Amazing store! Employees are more than fair and really give you good deals. I went to trade in some shoes and clothes for some Turbo Greens and cash on top. I did not expect to get much back, they went above and beyond giving a great price for each item. Store is small but it is really quality over quantity. No other store in the valley can really compare to Heat Connect, I live across town and it is worth the drive. The employees are extremely nice and really put off a good vibe. Please support your local stores! I cannot wait to see whats in store for these guys and see how much they will grow. So much potential in this small sneaker shop.

Very professional establishment. Best store in Arizona for streetwear and sneakers due to the fairest pricing(far below stores in this state and online) and the best selection to choose from. I’ve been shopping at Heat Connect AZ since they’ve opened and have always had the best service. Very friendly environment. Have taken my friends there to chill and play Xbox. I like this store better than any store in this state not just because of the heat they have, but the employees truly do seem to care about the community in Arizona and it’s not just about the money. Even if you’re not there to shop or are just checking it out, it’s a great atmosphere to be around, it’s addicting going to the shop for me. They always keep my shoes shining, I highly recommend getting a shoe clean and sole shields from them. I wear my off-white Nike’s almost everyday and they look brand new thanks to them.

When I went in one night, the place wreaked of weed. Not a problem for me personally, but maybe something you dont want as a business. They had a wide selection of shoes and clothing of various well known brands, so when I wanted to sell something, I sent a message using their form on their website. 4 days later, I get a reply to message them via Instagram, rather than addressing my inquiry. I do so and I can see they read my offer but never replied.With competition such as a competitor store 20 minutes north of you and online apps such as StockX, OfferUp and GOAT, you would think responding to inquiries would be priority, not ripping a vape at night when you can easily see inside the store from the parking lot.

Prices are lower than grailed and other stores in the area. workers are honest and very nice, the store is really clean as well!! if you’re looking for a good place for buy, sell, trade on designer, vintage, or streetwear, i would come here first!

This store is honestly the most lit resale shop in AZ. All their prices are way below market so you always know you’re getting a good deal and they buy for way more than any of the other shops. 12/10 buy, sell, and trade here
