Have an event and needed a specific T printed & Purchased the 24hr turn around. The reason for the 1star - when have companies stopped confirming they received orders? When was it the customers responsibility to ensure the company received order? Working on the order? If it will be done on time? Call and put on hold for 5+min - to be told shirt MIGHT be done before close?How great does it feel to show up 15min before close and then be told - ‘Just started printing shirt now’.It’s impressive, you’ve been able to operate with such poor customer service, leadership, time management and communication. And in case it’s not clear - will NEVER use or refer this company to my network in AZ and anyone else that mistakenly chooses this company.

Twice I have come to make purchases and orders and I have done it in the hours that they say that they are open and being workers inside and they do not let in because they are already closed, they do not respect the hours that they stipulate, I only lost my time and my gasoline. Lousy service. I needed several prints done on several bulk items, he seemed to have little to no desire to help. I dont know what Josephs problem is, but he had a major attitude, not very personable (on the phone or in person), in fact he was a little disrespectful to both myself and my colleague. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.
