Good variety: meet, grocery, bakery, hot food to go. Very convenient.

Good supermarket, fruits and vegetables are fresh and nicely presented. We like the bakery goods and spicy wings. Aisles are getting cleared of things which is great, and lines on the floor to mark social distancing areas. The shop seemed empty in the pictures but there was always lines at the register, not sure why they had to wait until theres 6-7 deep in the queue before they called for extra help.

This was a decent place. I found what I needed. The place was clean and the service was fast.

Super A Foods is a Hispanic flavored supermarket on Rosemead Blvd, in San Gabriel. I love that its close to home and always very well stocked; along with the daily fresh cooked food, baked goods and tortillas to go👌👍‼

Go to this super 8 foods before lunch time the hot food that they prepare excellent pork ribs spare ribs everything that they prepare 100%, you think even a five-star restaurant the bakery department is small but the cakes are decorated beautiful

This location is very neat and organized, with a vast amount of Hispanic necessities and other cultures as well~Employees are extremely helpful and attentive.

Fruits and vegetables seem pretty fresh...I bought red pears, kiwis, white peaches and several other items like chicken salad and daily made mexican pastries. They also serve Mexican meal items hot and ready to go only. Pleasantly surprised of how well kept this market is.👍

First of all, I used to be a regular customer of Super A Foods when they were located in Alhambra. We lived North Third Street where Third Street Ts off at Alhambra Rd. Super A was our everything needs Super Market for about 25 years til they moved to Temple City/ San Gabriel area. My experience there last was good. The staff was appreciated, kind, and treated us with respect. It was good to see veteran staff still employed there. Although there were new faces... comes with the territory. They still maintain good Produce, stock of merchandise. They have a carnecidia, and a small food court area where before the pandemic, used to be able to sit and enjoy lunch and or dinner. The pricing is okay for ready made food and is decent tasting. They even have a bakery... something new at this location.

I love going to super 8 and I loved it when it was an Arcadia but now it moved to Temple City and closer to me

There are many Mexican bakery a around however this market has the best mexican sweet bread ( pan dulce ) in the sgv. Hot food is great and prices so reasonable. Staff if kind and helpful.

Great place to get what you need in a grocery store... dont necessarily like there meat dept although nothing probably wrong. Weekends they bbq outside and sell it it looks soo delish. Cut fruits are a gobto for me there and always hits the spot. :)

It is always super crowded in here, the liners are always long the cashiers are not friendly and the parking is horrible. This Markey is about 5 min from my house but I would much rather go to something further.

Super rude employees. Employees over at the hot dish are rude. I tapped on the bell and one of them commented very rudely in Spanish. I happened to be ultra-multilingual and I just pretended as if I didnt understand spanish perfectly. Went to the cashier and the male cashier who helped me didnt say hi, no thank yous, and behaved like he didnt want to be there. Hey man. Everybody has a bad day but all I can say is, whatever it is, control it. I wish I can have a stable job like you. Went in for the second time but it was at 1930 on a Friday. I went to the hot food section and it was closed. Ok, I didnt know that they close that early, my fault for not checking the hot food section hours. I tapped on the bell, tried calling the employees over at the hot food section and they pretended not to hear the bell and my excuse me! I was just trying to ask if they have left over fried chicken for sale somewhere in the store. Nope. They kept cleaning and pretended like I wasnt there. Maybe I should speak only Spanish when I go to the hot food section and maybe one of them will help me out. 2 points for super clean store and super tidy store. You will not be disappointed. You gotta check it out. Asian markets cant compare. Lots of bakery products to choose from. Variety of milk I do not see in many stores.

Low prices, helpful staff, quality produce, meats, dairy, butcher counter, etc., etc.. Dont carry a lot of different brands, but doesnt matter because the brands they carry are cheaper and just as good.

They offered good customer services. My hands were disable to carry heavy things. Whenever I went to this store to buy water, they would be willing to help me to carry. At the first, I hesitated to bother them because they were busy and I did not want it to be extra work for them. But one cashier was really nice and asked me firstly. He said he could find someone to carry the 4 packages of water to my car for me. He told me Dont worry. We are happy to help. They had really thoughtful employee. I had really good experiences in this store. I would like to say thank you for whoever helped me in this store. I appreciate your kindness. :)

They didnt even know what a ham hock is. How are you an ethnic supermarket (Latin based) and you dont know what a ham hock is. . What do you put in your beans???

They should have more special in fruits, vegetables, everything is a higher in prices, also the Meat (carnicería) Deparment need to have more guidelines when it comes to help or serve a customer . Changing gloves or constantly washing hands in front of customers so that tells a server they are following the rules, don’t use the same gloves for everything, I seen that employees doing things around with the same gloves and then help customers .. is a NO...... Cleanliness is a key

I had bought some hand sanitizer that was part of the FDA recall from them.They took back the recalled product and exchanged it for hospital grade hand sanitizer and I paid the difference so I was very pleased at their customer service and the products that they had.

I dont shop here for much, but it does have a great selection. If you know what youre buying it has pretty good prices. Their fresh tortillas, sweet breads, pastries, and hot foods are delicious. The hot food service is usually horrible, making some days better than others. Depending on the staff, theyll start putting the food away from as early as 4pm. If its a good day, theyll be open to about 8pm. 9 times out of 10, youll just be stared at if you want fruit water. I just walk by without even trying. I recommend reading the weekly ad online before going. Otherwise, the cashiers, stockers, and managers are great and super helpful.

When, its late after the childrens gym... a little one stayed 🏡. But I need to get back out & return in a flash 🌩. More Raw🍯!

Very good selection of Mexican produce like all kinds of fresh chile peppers, cactus, etc. and Mexican products. Excellent flour tortillas made in house. Nice selection of Mexican sweet bread at fair prices. Not a place to shop for organic produce.

The workers here are so kind! One gentleman saw me looking for something and didn’t just tell me what aisle to find it, he actually walked down the aisle and found the exact item for me. Another gentleman saw me carrying a 24 pack of beer and asked if I needed him to get me a cart, and although I said I had one not too far away, he hurried over to help me lift it into my cart when he saw I was struggling. Such nice people :)

Super excellent flour tortillas. They are better than any commercial brand hands down. They are like homemade flour tortillas. The salsa made by them is also very fresh and good. Also has good produce.

I really only go for the already made rice when I am in a hurry. Its good! And the pan dulce, they have a wonderful selection on the Mexican pastries
