We purchased our countertops through Custom Stone and the process was smooth from start to finish! They made sure I had seen all selections until I found something I absolutely LOVED and that went well with the style of the rest of kitchen. Curt came out to do the measurements and was very knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions we had. We had a section of our island with a post built into it, and he was confident and knew exactly what would need to be done in order to template around the post so that everything would be flush and look like it belonged there. This is definitely what brought our whole kitchen together! We also got our sink here and is one of our most complimented pieces in our new kitchen!! Great experience!

Custom Stone Products worked with us hand-in-hand to help us take about 20 years off of the age of our home. The overall tone of our kitchen was brightened dramatically as we went from black tiles to this very modern color and patterned granite surface.The same black tiles were used in our Master bath as well, and C.S.P. was able to help us upgrade those twin sinks and counters as well....so much easier to keep clean, too!We are delighted with the outcome - Custom Stone Products were excellent partners.

Great place for quartz and granite countertops. Lots of choices. Camille House worked with us and helped us through the process. I would give her 5 stars!!. Some cabinet parts were missing and there was a delay in cutting our slab surfaces. However, Camille and the install crew came through though and worked with us and did all they can to get us taken cared off. There was a couple days delay but they finished the job and we appreciate their efforts. I would work with Camille again. Thank you!

This place could have gotten 5 stars. However my bathroom vanity project took months. I finally had to threaten them with wanting my money back to get an installation date. Was scheduled for 8-10am. They called the day before to confirm snd told me it would be closer to 10 than 8. I said that was fine. I called them at noon to see where they were. They finally showed at 1pm. All I ever got was an apology. Apologies mean nothing when u hear them from the same place over and over again. I believe if they truly meant it they would have given me a discount due to the time it took. So unless u have a big job or months to wait I would suggest looking elsewhere. Its really a shame because when they actually do the work it turns out well.

I was thoroughly impressed by the quality work the installers provided and the level of professionalism shown by office staff at Custom Stone. They took great care to ensure that our dream kitchen became a reality. We genuinely enjoyed the creative process we experienced while designing our remodel. 10/10 Would recommend again and again!

Custom stone was an AMAZING experience and a easy process to get the countertops I wanted. Everyone in the office is nice, proficient, and has very well knowledge of the job they do. To the ladies and gentlemen that work there you guys are excellent. I recommend anyone that needs cabinets, countertops, accessories and more to CUSTOM STONE! I will be using them for any more of my needs.

Terrible! They cut the wrong color we asked for. Kept putting us off after several repeated visits. We even tagged the color of the marble that we wanted. They put us off for 8 months! The woman at the desk has a GOD complex. Rude with terrible customer service.Refused to refund our money. I told her wed be back. I meant with our lawyer. She said she would refund the money via check within the week. Ill be looking for that check! Otherwise its small claims court.

From start to finish, everyone at Custom Stone was so great to work with. From cabinets and design, hardware, sinks, countertop - They went out of their way to be sure we were happy. The job they did was absolutely fabulous! We love our new kitchen!

We purchased some quartz countertops from Custom Stone Products and had a completely positive experience. First, the selection of products was massive and they had many samples for viewing. The speed and delivery and install was all VERY quick and worked out perfectly. The guy who came and measured was very knowledgeable and was able to discuss our particular install, answer questions, and offer some guidance on how the process would work. Again, very professional and knowledgeable. He also had high-tech equipment to help with layout and measurements. Everyone we interacted with from Custom Stone Products was very helpful and worked with us to guarantee and great experience. My countertops are gorgeous and the installation crew was amazing. Customer service at a Custom Stone Products has some serious glitches- especially when it comes to communication. They were able to take my old countertop and make one exactly like out of granite. It goes in my RV and there arent any straight edges on it at all. They are all curved. It fit perfectly and looks nice.

I would highly recommend Custom Stone Products for your countertops. We chose a beautiful granite top. The price was below what I was expecting. Their work is top notch all the way through the process from selecting and ordering the slab, to the laser measurement of our kitchen, to the final installation of the countertops. We are so happy with our new countertops.

Poor customer service been waiting 3 months for them to install a in stock slab of granite .
