We felt like we had searched everywhere for a pair of Chaco’s and had almost given up. By chance we came to the mall and saw that Journeys was still opened and stocked with a great selection of shoes, socks and tops. Jada was quick to help us and find us the sizes we needed. Tay was great at showing us how to adjust the Chaco’s. Both Tay and Jada made our shopping experience memorable and they are the reason we will think of Journeys first for our shoe shopping needs. ❤️

Went into the store to get my daughter shoes and was greeted by Austin. He assisted us with trying on the shoes. Before I left the store I saw a pair that I liked and he immediately continued his efforts in assisting me with not only shoes but socks to wear with them. Monte his manager was on site and encouraged and supported Austin with the assistance of the sale. Terrific group of associates! 3 pairs of shoes purchased and socks too.

Great store. All employees were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the shoes. Montè sold me 2 pair of shoes and 2 packs of socks.

Wonderful customer service...great attitudes

I took my son in tonight about 7:30pm to get some shoes for a school dance. We had looked at so many stores and nothing that he liked fit him. We walked into Journeys, and the two guys there were accommodating and kind. They helped my son (age 11) feel comfortable in deciding without any pressure and made it a lot easier for me. They showed him his options let him take his time. We all buy vans and converse in our family and this by far is the best journeys we have been in. We will be shopping here again and again! Thank You!

Store had good stuff but employees need to backoff and let customers shop. The entire staff came up and kept asking me the same questions the entire time. Very annoying.
