. They have a nice showroom and and good stock on machines and parts. They dont have a very good customer service ethos. They seem to be locked behind their counter and you could wander through the showroom needing help with a trimmer or chainsaw and no one will even look up. When you can get them to help they are knowledgeable. dont know why they dont even greet people when they come into their retail area. Not the cheapest place to buy parts and accessories.

Definitely an honest place, they did a $50 repair instead of pushing for a big bucks teardown. Shop rate is a little higher, but since they are factory authorized for my John Deere, they dont need a lot of time to do it RIGHT!! very pleased ❣

Purchased a new John Deere tractor! Got half of what John Deere advertised, and nothing of what I ask for.Quick connect mower deck takes 20 minutes to put on! NOT Quick connect those parts are Missing! Sticker on the mower says Quick Connect? I got the bait and switched from These Wonderful Folks!

We just left the store after going in to look at UTVs. We were not acknowledged in any way by the 3 sales people standing at the counter. We looked at 4 different UTVs and even sat n one for a while. This is not the first time this has happened. We will NOT be back.Update:: We just purchased a Kawasaki Mule somewhere else and we had excellent service.

Awesome experience! Delivered tent, quick set up, absolutely beautiful! Small issue with dance floor and it was repaired immediately at no cost to us. I recommend this company and will use again.

I was recommended to have my new riding mower serviced at Complete outdoor by my warranty provider. I was told theyre the best and I would have my mower picked up and serviced within a week.After 3 days I call in to see if they diagnosed or knew anything because I knew my stater was bad. I spoke with Jim and he was the rudest person I ever spoke with in customer service. I called my warranty provider and put in a complaint about how rude little Jimmy was and to deliver my mower to another lawn mower service company.After 3 days of calling and my warranty provider calling complete outdoor. They dropped my riding mower off at my residence. The next day I fire it up and began cutting my lawn and immediately I noticed my cutting deck was off, one side was higher than the other. I looked under my mower and saw that someone had raised the bolt that adjust my cutting deck!!! 😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬 COMPLETE OUTDOOR, I WILL BE SEEING YOU IN COURT!!!

We were told they would be delivering our repaired mower a week and a half ago. We called twice and left voicemail messages but never got an answer. After spending 5 to 10 minutes on hold, I was finally able to talk to someone who claimed the part just came in today. I asked why I was not told of the delay or why our voicemail messages were not returned. No apology; not even an answer to the question. Simply we will try to deliver it tomorrow. I am not a complainer, but I do work in a retail business where customer service is everything. Our experience with them has been bad.

Family owned and a fantastic establishment. Customer service is always top notch, as well as the equipment and timeliness of any setup. We use them every year for several events and always utilize their tent setup, I’ve never experience a more dedicated and hard working crew!

Well that was a joke! We just left the store and I will never go back! We brought a trailer with us to buy a zero turn mower, we were in the showroom for 15 minutes and not one person offered to help us, not a price on a single unit in the place! Looked to me like selling parts is all they were interested in doing!! I wouldnt buy there now if they were the only place in town!!!

We were able to find a great used UTV at a very good price. We looked at a lot of places, but their selection and prices were the best. Our family has enjoyed several country cruises in it so far with many more to come!

Last year I walked in and bought a deck belt for the commercial mower we bought from Complete Outdoor. This year they didnt have it and the parts person (Jim) didnt seem to care if he sold one or not. He didnt say if they could or would order one and until I asked he didnt tell me when they might come in. So I ordered 2 belts over the Internet for $40 Less per belt and received them before the might date. Ill just plan better for breaks in the future and not count on the convenience of my local dealer.

Not a bad establishment, however, pricing is on the HIGH side as you can online shop for the same quality equipment elsewhere.

SO FAR.. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN GOOD.. Unfortunately my old 25year John Deere mower needs bearings replaced. I was disappointed to hear that because of the additional $70 some dollars but if it keeps it running .. then that is a good thing.. Ill come back and re-repost if any problems.. so far so good.

I work 5 nights a week and my water line decides to break under my back concrete patio. Go to rent a concrete saw at Outdoor Equipment on a Saturday. The guy has trouble starting it before I rent (first and only clue). Drive home 30 miles only to have it not start at all... And by this time theyre closed... until Monday... Wasted time, gas, have two sore arms and hands with blisters AND the water is still under concrete and not fixed...Not a good way to start a business relationship.

Under no circumstances have them fix anything for you. They quoted me one week to fix my mower and it turned into 4. When I got it back they had mounted the belt incorrectly and it burned up with 5 minutes of use. I had to install a new belt myself to make sure it was done correctly. In addition, they didnt fix the problem with the mower being hard to start.

Great customer service! Great rentals for weddings and parties! The only place I recommend.

These guys are great! They came out and installed a tent for our event in the middle of a snowstorm, with no complaint. The tent was perfect, and we couldnt be happier with how it worked out.

These guys are top notch. I purchased a mower and leaf blower, and couldnt have received better service.

I hate this place and would never take another thing here again. I called numerous times and the phone was either always busy or I was on hold forever. They had my mower for three weeks before even looking at it. then it over 2 months to simply clean the fuel system. Doesnt that just involve some seafoam? I would have done that myself if the mower wasnt under warranty. Oh and then the warranty doesnt cover fuel related problems. So now I have another 110 dollars in a mower that cost me 179. In the meantime you know the 3 months they had my mower I ended up having to buy a new one because the neighbor boy was getting too expensive every week. To top it all off when they called to tell me they were done, they really wasnt so I drove to pick them up for nothing, but they were quick to ask for my money I owed them for fixing them.

Ive tried to buy parts from this store for my John Deere lawnmower several times. They say they have it, only to find out they dont after driving 15mi to get there. Even told me once they would set it aside. Made the mistake three times. Never again. Beware.

Use them at your own peril..... Charged for an inspection and told me I needed a new transmission at about $600.....i didnt believe them....... Turns out it needed a $20 dollar lever took me as an inexperienced mechanic less than an hour to find and fix...... In my opinion they quite simply ripped me off and tried to royalty rip me off

They have had our gator for 3 weeks now To fix something covered under warranty and keep saying when we can get them on the phone...it’s the parts they are waiting on. Really?? 3 weeks I could have went and pick the parts up myself.

I would not recommend ANYONE to do business here. Ive never dealt with a more dishonest and disrespectful person as Jim Decker. He lied to me over and over again. WOULDNT RECOMMEND.
