Cornerstone Builders are the best! Our son used them to remodel his home and recommended them to build our new home. We were impressed with the company from the minute we contacted Scott and Dawn Mundell to help us find a suitable lot a couple of years before our move. They were very helpful during that process and so impressed us that we didn’t even interview other builders when we were ready to start building. They are such incredibly warm and welcoming people, listening to our wants and needs, and worked with us to design our dream home from a distance, as we were living in the Dayton, OH, area at the time. Dawn helped guide us through the design and selection process of both the interior and exterior, offering advice when asked on colors, styles, and materials, and even helped with furniture arrangement to ensure the new furniture we wanted to order would fit. Scott took care of the house plans and logistics, such as electrical and plumbing. As with all new builds, not everything goes smoothly, but they took care of issues as they cropped up to ensure we were happy with the final product. Everyone we’ve worked with from Cornerstone has been extremely friendly and competent and have worked with us to resolve issues and find ingenuous solutions, such as a pull-out platform in the kickplate underneath the built-in microwave, which was a bit too high for me to use safely. It’s much more convenient and very stable compared to bringing out the stepstool and climbing up the narrow step to reach in and grab hot liquids. We highly recommend Cornerstone to build your new dream home! You won’t be disappointed!

Cornerstone Builders is one of the finest builders in the area! Scott, Dawn, and their entire staff are a pleasure to work with. Cornerstone built a custom home for us, and we couldnt be happier with their level of commitment and follow through. Our home turned out to be everything we asked and hoped for, from ground breaking to final inspection. Each and everyone we dealt with during the process were courteous and helpful, and after moving in, they have kept in touch to make sure everything was to our complete satisfaction. They didnt just build our house, they built our home. You cant go wrong using Cornerstone!

We recently had a master bedroom with walk in closet added to our home. We also converted a bedroom into a master bath. The project was finished in a timely manner and we love it! Great work and respectful, professional workers.

Scott and Dawn and their crew are AWESOME! Weve had terrible problems with contractors in the past and were a bit worried about taking on such a big project but Cornerstone Builders took care of everything! They are great people and we would hire them again and would highly recommend them without a doubt! Thanks guys for making such a big project so easy and we came in under budget and several weeks ahead of schedule!

We had a small decking project turn into a major repair on the back of our house. We had difficulty getting any other contractors in town to return our calls, but Cornerstone was eager to help us. They were incredibly professional and efficient; they did an amazing job fixing our home! We had siding replaced, decking removed, and the floor to our dining room had sunk 1 1/2 inches due to water damage, which they repaired in no time (and at an incredibly fair price!). I would highly recommend Cornerstone to anyone!
