Okay, if you are looking for a storage facility that has your best interest in mind with tip top professionalism then Eagle Self Storage is the place for you. I have only been living in temple for about a year, and need some storage. I called Eagle Self storage, and Bonnie answered the phone. She was so sweet and polite! Not only did she help me use the storage calculator tool, but she also helped me stay within my current budget. When we met she was sweet and professional! She made sure to answer all my concerns, and when she printed out the paperwork for my lease she took her time to go through it, and highlighted all pertinent information. She escorted me to look at two possible units and made sure I was happy! Just to really articulate and orchestrate her awesome customer service, she recommended me two, TWO resources that could help me move my bed into storage! Hands down, I would and will recommend this storage facility to anyone that needs storage! Also, their policies are straight to the point! Strictly business! Love it! Thank you Bonnie and Dana for helping me reconnect with Bonnie to insure that my belongings have a temporary home with security!!!!

We were planning to move to temple from Colorado. Unfortunately two days after being there we had to get our stuff and head back to Colorado due to a family emergency. The prices are great and the staff is lovely. I would recommend this storage unit

We have been storing here about a year. The place is always clean and open when we want in. The manager is always helpful and understanding if we come to her about an issue. The gate is always working.

If you need storage, this is the place. The security is amazing here. The woman who works in the office is just as sweet as can be and the whole place is extremely clean.

Update: We did love them! Our debit card changed. We called and gave them a new card. They didnt put it on file like we asked them to. Then they charged us a late fee and locked us out for their mistake!!!! Now Bonnie was so nauseatingly rude to us that we are leaving. Weve been with them over three years and have two units. Pretty stupid thing to lose customers over for sure.

Very nice staff, Brenda is always a pleasure to speak with. Unit was nice and clean when I moved out. I did have an incident where someone got their key stuck in my lock, and I was unable to retrieve my belongings, but when I called Brenda to let her know my situation, she fixed the problem the same day. She went and cut my old lock, and replaced it! I highly recommend Eagle Self Storage. Pricing is very reasonable, and againg the STAFFS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING!!

RAIN RATS AND MOLD DESTROYED EVERYTHING IN OUR STORAGE WE COULDNT EVEN SALE IT AT A GURAGE SALE AND HOUSTLY COULDNT GIVE IT AWAY WHEN WE TOLD STAFF AND SHOWED THEM PICTURES SHE SAID SHE WOULD TALK TO THE ONWERS WHEN WE WENT TO TURN IN THE KEYS SHE STILL HADNT TALK TO THE OWNERS AND HAD THE NURVE TO ASK FOR THE LAST 2 PAYMENTS I BEG YOU IF YOUR IN NEED OF A STORGE PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE OR LOVE YOU RAT RAIN AND MOLD INFESTED BELONGINGS BEWARE....
