I would give Anton’s more stars if I could! Best customer service. It’s impossible to get anything these days and they took the time to help and check inventory and shift purchase from online to in-store. They are working hard to do everything they can to help their customers. And they are local! Lots of great reasons to shop here. Thanks so much!

We have been to Anton on a few occasions and have had great experiences. The girls that work there are always super friendly and attentive and spend as much time as necessary with us to make sure we have what we need. I am new to uniforms and the school that we attend and the workers are always happy to help me find exactly what I need that will be in code at our school. I am very happy to have a place to go to that I trust and that sells quality uniforms that have washed and worn well so far. My kids say that they are comfortable which is a miracle because they are used to wearing athletic clothes everyday.Recently, I needed to make a special trip to Anton for a school jacket for my son. I was concerned about the fit of the jacket because my son was not there with me. A gentleman was working there and he assured me that exchanging it would not be a problem if it did not fit. Unfortunately, the jacket did not work and I emailed the store to let them know that I needed to make an exchange. I received an email back from the store, acknowledging the conversation that I had with the gentleman in the store and instructions how to exchange the item. This gentleman went above and beyond to make the exchange convenient for me. The gentleman emailed and communicated with me directly to arrange the exchange. Much to my surprise, it was Mr. Anton himself! I was very surprised that the owner took it upon himself to deal with a customer directly for something as simple as one piece of clothing…over a holiday weekend! I didn’t think this level of customer service existed anymore. I cannot say thank you enough for all of your help and kindness.

Outstanding customer service!!! It was crazy busy and we had someone attending to us at all times. The staff was quick and efficient and we left with everything we needed. Hannah was especially on top of her game and provided excellent care.

Overall amazing experience at Anton Uniforms. They had exactly what we needed for both school uniforms and another side project, which they helped greatly with product selection & options. The staff is so professional and friendly. We will definitely be back!

10 STAR SERVICE FROM LAUREN! I came to Anton having zero idea what the whole uniform thing was about as we last minute accepted into GH kindergarten. “Lauren” was amazing explaining all the requirements for our school explained things very well and went WAYYYYY above and beyond for our daughter to make sure she had everything she needed for 1st day of school. It’s vary rare to have such kind thoughtful help these day but Lauren certainly raised the bar in what good customer service looks like! Thank you Lauren you made this whole experience better!

This place is the worse. Customer service does not exist. I was going to ask a question and “Jenna“ (the girl at the front desk) rudely interrupted before I can ask and said, “so you don’t have to repeat yourself, they can help you in the back.Another girl, “Grace”, should not be at the register because she does not know how to run it. After 20 minutes of trying to get the chip reader to work, she finally decides to get someone to help.Unfortunately this is the only place to get our schools uniform so we have to go here. I can order online but I need to see what size fits my children.I have never had a good experience here.

Anton Uniforms makes it so easy. I am a single father ordering skirts for my daughter, I ordered the wrong size twice. Once Anton called me to make sure my order was right and the next time I caught it & they changed the order after I submitted and before it went out.So easy to deal with and they genuinely are looking out for you.

Anton Uniforms was a pleasant experience from the very beginning! We went to the pop up location on the first day and EVERYONE was so helpful and were constantly checking on families and if they had questions or directing them where to go. We had to recently return a couple of items and that process was equally as amazing. I would highly recommend using Anton in person if you need to utilize them for uniforms as they are a wonderful company and they are organized, clean and friendly.

Excellent quality, service and communication with the care of a family run business. The Anton staff is very prompt and responsive. I was so delighted to receive our first online order the very next day, following a series of perfectly timed text and email order status updates. We had an undeniably great experience at Anton Uniforms. I went into the store with my girls to purchase uniforms for the up-coming school year. My girls are difficult to fit. The staff was competent, efficient and unbelievably kind to all of us. Ordering was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend Anton Uniforms.

Excellent service . We walked in and was greeted quickly . The young man asked what school are we from.He directed us to the aisle for Anthem Prep . The good part was that he stayed with us to assist and making sure we got the right items . We needed 2 more extra shirts and he took great effort to find the shirts in there warehouse in the back. . The prices are very reasonable and quality of the fabric is good. I went to the location on 35th Ave and Bell road .

Updated review. Have had consistently terrible service over the years, and things came to a head on my last visit. Fortunately, the owner was on site and came to help. I have never met a business owner who is as kind, patient, transparent, and restorative as John. He listened to my every gripe and went above and beyond to resolve the problems I had. He genuinely cares about his customers and is the poster child for 5-star service. I will never forget how skillfully he turned a truly negative experience into an over-the-top positive one.

After we had a very disheartening experience with another Phoenix-area uniform retailer, we were delighted to receive superb communication and customer service from John and his staff at Antons. On top of that, they were able to provide better pricing than their competitor.

Awful service, I bought my childrens school uniforms there, a skirt very quickly stretched out and her teacher mentioned it no longer fits. The manufacturer has a one year warranty. John refused to do anything about this and I had to go directly to the manufacturer.

Could not be happier! They took great care of us. I have three small children and these folks had the patience of saints as we made sure we got the best fit for everyone. I liked how they spoke to my children and engaged them too (instead of just talking to the adult.)They turned the typically stressful back-to-school uniform hunt into an easy and pleasant experience. I recommend!

Terrible service. I purchased six shirts at the beginning of the year including a special order. I have a long email exchange with an associate of the store and asked for a variety of sizes, at one point I incorrectly stated the size. They ordered the wrong size- Adult large- instead of adult small- and then refused to do an exchange stating that the shirts had food on them. They didnt send the updated size. They were closed and forgot to update their website the first time I attempted to exchange. The shirts were never worn and were put directly into a bag. When I expressed my frustration, their answer was too bad. Then the owner left me a message upset with my review. Stay away. Find another place to purchase.

Ok I try to be far but there was not enough employees or offer accurate help..With the amount of money your going to spend .... please gather all the information that you need for your school uniforms and sizes before you get here... It will make your life easier

Overpriced for your basic polo shirt that you can get at Target for $5. Target is better quality. Youre basically spending $20+ for a logo that will start curling after a couple washes. Also, the button fell off of the jumper I purchased within the first week of using it and it had a slight tear in one of the seams near the waist that I had to sew back together myself. The return policy is bogus. They need to lower their prices for the quality of clothing that they sell.

Stay away from this uniform company! They are NOT customer service oriented - placed my order - had to chase it down - half out of stock (uniform company!?!). Had to chase down again and AU just offered a refund. Clearly NOT interested in making me happy. Headed over to the OTHER uniform vendor.
