I needed to pick up my Prescription, but, the Drive Thru Lanes were backed up Three Deep on both Lanes. I decided to go inside for the Air Conditioning since my Car doesnt have any. The Front Parking Lot was Full as Well. The Side Lot was the only place to park. There was also a long line at the Pharmacy. Fortunately, it moved Quickly. It did take almost 30 minutes to get what I needed at the Pharmacy Counter, so, I was glad the Air Conditioning inside was working!

The pharmacy ladies and men are always nice and quick. They never hassle me or make me wait to pick up my medicine. Unlike H-E-B off 31st. I’m able to drop off and pick up within 15 minutes. Thanks Walgreens.

Upon entering store was greeted by the polite cashier, heading into the photo center waited until the women who was there already was done being helped and then politely said hello to the person helping her but was meet with an ugly stare and a rush pass by (like I was contagious) hello. After getting in the computer I didnt see what I needed and waited until THAT person was again done then asked for some help, instead of moving to where she can see what I needed help with she looked up at me with a WHAT DO YOU WANTexpression thinking I may be over reacting I started to point to the screen what I needed help with and began to ask my question.. still no movement to see what I needed help with in the screen, seeing how much my presence irritated this person I decided to leave. Anyone can have a bad day but being rude can make a bad day for anyone.

Just fast friendly service clean look and feel fast pharmacy efficient drive thru two lane...always quick to help u find products even without asking youll get assistance plus small size store easy to get from point a to point b....big tilted mirrors in the top of the walls so its easy to find your spouse when you split up in search of different products.

The pharmacy has no concept of customer service or logistics. My Rx that is necessary for my survival was due for pickup on a day they were closed. The day after they still didnt have any. They had the script in their hands for a week prior 😒😒😑

This is a very good local pharmacy. An array of multiple products for your convenience while getting your prescriptions. Staff at pharmacy and store always ready and available to help and assist you with with your stay. No hassle shopping 👍👍

Don’t go here for passport photo service. Employees are very impatient and rude. My photo got rejected at the passport office.

I like this store very much and Stefani, the pharmacy manager is awesome. When I moved to Temple, she was at the Belton store and with delight, she was transferred to the 31st street store. Shes known me since 2010. I just wish there was at least another Walgreens in Temple because this one is extremely busy. Other than this, I I love this store

Went to pick up a pain medication and didn’t count them til we got home, only to realize that 1/3 of the prescription was missing. There was absolutely no way they could’ve gone missing in any other place except inside the store, and the people working just make you look stupid when you try to bring it to their attention. Lesson learned, count your medicine before you leave!!!!!!

I was so excited when Tricare went back to Walgreens but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The female pharmacist I have dealt with is not helpful. When first transferring my prescriptions, she absolutely did not want to transfer them even though I had brought a printed list for them to work from with notes. She stated it was easier for them if I would transfer one at a time. This means I would have had to call them for each and every prescription as I ran out. Sorry, I have a job too and dont have time for the BS. She finally agreed to do it but with much attitude.This is also the first pharmacy I have EVER been to in my life where the pharmacist has to approve every prescription you pick up. What that means is I could have been taking something for 10 years, filled it there multiple times but yet when I go to pick it up, the pharmacist comes to the counter and asks if Ive taken the drug before and if I have any questions.While this might seem like its going above and beyond, honestly, its annoying. Its another 2 minutes Im wasting in the drive through or in the store. Ive waited as long as 4-5 minutes before. If I have questions, Ill ask them. And it should be obvious if Ive ever taken the drug. This is some system someone put in place to protect the patient that, in reality, does nothing and only irritates people.

Piss poor attitude. Extremely slow service. Was at pharmacy checkout being rung up when the cashier called next person up...at same register, interrupting the entire checkout process. Had to cover credit card terminal because the next customer was now standing 6 inches beside me.

Unless have positive experiences with the workers here. They remember me and are polite. The items are more expensive but you get money (points) back. Many items go in sake. Pharmacy seems good. I dont know why people gave this place low scores. I wish the pharmacy hours and other services were 24 hr

Great place. Pharmacy is great. Friendly and they talk to you, not at you. Great prices lots of sales and mark downs. Plenty of medicnes, comfort items and odaties. No military discounts so no no patriotic american stars awarded.

Had a horrible experience with a store manager named Dan. The cashier had to question a coupon I had because it was a bogo and the store special was bogo. She called one team member for help w coupon and she was unable to help so she called the manager Dan. Dan belittle and humiliated me in front of his employees and customers waiting in line. He told me it’s was store policy because they just can’t give me nothing for free. I was trying to understand the policy because I thought you could do store specials plus manufacture coupons together. Instead of politely explaining the store coupon policy he was very defensive and rude. I told the cashier to void my transaction a few times before she actually did it for me. I then left and thought I need to report this to corporate so I called to get his name and the lady who answered wouldn’t just tell me his name she placed me on hold to which I could he everything in the background. I heard Dan tell her “oh she’s just calling back so she can report me to corporate about not taking her coupon etc”...I was like “hello I can hear you in the background.” He said “oh I know” and carried on. Told me he’s been nothing but polite but at the same time talking over everything I was trying to say. Horrible experience and I will not be doing business there ever again.

I absolutely love the pharmacy here! I dealt with the CVS on 31st for almost a year before I realized that the CVS was trying to fill scripts illegally (I havent reported it yet: he said/she said). The pharmacist at Walgreens is always SO helpful and polite. If any of my (crazy rare) meds are on backorder or out of stock, theyll make sure that I have enough for a few days and then actually have another pharmacy bring the meds to them instead of making me track someone down in the city. Everything is promptly filled and there is always someone available on the phone. Plus theyre open till 11pm on weeknights! Couldnt be happier.
