The friendly staff at NAPA in Temple were so helpful. They knew exactly what the problem was even before getting out their free diagnostic test equipment in which they showed me proof that my battery was on life support and needed replacing. No sales pitch for one of their excellent branded batteries, no charge whatsoever for the diagnostic tests. Just straight-up darn good business, what your neighborhood auto parts dealer should be. And yes, I did buy my battery there, it was even lower priced than the local 500 lbs. Gorilla sells its mart brand...Thank you NAPA, your integrity had me dedicated to you as a loyal customer. J.P.

Bought some rear blinker lightbulbs for my car. Paid 4.19 total. Wouldve paid 15$-20$ at walmart. A lot of the car parts there are super cheap and the store is pretty large. The employees are awesome and super helpful. It doesnt feel like a corporate store.
