Wanted to get my hair dyed so I can blend my grey hair instead of trying to dye it all the time. She told me it would be a process to get my hair the color I wanted and she would strip it and put highlights in it. I also wanted my hair cut like the one in the photo. When I left there I had orange hair, my hair was chopped up and all my grey was covered. Im not a mean person and tend to let people run over me and paid for something I did not like. I left there so upset and wanted to go get a box of dye and cover it. Went to Best Cuts and had someone that takes their job more seriously and left with my hair like I wanted.

Made an appointment then when we got there they moved the appointment back. We got there at the new time and still wasn’t ready. Was just trying to get my sons first haircut would only take 5 minutes

Sabrina is an excellent stylist. From cuts to color, she is the top of the line. You wont go wrong with her taking care of your hair. Want the beautiful new vivid colors, ask for her. She is truly a master at her profession. I wont let anyone else touch my hair.

Lisa did a great job, cutting my hair . We had an 1hr and 20min and she also cut my daughters hair for back to school . And styled my hair all before the movie started.. She was very gentle and knew what she was doing. All for an affordable price . Thxs

Go to Jennifer if you want a good looking male haircut. I have been going to her since January and plan to follow her if she ever leaves JC Penney, she is that good.. No one but her will cut my hair. She takes her time and does not rush through the haircut, unlike other places. You will not want to leave her either. . No one will touch my hair but Jennifer. The front desk staff are excellent and have been more than willing to accommodate a change in my schedule. Thank you, Jennifer, for making me look good every 4 weeks.

Michelle was loud, rude, and embarrassed my teenage daughter so bad we will never go back to this Salon for any reason, ever. Ive tried to find the managers name on the website and it is not available so I will have to call after the weekend to deal with this and honestly I am so over it. Your stylists need to check their attitude at the door.

All I needed was a small portion of the nape shaved and Kristin shaved into my long hair. She shaved so fast I was worried about what it felt like so I ran my hand up my head and my long hair started coming out. Kristin had the nerve to deny it and say I was shedding! Handfuls of hair!? Save yourself (and your hair) the trouble and go somewhere else.

This clip joint is as bad as it gets. Receptionist is very rude. She acted like she didnt care about wanting my business. It is definitely part of JCPenneys. Bad there also.

The manager was so rude to me when I went to enquire about getting my hair fixed. (I had attempted to dye my hair blonde.. it didnt work out..) Anyway, she was being so rude and judgmental. Definitely wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! Regis in the mall is way better and cheaper!!
