Just close this store already lol. You don’t stock it, there’s like 6 1/2 pairs of shoes and mix match of the last 8 seasons in the whole store. Feels and looks like a thrift store

Horrible customer service. No one acknowledges you when you walk in, I asked for a fitting room the guy seemed annoyed and after saying thank you just walked away. I payed and said thank you and the guy just threw my receipt in the bag and didn’t say a word. That specific employee needs to be trained on how to do his job better.

If I could give this location a negative number or a zero I would. Visited the location today with my teenage daughter and I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to another Pac Sun just so we don’t have to come back here again.4 employees working and not 1 could acknowledge us or offer to help us. We were in the store for at least 20 minutes and the entire time the employee were just standing behind the register chatting, laughing and cursing.When my daughter walked up and asked for a fitting room they all seemed annoyed to be bothered and still didn’t acknowledge her, just grabbed the keys and walked to the back of the store.I could continue but hopefully this will be enough to make you not want to step foot in this store.

Trashy service, rude manager. Door was closed for over an hour for “lunch break” at 7 in the evening

Bought a $50 gift card for my son for Christmas. He went the day after to spend it. There was a no money on the card. The store did not do anything but call customer care. I had my receipt. They said they would refund the card, never happened. I called back, same process. The store can take the money but not refund it!! Beware DO NOT Buy Gift Cards from here, even with your receipt they will not help you. Waste of Time. Fraud! Reporting to the FTC!

I received amazing service at PacSun on my last trip. While there was a mistake made during checkout by a trainee, it was more than rectified. The manager went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with my trip to the store and requested I come back so that they could provide me with a trouble free checkout next time around.

Horrible I went there for some Vans so I can get out of my heels after work. The manager told me that out of ALL THE SHOES they have in their store they dont have any 8 or 8.5 in women shoes in all the shoes they had in their store which was unbelievable!

I love Pac Sun. I have lived all over the country and can always rely on finding cute sneakers and hoodies at Pac Sun. Ive seen better selections at other locations, but still a good store. Friendly staff, decent prices... I would give a higher rating if the prices were a little lower. :)
