Heidi is very friendly & helpful. They can usually get your riding mower in & repaired in just a few days. Have used these guys for years now. I would recommend their service department.

They wanted to charge my grandfather over $1,000 to fix a bent rim on his riding mower... when he told them no, they charged him $115 JUST TO LOOK AT IT.

Best John Deere dealer in central Texas. Service tech John is professional and good at what he does. Parts department treats you like a customer not a inconvenience like other nearby dealerships. All my future Deere products will come from temple.

We have called this place 3 times in the last two days to discus buying a new tractor, no one has got back with us . Every time they are to busy to talk . I even left name and number for a call back still nothing . Waco maybe a better fit to buy a tractor at .

Outstanding customer service. I ordered a front loader that took a while to come in. While I waited they loaned me a tractor with a loader until mine came in.

Their parts dept is great. Im a diyer and they helped me without feeling I was bothering them. Especially the guy with the well worn black cowboy hat.

I was quoted 200 for the first hour by the shop manager first name Travis. When tech arrived he starting taking out the first screw and found it was stripped and he could not go any further on the job. He said it would have to go to the shop. The tech was only on site for appox. 38 min. I receive a bill for $900. This was not what I had agreed to. So when I called back to speak with a manager, the lady at the office said she was calling manager in another office. But she did not call the person that she gave me the name or the phone number for. She had the shop manager to call me. He is part of the problem and I guess the corporate office just does not want to deal with regular people. I agreed to pay 200 per hour. But United Ag & Turf figured that they would charge me $900. for the first hour. Is this a fair deal?

Been there twice and wont go back. Had to have a Stihl saw worked on a few weeks ago. When I walked through the door and went to the counter, I was told I needed to walk down the hall for service. I walked down a narrow side hall and went to an office at the end of the hall. There was no service desk, but a mature gentleman was on the phone. After a few min of waiting (and not being recognized) I walked into another office and asked for help. I was told to put my saw on the floor and they would call when it was ready. Two weeks later, no call, so I called them and was told my saw was ready; I guess they were too busy.Poor customer service. The service desk was not busy and should have escorted the customer to the service dept to ensure the customer was taken care of. They also shouldnt wait for the customer to call them.Went there again recently to buy a chain for my Stihl. Not a single hello when I walked in. The service guys were having a personal conversation and had no customers. I provided them the model of saw I had along with the bar length. The service guy informed me he could not get me the correct chain unless I provided him with the link count on the bar. I left, got back to my office, got in Stihls website, bam. In 2 min I found the right chain for my saw model and bar length along with tooth count. I work in customer service and blame senior leaders/mgrs for this stale environment.Update: Regional director personally contacted me regarding my review and made things right. Its those types of leaders that lean into adversity that make a difference. United Ag has earned another opportunity with me. Thank you

They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I dont mind driving over there from home which 40 miles to get that kind of service.
