My experience was great! This store is very well stocked and clean. The employees are polite and helpful.

The Ralphs in this location was very clean with large selections.I would like to thanks to Daniel who provided us excellent service, which helped us shopping easier. He was able to tell us which isle to find our products..The front manager was very helpful as well. Overall I gave them 5 star. Very pleased with their service.

The cashier Phillips was very rude to an Asian customer. The customer wanted to buy beer and showed her ID but he refused to sell it even though they were over 21. Outrageous behavior from Ralphs! Phillips needs to be trained to be nice to customers because he likes to yell at customers and tell them what to do. Its not right at all

Self checkouts are convenient when you have one or two items... a cart full they are not helpful at all. Dropping review down a few stars because they wouldnt open a second stand to help the growing line.

Love the set up of this store. I can find what ever i need without having to go up and down each isle. Nice choice of produce they also carry organic. They have everything. Good variety of meat excellent baked items. Cashiers always nice store is always clean. This is the only store i know that stays open late.

Ralphs is an affordable supermarket to buy groceries.I stop by a neighbor city in Temple City. I go to Ralph’s because I love Ralph’s but this the most un-Ralph’s I have seen. I asked an employee to hold my cart while I got my wallet from home and 25 minutes later they had put everything back I guess they just wanted me to limp around the store again. While I don’t think it was malicious I would encourage them to consider that putting a cart back because it hit some fifteen minute policy might have a disproportionate impact on a disabled person.Edit: I have since been back several times and it is more and more clear such an above incident is not typical, added two stars.

Im Asian. Today I felt discriminated against at the cashiers line 3 (15 items or less line). She is a supervisor. An older non-Asian customer was ahead of me. Cashier seems to be a friend of hers. Chatted at the cashiers, then did the bagging herself and took her the doing it, chatting with customer. Probably friends. Took a while. Line 2 and 4 processed their customers through quickly. A non-Asian customer lines up behind me and puts his grocery items on the conveyor belt. Line 2 frees up and asks him to come over. Very friendly chitchat between them. I believe lines 2 and 4 processed very efficiently, probably 5 transactions were completed before I was served. No chitchat, the way I prefer. How splendid for the Ralphs crew. Another day in America.

I am giving the store 2 stars because the cashier Lorena saved the day. The manager which I believe his name was Mike, was rude and shouldn’t be working with the public. I was in there making a large purchase which required management approval, rather than showing appreciation for our patronage, it was abrasive and acted like we were bothering him. Lorena you are awesome! You get five stars but unfortunately Ralphs is only getting 2.

This Ralphs provides an adequate shopping experience, there arent many American style markets left in this area anymore. Theyve all been replaced by Asian markets. As a result it gets busy and parking can be a little tight at times. The selection is not as vast as some of the larger Ralphs especially the one in the Hastings Shopping Center.The vegetable and organic selection could be better, as could the pharmaceutical section. No great bargains in the meat department either, at least this week.But the quality of the fresh goods are pretty good overall and the location is close by so therefore I shop here.

Really the closest market in the neighborhood, its okay. Prices can be a bit higher when compared to other big chain markets.

I went there to buy Lily today. There were a lot. Flowers were beautiful. The store was clean and organized. They added the self check it counters which is helpful.

This location is fine but it doesnt have as good a selection of goods compared to other locations. Particularly on higher end items like heirloom tomatoes, certain types of yogurts. It is average for vegetarian substitute meats. It is a convenient location with plenty of parking and the employees are fairly efficient.

I called for Matzo crackers and they had them ready for me upfront. I was very happy and please. I needed them for my boss. The front manager was very helpful.

I only give this Ralphs 4 out of 5 stars because there is a Manager who isnt really a good Manager & is always mean everytime I walk into this store... Other then that every1 else is very nice & helpful if there was away to grade just that 1 Manager then I would have to only put 1/4 of 1 star & every1 else that works there 5 stars but it doesnt let me split the rating up into 2 different ways...

Decent store overall. Service deli employees arent very good at their jobs and have an attitude sometimes. The rest of the staff is great, friendly and helpful, especially the manager. Its the closest real supermarket to my house, Im in there 4 times a week, minimum.

Ralphs The Temple, is where I sometimes visit when Im at our grandson Daniels. The staff there in Temple City stri es to be helpful as all stores are in persuit of. They have Michael Lee which was at the So. Pasadena store where I got to know him. He and Mr Dudley were the Dynamic Duo. I mean them two worked out every obstacle, delima, or problem possible. I often shop in the Ralphs, but the Temple City store serve poor, they dont help to put the goods into the bag, and look like doesnt want to serve you.

Most of the workers are kind of mean and disgruntled and the supermarket is way overdue for a remodel.

The managers are friendly and always greet me and make me feel like they recognize me as. Regular customer and I appreciate that. The prices arent fantastic unless Ive got a coupon plus its a ralohs club sale plus its on my cash back apps.. but its the closest market to my house and I know where most things are...They have 2 sections for clearance mark downs that are usually GREAT money savers. One is from the bakery and the other is from all the other departments. I find my best budget savers at this one.

My wife and i love shopping there. I have been going there for the past ten years and made friends with the people who work there. They make you feel welcome.

I like Ralphs but I gave this location 1 star due to night shifts cashier Diane, I first I thought I was over reacting but she was rude, unpolite and I can possibly feel she is racist. I hope management do something about it, I am sure she was promoted person in charge for a reason but she needs to work on her customer service skills, not only shes unfriendly, rude, and hostile to Asian and Black customers, she has a hatred attitude Hispanics. I thought she just had a bad day... but no, she became friendly with all smiles to the one after me, who happened to be Caucasians. Her attitude is totally unacceptable and I will not bring my business to this store ever again. This is exactly why some grocery stores go out of business in Temple

Always love my Ralphs store. In this case in Temple City. Wish the one on Huntington Drive hadnt closed. It was a BEAUTIFUL store. I feel for the people that regularly shopped there.

Great selection of foods, including international selections and vegetarian options. Produce is fresh and generally reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and helpful and the parking is plentiful.

I prefer this place than most grocery stores. Everything is normally fresh and prices are decent if theres no sale.

I used to shop at Ralphs all the time. But lately whenever I go in, they dont have or carry what I need. Yogurt, frozen meals certain produce ect. I now have to shop other stores that are out of my way.

Staff always friendly. Produce, deli, bakery and meat departments always fresh. Parking lot is usually busy...think because of aisles and the recycling in the middle of the lot.

Ordered a Custom Birthday Cake and they did not make at all and tried to blame me, even though I had proof they were in the wrong they still refused to accept responsibility. Horrible store, horrible management and the employees know the shady tactics of there company and continue working there which makes them equally responsible. Never shopping at this location again.

I enjoy shopping at this Ralphs. They have a great selection . Love the fact that their adding more vegan meats.

This store is ok, they have cleaned it up and added extra products which help. The store isnt always stocked with items but has a good enough selection. The hand made sushi is good. My main irritation is the employees chatting among themselves about how long left to work and their business and ignoring the customer.They seem to want to rush you through.I like to have my items bagged with frozen and cold together and no cleaning products with the good. So When I Say A omething about that or change it.. I get a look. :

Moderate-sized Ralphs with OK product selection and prices that beat Whole Foods and even Vons. Use Rewards card and the Ralphs app for best sale prices and electronic coupons. Staff is helpful and check out lines usually short. Free parking in lot shared with Rite Aid Pharmacy next door.

If they had better vegetables and fruits i would have give the store a 4 star rating.

I shop here at least twice a week and the store is a little smaller than other stores I go to but they have what I need. So with that being said I have a complaint about some of the cashiers, you can barely get a hi or did you find everything at times and one in particular manager that I always see at the check out, he sucks. If this guy worked for me he would be fired. I think his customer skills and attitude towards customers is the worst Ive seen. I dont know his name but hes in his late fortys early fiftys, wears glasses and has a little beard and mustache.

Since the Alhambra store closed this is the closest Ralph market near by San Gabriel Village. Have very good experience doing my grocery shopping at Ralph. The quality and services are there.

This Ralphs should be a model Ralphs. Solid location, cheap prices, and general cleanliness are all apt descriptions of this location. Theres always parking, and its open late too. This place is the go-to!
