Small business with friendly faces. Im never really in a rush to get embroidery done; so I cant speak to timeliness. But I am always satisfied with the prices and having these guys so close by to my office. They respond to emails and get products to me that I need.

I cant say enough bad things about Cactus Needles service, turn times & product. I dont like to leave bad feedback, but this is the second time in a row (but 6 months apart) that these people have put my business in a terrible and embarrassing spot by not returning phone calls and emails for WEEKS. We finally got through to them today and they casually told us that itll be at least at least few more days longer, and act as if they havent been ignoring us for weeks. I hoped the first screw up was an outlier, but clearly this is their M.O. They told us a specific deadline on both jobs, but now I know those deadlines must be based on random dates, wishes, or theyre just telling people whatever they want to hear.Its not even like theyre trying to say they were waiting on us or anything. Theyre just saying, were really busy. Sure wouldve been nice if they had said that FIVE WEEKS AGO instead of telling us bogus delivery times. We told our brand new, well -connected customer that they would have them 21 days ago and now we look like were the ones who dont know what theyre doing. So now we get to choose to either blame Cactus Needles and inevitably look like we dont take responsibility for ourselves, or we can just suck it up and say it was our mistake, both of which will almost definitely lead to us losing this customer weve invested so much in.If this sounds like fun to you, Cactus Needles is the place to go.
