Very pleasant place to get food/drinks, I got a Grande Strawberry Funnelcake Frappuccino and it was amazing, not to mention the people at the drive thru were very pleasant!

Always super friendly and you can tell everyone who works there loves there jobs.. lol I dont even drink coffee but the wife and daughter love this place.

I understand the decision to not have your inside seating open to the public at this time. However, I have witnessed several people pull in, look at your door and then assume the inside is open. Please make it more visible that your inside seating is not available. Bigger sign needed

I love their coffee. I ordered a latte and asked for a couple of ice cubes to cool it down. They were concerned about it tasting watered down so they just didnt heat as hot instead they told me. It was wonderful and perfect. Thank you!

Love this place and either going threw drive threw or going in or picking up at the curb they have been really great and try to be as fast .

We stopped in for a couple of coffees on our way home from vacation and my lactose intolerant wife ordered a drink with oatmilk and no whip. When we got our drinks it even had a sticker on it that said oatmilk and no whip. But we discovered as we drove away that it had whip on it and it only took a few drinks for my wife to discovere that it was also made with milk. She is now in a lot of stomach pain and I hope we can make it the rest of our 4 hour trip home before it takes its toll o her. Thanks Starbucks!

Ok! lets get off of gas prices and rally together we need to get Starbucks, and beef-jurkey prices back down had to take out a loan with a co-singer just to get that GOOD GOOD. Awesome coffee tho!

Except for the fact that the order taker couldnt hear very well thru the drive thru speaker, drinks were great, and lemon cake was great

3 of us went in. 1 didnt get anything. No choices they wanted. 2 of us ordered, walked to car, took a sip .... Cold / Hot Tea. Cold / Hot Coffee. We were really unhappy. Last time were going!

They used to have such great workers. A year ago I would have given 5 stars. Now the times are slow and the night crews are understaffed. The better employees are leaving. It’s ran by people that haven’t really ever been a barista themselves....

Starbucks corporate refunded my purchase at this store. Staff is not trained. Covid restrictions do not apply - when I walked in, there were maybe 4 people ahead of me; I left without drinks because there were 40 people piled up with me after 40 minutes of waiting for a cappuccino. Insane! Staff told me to keep waiting - one new person was trying to learn to make drinks for all of us in the store, while the rest of the staff was turning out drinks for the drive-thru. Shouldve closed the store, or helped the new person!

The staff was extremely rude. I ordered a pink drink with light ice. (I’ve ordered this countless times) The drink looked very brown and the dried strawberries were brown. I politely took the drink in the store and asked for them to make me a new one and the staff argued with me and told me the reason for my drink being brown was because I got light ice. She then remade my drink and it looked perfectly fine. I’ve tried to call the store and tell them her name but the line is busy.

I get everyone is busy but when you order ahead because you see the drive thru is insanely long and you still have to wait 30 minutes and it would have been faster in the drive thru its rediculous! Learn how to prioritize!

Love starbucks. I hate this location. The store hours are different all the time. You never know whether the dining room is open or not to get your drinks or to order a drink. the drive-thru line is consistently wrapped around the building. People who are coming on lunch from work cannot get a drink from this location. And if you do get to preorder your drink its usually wrong.

The employees are always great. They try to cheet you up. I love my Toasted white chocolate mocha with chestnut praline!

My Mom and I went through the drive thru and ordered a venti mocha frappuccino with quad espresso and a venti salted caramel frappuccino with a shot of espresso. The employees are so nice, I wish everyone was this nice, oh, and our frappuccinos were awesome too. Definitely 5 stars!

The woman who waited on me was so kind. I dont treat myself to Starbucks very often, so Im not very familiar with their menu. She was patient with me and explained that I could order something new, and if I didnt like it they would replace it :). She also helped me pick out a drink that sounded appealing but wouldnt be too sweet. Thats very reassuring for me.

Have had more issues than not at this particular store. Some of the staff is not very friendly. My drink has been wrong on more than one occasion and the wait....the wait times have been horrendous. I drive to another store thats out of my way just to be sure that I get what I pay for. Its seems that ste staff is not well trained. Everyone is everywhere, bumping into eachother...chaos....like no one has a station.

Its Starbucks people. This place is the BEST

My drink was pretty good, but the inside waiting area was kinda yuck they definitely needed to clean.The customer service seemed nice, they didnt ask for your name like normal-so instead they called for java chip! instead.And they were pretty slow, they could definitely improve on speed.

Always friendly and fast. These people work for their money! Even the manager Laurie is friendly and works like crazy!! They get to know you well and sometimes start my drink order as I walk in the door! Now THATS good customer service!!

This Starbucks was a pleasant place to stop when traveling.The staff were attentive, helpful, and pleasant. All in all, they were able to serve us quickly and professionally. I would suggest this store to anyone who wants a cup of good coffee before hitting the rural part of the state.

All I wanted was a cup of coffee. When I asked for a specific type the young boy at the counter (Michael) said No, Im not going to open a bad of coffee for one customer I said They have done it before and he said Well ... if thats true then they are wrong. He then turned his back on me while I was standing at the counter to continue his conversation with another employee. I asked to speak to the manager and Michael identified himself as the manager, this would explain the poor service that I have received at this location more than once. I then asked for the district managers name and phone number. With a huff Michael looks over his shoulder and asked the two other employees (not) working does anyone know the district managers name? Apparently opening a bag of coffee isnt the only thing he doesnt know ... He doesnt even know his bosss name.I always believe in giving a store a second chance but this in the third or forth chance it is just that my route takes me right by this location and it is on the right side of the road for me. However, I digress from now on I will go to McDonalds for my coffee. They guarantee that it is fresh or they will make some without attitude.

The unisex restroom I used was filthy. Seriously, no woman wants to step on a mans urine and carry it on her shoes until she throws them away. It may be the thing to do but YUK! Also, my decaf was cold and I waited so long the cashier went ahead and made it for me.

My marble mocha macchiato is great. The cashier at the window did not know how to tell me to remove my empty Starbucks card so that my newly downloaded card was available. Instead I had to pay cash. Lesson learned! I figured it out myself afterwards.( The new card showed up readily last time)

Starbucks is pretty universally nice. The coffee and healthy snacks are my primary cravings, but they have perfected the refrigerated pastries and breakfast sandwiches over the years.

I wont ever go back to this store, the staffs are very Surly and poorly trained including the store manager. Store manager is very irresponsible and racist and she treats customers as if she is doing favors for them (its because of us your stupid ass have a job) I wont ever recommend this place, and if I could have given them zero star I would .
