Im not a shopper, but my wife is. I met an incredible manager named Mike M. He was not overbearing. He got us the best deal for my daughters new bedroom. I hope this company finds a higher position for him. Very detail oriented, straight to the point. But he have us the best deal we could afford. I dont shop, but he did make the experience memorable. So know my wife want a new Tempertic mattress. All I can say is overtime. Come on Central Texas, support the local business.

Quick and easy process. I walked in and was greeted by Dustin. He explained to me the different types of mattresses. I sat on a few different mattresses and I was in love with the Promise 12. The process was quick and simple, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.----update---3 weeks later and I still do not have my mattress after 4 different delivery dates. Their warehouse systems needs some work. During the in store process, the mattress was listed as in stock, that was on a Friday. On Monday, the mattress was not delivered, I called the store and was told it was out of stock. Two weeks later, the mattress was still out of stock, after another delivery date was promised. Then a week later, still no delivery, why I dont know. Now I am on my last chance with them. My mattress is supposed to be delivered today, its now 2 in the afternoon and no update. I am done with this store!

Ive been a customer of Mattress One since 2016... Never had a bad experience. They answer all and any questions that I have. Mr. Rick assisted me this last visit in Aug 2018... It was a time crunch! Needed to make sure all three of my girls had their mattresses before the start of school. Mr. Rick went out of his way to ensure it was possible.. and he did just that without a hitch! Ive referred others over the years and they also have great news to share! I recommend Mattress One 100% all day everyday!

This place is absolutely amazing. The customer service here is amazing, inventory is wealthy, and I felt like Home while walking in. Mr. Lyndon Borders, and Mr. Boone are awesome. They don’t only go out of there way with the friendly customer service, but they make sure you leave happy with the products you wanted. This has to be the best mattress place out in Texas! Beyond satisfied!

I dealt with a very knowledgeable man, Ron, at Mattress 1 in Temple. He was very informative in the products. This gave us the chance to make a decision that was right for us. He was very friendly. It was a very pleasant experience while we were there. He answered every question that I had. I had a few questions that I didnt like the answer that I was given, but that is what I can great customer service. He was honest and truthful. We decided to buy there because of those reasons. The home delivery was not the best. I think they should have a warehouse or some stock located in Temple. I think that this will really boost sales and customers will not have to wait for their purchase.

This was a great shopping opportunity. Ron was our salesperson and he was helpful and educational. Yes, he was using his best sales pitch, but that was ok. We were able to shop at our leisure and didnt feel pressured. Its been a very long time since we purchased a mattress for ourselves and the technology has definitely changed. The prices were very good there too. Delivery is supposed to be on Wednesday, so Ill wait to give final verdict until then...Oh, oh. Promises made and not delivered. Not having received the pillows that were promised, we called and - Surprise!- Ron doesnt work there anymore and there is no record of that transaction. Although its on our receipt. Hope they can fix this.

We had a wonderful experience with Mattress One and their staff. We stopped in and found exactly what we were looking for within minutes and within our price range. The manager was very friendly and helpful making the process as seamless as possible. We purchased the mattress late on the Tuesday and had it delivered Friday morning. The delivery staff was just as friendly and were very careful to not track any dirt in the house. They quickly set up the bed and were in and out in under 20 min. They cleaned up all their debris and it was almost as little elves had come in and set up the bed. We had a great experience with Mattress One and will return to shop with them in the future.

I recently posted a 5 star review about how great this mattress store was, and how much money we saved. However, we were charged for and received the wrong mattress. We chose a soft, plush pillow-top mattress called the Sleep Inc. Saybrook but received a VERY firm mattress called the Sleep Inc. York. I went to the store on Wednesday, spoke with Dustin about the mistake to which he apologized, told us we would get the right one delivered to us today (Friday, June 23, 2017). It is now 7:30 as I type this, and we have yet to receive a phone call from the delivery guys. My wife and I have tried calling the store multiple times with no answer.I also have looked up other mattress stores online, found this exact mattress with box spring for a little over 300 less than what we paid for here. I will likely go tomorrow and ask for a refund. Please avoid this place.UPDATE 6/24/2017: I called the Houston headquarters and was told by a phone rep that an exchange order had been placed for the correct mattress, however it was out of stock until this Monday 6/26, and we should have it by Monday or Wednesday. When I tried to complain to the phone rep about our issues with Mattress1, she acted like everything was taken care of. Reading back over their policies, they have a no refund policy and an exchange policy that states if a customer were to exchange for a cheaper mattress he or she will not be refunded the difference. We feel like we got played. Again, this is not a mattress store I would recommend to anyone. Shop online or go to mattress firm, Ashleys, or anywhere else.

We went to the temple location off of HK Dodgen loop. We spent probably over an hour with Ron. He was very knowledgeable about all brands and models. He took the time to actually help us make the right decision on a mattress for us. And after we made our decision, he got us a great deal on it.Id deal with Ron again anytime.

Unfortunately, their return policy did not extend to anything we purchased beyond the mattress. That was disappointing. Store and delivery service personnel were professional and helpful. Mike helped us in the store and the pricing was competitive.

Got a good and fair deal from Michael, any questions I had he answered for me and beat Matress Firms price. Delivery took a little bit longer than I expected but it was due to they had no full size memory foam mattress in stock and the truck had broken down on the day it was scheduled. But they delivered it the following day on Saturday.

Place is a bit small, and floor selection is a bit weak, and I dislike the jewelry store like always-a-blowout-sale business model, but theyre nice and in the end provided good service and reasonable value, and thats what counts

Stopped here after checking a few other places. The staff here is very knowledgeable and dont beat around the bush. They know their products and helped us find a bed that will soot me and my wife both.

We just stopped in to Look and wound up getting an awesome mattress on one that was right for us, Ron is an exceptional sales guy as he is around just enough to answer questions, then gives you the space to make a decision without a lot of over watch, simply said he doesnt hover and push anything you dont want and doesnt pressure you to make a decision right away.. now lets talk about value, Ron went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and it was in our price range... Ron definitely was the main reason we bought today... will update once delivered!! So delivery was a mess and I lost 3 hours from work. I would not have anything delivered again.. but I would purchase from mattress one again if I deal with Ron.

Dustin took awesome care of me and matched a cheaper price for the item I was buying!!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone. I would give sales a 5 Star but delivery would get a 1 Star, so I compromised. The delivery people are supposed to call an hour out. It is 4:50 in the afternoon and I still havent gotten a call. To not narrow a 3-4 hour timeframe or even a give a morning, afternoon, or evening delivery is very annoying.

Do not waste your money with this Mattress Place. They do not stand by their word. The sale of the mattress was very smooth, but they promised a delivery date, then didnt show up, because Lydon said he forgot to put our order in, we had to reschedule the delivery, taking another day off work 2 week later mattress was delivered. After 90 days our mattress is already sagging and we wanted to try to exchange the mattress, we went in 3 different times, spending well over 2-3 hours with each salesperson-having to call the manager and districts managers while we waited, the manager (Lyndon) said for us to call him 48 hours before we come back in because he wanted to make sure to be there to assist. We called like he asked 48 hours in advance and made the arrangements, then we called the day we made arrangements and Lyndon said he had something come up, but the sales person could help us. The district managers (Bill and Bobby) Lyndon and 2 other sales people told us a price/no charge for this or that in person and on the phone to get us back in door and then changed their prices/fees once we got back in the door, nothing they say is valid, they are so dishonest. I will never step foot in this store again. We left and will not get an exchange with them even though the original mattress sags they will not get any more of our money, dishonest bunch of people and we dont want anyone else to have to go through this.

I had a great experience at the store. I came into the store knowing it would be tough to pick the right matress that fits my wife and my needs. The store manager was patient until together we narrowed our selection down. Financing didnt take that long and the matress shipped to my door the next day! All and all, it was a very painless experience. I would deffently shop there again.

Let me start off our experience for today. I am already approved for CONNS yes money ($4000) and Im in search of new King bed. So we drive to Waco and find the bed I am looking for, and the following sounded good: free delivery to Temple, 0% financing for first year yada yada yada... If NOT paid off in 1st 12 moths, then an interest rate (COUGH COUGH) is 29.99%. We decide, that was eventful and we leave. As we are pulling out we look across the street and we see Mattress-1 and pull in. WE briefly spoke with Cody in the Waco store, where he referred us to the Temple store (in my eyes, Cody was looking out for US the customer). We drive to Temple location, and meet with Dustin. Now this man knows his beds!! Told him what we had looked at in Waco and wanted same (or VERY similar). now the fun part.. Dustin explained A few different financing options, so NOW I am a little leary and dont want to hear the same HIGH interest rates. He says NO, we have an offer right now for 0% interest for 36 months.... TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE???I just bought same bed I saw in Waco, he got me 0% for 36 months, and did price match, *which was $200.* but he still made it happen. And saved about $3100 in interest..... I am now the proud owner of a Stearns & Foster king/pillow top. Thank you Dustin for making our day.Derek & Petra
