I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection division of the Attorney General for the following reasons. I went in to purchase 4 chrome wheels for my brand new SUV. In retrospect everything started off wrong. The gentleman who I suspect is the owner had to leave for an extended period to obtain sensors that he did not have in stock. Upon returning he immediately ran into another problem whereby the rims chosen were rubbing against the brake caliper so he applied a spacer to the wheel. Being a layperson most of us are not knowledgeable and thats why we Trust those we go to for quality so that our money is not spent in vain. He was quick to buy the factory rims that came off my vehicle for $15 per rim. Now some 2 weeks later the TPMS sensor light will NOT go off and to add further insult he wants me to buy more sensors and no labor to try and fix this debacle of a job. Discount tires refused to touch them stating that there is a safety issue with spacers. Hernandez Tires on 1st Street told me the same thing. He said especially on new cars you need rims that fit without the use of spacers and ANYONE in the tire business should know this. With the help of the Atty. General I am confident that this matter will be resolved in my favor given the evidence that I have obtained and submitted . My $934 is money that I have worked hard for, retired and as a Vietnam veteran I dont have time to be engaged in messy situations. Think twice before patronizing this establishment.

I recently purchased moving boxes and rented blankets from this company. They were very unprofessional and unaccommodating. My husband returned half of the blankets, hoping that we could turn in some for a two-day rental and turn in the rest later that day. He was extremely rude and would not accept them. So I rushed up with the rest of the blankets. He accused me of cheating him out of a blanket and would not work with me. I had to suggest that he charge us for a two day rental and we would buy the missing blanket. Otherwise, he was going to charge us $30 each day for 36 blankets because 1 blanket was missing. I will never use this company again for my moving needs and would definitely not trust them to work on my vehicle.

Ive been here twice, the first time I bought two used tires no problem pretty cheap. After a while I got a hole in one, took it back for a patch. After putting the patch on, one of the guys ruined the tire getting it back on the rim. I asked if the money from the patch could just go to another used tire and he told me they patched it, I could take the ruined tire if I wanted. Exceedingly rude considering hes the only employee that speaks English.

They were very helpful and willing to work with me concerning a rim issue. I will go back to do business there in the future.

Had a set of rims&tires on a VW TDI that was part of the buyback, the tires had very little wear and were in excellent condition, so i was trying to see if they would like to buy them and then throw on some junker tires just to drive the couple miles to the dealership for the buyback. guy offered me $40 for a $600+ dollar set of michelins on alloys in a super common passsenger car size (205/55/16) saying they werent a popular size. i declined. he wasnt rude to me, but i felt the offer was insultingly low, and the operation and the guy i talked to felt pretty shyster-y
